Brainwave Entrainment Meditate and Manifest – How to Attract What You Want

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Manifestation through meditation and brainwave entrainment is something that has captured my attention for quite some time. I find the thought of improving the quality of life through the mind captivating.

Many people throughout the ages have researched and spoke of this ( Men such as Napolean Hill and Andrew Carnegie ) but it has not been until recently that the world is starting to stand up and take notice. People these days are often under an enormous amount of pressure because of the hectic, fast paced world that we live in. This never ending or slowing down pace is starting to take its toll on our health, our relationships and our families. It is time to make a change and that change needs to be for the better.

This is where meditation and brain entrainment comes in. Using a combination of these two powerful concepts we can actually train our brain and mind to stay focused for longer periods of time and achieve more with less effort. Binaural beats in brain entrainment sends frequencies otherwise known as beats directly to the brain, the brain reacts to these beats by creating the third beat which immediately allows the mind to hit the right frequency for that which you are trying to achieve.

These two concepts can be used to lose weight, stop smoking, motivation, increase memory, prosperity, relaxation and many, many more. If you have read self help books you start to get the feeling that you are reading the same thing over and over again. All these authors have great information and I must admit I am quite addicted to that genre in writing. However, it wasn’t until I came across binaural beats that I started to make any progress in this area of my life. This was the missing key. The famous saying “If you believe it you can conceive it” really hits home with binaural beats as it is the quickest, most effective way to tap into the power of the mind with the least amount of effort on your part. It really is like magic.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain? ?requency following?response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ?requency following?response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ?ntrain?to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ?ind-tripping? enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person? starting position, entrainment can be rather ?it and miss?

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you?e probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain? strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

relaxing music A Career in Massage? 5 Vital Questions to Ask Yourself Before You Begin a Massage Career

Meditation music is music performed to aid in the practice of meditation. It can have a specific religious content, but also more recently has been associated with modern composers who use meditation techniques in their process of composition, or who compose such music with no particular religious group as a focus.

If you are considering a career in massage, this article prompts you to ask yourself five vital questions. Answering these questions will not only give great insights into many important aspects of what a massage career entails, it will also help you determine if a massage career is right for you.

1 – Do You Care About People?

Firstly let me elaborate on the question. Everyone cares about at least some people. I mean do you generally care about people, do you enjoy caring for people.

This is an important first question to ask. If you want a long term career in massage, you want to be able to answer honestly that you do, because it’s the primary role you will have in your career. Everything you learn in preparation for your massage career is to prepare you for your primary role, caring for people.

2 – Are You a Good Self Manager?

After embarking on your career in massage you will need to be a good self manager. While some will find employment in spas, sports facilities or medical clinics, most will enter into their own business which means you are the boss of you.

You will need to have good time management skills and manage your book keeping, although you will be able to outsource some of that if you wish. Also you will need to manage your discipline as you will predominantly work unsupervised.

At the very least you need to understand that self-management is an important asset to have in a massage career. You should be willing to learn the skills if you don’t feel you already have them.

3 – Do You Have Good People and Communication Skills?

This is an important question. Some people think that a massage career is perfect for a quiet, maybe even an introverted person. In many ways this is true, but keep in mind that you will need very good people and communication skills for 2 reasons.

You need to deal with clients before and after treatments, including dealing with initial face to face or phone inquiries. If people don’t like you, they will not book a massage with you, no matter how good you are as a massage therapist.
You need to effectively communicate to find out any health issues they may have prior to treatment. Sometimes health issues are of a sensitive nature and they will not divulge them unless they feel very comfortable with you, so people skills are vitally important to ensure the best treatment for your clients.
4 – Do You Enjoy A Quiet Work Place?

Obviously working as a massage therapist means working in a quiet work place. No busy office chatter, and during treatments it means up to an hour of quiet, although it is common to have relaxation music in the background.

Of course this can be extremely desirable for many people. Most massage therapists actually love this environment and enjoy the quiet of treatment time. They even find it meditative and it can be very therapeutic for them even while they perform the treatment.

Also, if you choose to work part time in your massage therapist career, perhaps from home, then this quiet time may be a very welcome respite after your busy and noisy day.

If however you love busy chatter and noise in the workplace as some do, maybe this would not be an ideal environment for you and you may want to reconsider a massage career for yourself.

5 – Do You Have An Interest In The Human Body?

This might sound like a strange question. I recommend you ask it to yourself for 2 reasons.

First the obvious one, during a career in massage you will spend many hours per week in personal contact with human bodies, not working near people like in most jobs but actually touching their bodies. While it is always non-sexual, it certainly is an intimate profession.

From personal experience and from speaking with other therapists I have found that it really helps job satisfaction if you have a genuine interest in the human body and how it functions.

Second, the not as obvious. Many people seeking out schools for massage to begin their journey into massage therapist career are attracted by the ‘art’ of massage. And rightly so, the best therapists are certainly masters of their art.

However don’t forget that massage is also a science, and in the course of training for your massage career you will have to do intensive study of the human body; anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, structure and function. A genuine interest of the human body will help make this time not only more valuable but intensely enjoyable as well.

Conclusion

Firstly let me say that while answering each of the above questions with a resounding ‘YES’ would certainly make you a perfect candidate for a massage career, it is NOT necessary to have a ‘perfect score.’

I would simply encourage you to take time to have a conversation with yourself where you ask these questions and most importantly, you answer them honestly.

These questions are designed to give you insights into what a massage career entails, and to clarify your thinking about whether a career in massage is right for you. They should also help to reveal potential challenges that you may need to deal with either now or during your massage career.

We all have stress and we all know that stress is absolutely essential at times as it can keep us focused and on track with the tasks we need to accomplish. However the type of stress we do not want is the type of stress that is debilitating. This stress causes havoc on our lives, our minds and our health. This is the bad stress. Stress is unavoidable and many situations trigger stress, a sick loved one, financial problems, relationship or work problems. The trick to reducing the bad stress levels and protecting your health and your sanity is in the ability to step away from it. If you consistently dwell on your problems twenty four hours a day it will literally drive you crazy. When I say step away from it I do not mean walk away and forget about them. What I am saying is step outside these stress creating problems, relax and often the answer you are looking for will arrive.

* Great Ways To Reduce Stress Instantly

When focusing on someone or something else your mind will take a holiday from your own problems and you will feel great for the help you are giving. These feelings alone will reduce stress. Remember Karma. What you give out you get back. Give only positive.
Affirmations – Use positive affirmations on a daily basis all day long to affirm your desires. It might be “I am a happy positive person who attracts only good things.” A simple affirmation like this repeated frequently with feeling will train your sub-conscious mind to making it your reality.
Take time out in your life just for you. You will become a positive influence in the lives of those you love if you are on top of your game.

Brainwave Entrainment Brainwave Entrainment Demystified

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.
entrainment definition | isochronic tone generator
Brainwave entrainment was first identified in 1934. Light and sound stimulation can affect the perceiving of the brain into different and desired brainwaves. There are many empirical and scientific evidence of how brainwave entrainment works, however there are many skeptics out there.

It is an inexpensive tool to achieve many desired states of mind. This technology is being used by meditators all over the world and it is spreading at exponential rates. Have you ever gone to a sports game and done the wave, or to a concert and see people doing the same rhythm. Or to a church where people just seem to be in the same trance-like state?

These are all effects of brainwave entrainment. It has been used for a while to control what you think and what you perceive. You should be aware of who tries to control you. Pharmaceutical companies are more worried making business and products than into the people’s welfare, modern medicine is more reminiscent of mercantilism than to promote health.

People who meditate should consider brainwave entrainment as it is a powerful tool to achieve desired states of mind. By the use of binaural beats you can achieve any desired state of mind without the continuous practice of meditation. There is software out there as there are professionals who are selling binaural beats products, all of them very successful in what they do.

Although brainwave entrainment is great for meditation and relaxation of the mind it is NOT recommended as any alternative to therapy. Ask your doctor about brainwave entrainment as a tool to help you achieve relaxation of the mind. You should always be weary of new things and products and brainwave entrainment can help, but sadly it is no alternative to conventional medicine.

Remember that when you calm the mind whatever surrounds you tries to fill in, so be careful to use meditation or any other alternative if you have problems. You should be prepared first and organize your time to make place for these meditation sessions.

Overall brainwave entrainment can help you achieve what you desire, as it is an alternative to traditional meditation techniques. It takes less time and less effort, and it is great to start that voyage into mind control. Remember to always assume responsibility of your acts and that you while you meditate you will be in a really open state.

It’s perhaps every human’s desire to have control over certain unwanted aspects of their lifestyles. These can be habits that are core rooted in on an individual’s mind set ups; these habits could be addictions to some harmful or embarrassing addictions. It’s very hard for an individual to break free from addiction or any other kind of mental disorder. More often than not patients who suffer from addictions will seek help from medical professionals and even specialists to get to the root of these addictions. One of the offered remedies to curb addictions is the use of deep brain stimulation for brain transformation.

Qualified practitioners will often offer diverse remedies to individuals suffering from mental disorders. Most of them will administer antidepressants for stress related mental complications. These drugs work by stimulating neurotransmitters to cover a specific strain or brain problem. Dopamine and serotonin stimulating antidepressant are the widely administered drugs by medical practitioners, who suffer from stress and addiction related problems.

However, this does not solve the root problem; the brain does not learn or trained to heal this way. For better elaboration, the brain evolves through a series of learning process. This enables it to think and act or react from past experiences. Introducing drugs or any form of hypnosis technique to cure mental health complication is effective, but for some short span of time. One will need to have a transformed mind to alleviate some of these mental issues.

Drugs also carry high risks of side effects; these side effects may materialize as the patient stops using the drugs. Due to the nature of the antidepressant drugs it’s very likely for a patient to become addicted to them. There are other remedies that need no therapy or the common drugs administered to by physicians. These methods are side effect free and 100 percent effective. The use of brainwave technology is very efficient for mind evolution.

Brainwave technology is one effective way to curb mental health problems. Listening to brainwave MP3s rejuvenates the mind, spirit and soul. The act of refreshing the mind further causes it to develop in a more positive manner. This result causes an individual to think rationally, which is very crucial in undertaking day to day activities. Brainwave technology products are made in such a way that they communicate to the subconscious mind. By so doing the mind slips into different conscious states, helping it to heal and rejuvenate through positive messages.

Brainwave technology products such as the binaural beat are very effective to people who are caught in different addictive activities. The continual use brainwave entrainment guarantees mind transformation, which is important for personal improvement. Deep brain wave technology can only be attained by brainwave sounds that entwine with the mind to bring about different conscious states.

Brainwave technology products are readily available on the internet. Deep brain stimulation is highly recommended to individuals interested in self development. When your body is healing, it uses its energy to heal the injured area. Therefore, it is natural to feel lethargic or depressed during your recovery from pain or injury.

If you can slow down for a few days and create some healthier habits, then these tips can help you recapture your natural energy and speed your relief.

1) Wean from caffeine. Lattes, Bulls and Shots and energy drinks (which also have too much sugar) all wreak havoc on your body’s natural energy.

2) Sleep. Avoid eating or drinking late at night. Get regular exercise. Get in a routine at night so your body knows that it’s sleep time.

3) Get regular exercise. This is especially important if your injury has significantly decreased your regular activity levels. Your body needs movement.

4) Take exercise breaks. Even if you don’t have the energy for a full work-out, you can practice short bouts of exercise. Walk briskly to the mailbox. Stretch while you’re waiting in line. Do what you can, when you can.

5) Recover faster with active rest. These are techniques like massage and sauna therapy. They assist healing, while allowing your body to remain restful.

6) Maintain mental stimulation. Enjoy music. Practice meditation and prayer. Reduce TV consumption. Read more.

7) Supplement your nutrition. Eat immune-boosting mushrooms like reishi and cordiceps. Take B-vitamins for energy.

It can take a few days for your body to adjust. But since your body is using its energy for healing, you may have low energy anyway. So, this is a good time to create healthier habits and regain your body’s natural energy.

Steel drums, also commonly called steel pans are perhaps one of the most unique sounding instruments ever heard. They are also one of the few original musical instruments invented in the twenty first century. They have evolved over the last sixty years into state of the art creations capable of playing at virtuoso levels.

In the steel pan family, there are many different ranges all based on configurations and the number of drums.

For instance, a set of bass pans, usually 6, plays the equivalent of a bass guitar. Next up the scale wold be the quads, which is four, of course, followed by cellos, which is usually 3 pans. The ranges continue to get higher, with double seconds and double tenors each consisting of two, and at the top would be single tenor and soprano, which are single drums capable of producing notes in the range of a flute or violin.

One of the most amazing qualities of the steel drum is the overtones produced. When several drums are played together, the resulting overtones can create a beautiful aural effect. These overtones can actually create a sound field that is very effective for healing and meditative music. Recent recordings have used these natural sounds without the use of synthesizers or other artificial sounds to give listeners a very relaxing, rejuvenating experience.

The other benefit of these instruments is their ability to transport the listener to a place that everyone loves to go- the islands where they were created. People can enter a virtual reality of an island paradise without travelling!

For healing and meditative music, consider the beautiful, natural sounds of steel drums.

I write consistently about how career women, women entrepreneurs and women in general can boost their self-esteem and self-confidence. But I never write about things you may be doing that could be drastically diminishing your self-esteem and confidence. So I wanted to take an opportunity to put these in front of you so you can mull them over and decide if you’re putting your self-confidence in harm’s way.

1. Keep interacting with negative, degrading people who squash your dreams and trample your enthusiasm.

a. As hard as it may be, do not allow yourself to remain in relationships or situations that attack you physically, personally, intellectually, mentally or spiritually. You must protect your tender esteem and confidence. Think of your esteem and confidence as your innocent children that someone is attacking and draining. Protect yourself from negative forces that can devastate your confidence.

2. Spend lots of time in an environment that is hostile, chaotic and out of control.

a. Start by making sure your living arrangements are conducive to your well-being. If they are, look around and note all the things, clutter for example, which make you feel overwhelmed and unorganized. Clean house, restructure, and reorganize. A peaceful, open environment will translate into how you feel. Play nice music, buy a nice picture to look at, place a little mini-waterfall on your desk. Light candles. Protect your environment by eliminating things that make you feel overwhelmed, unproductive, anxious, unhappy or exhausted.

3. Let everyone and anyone interrupt you and demand your time.

a. Control your time. Tell people when you will be available. Leave the door open, but with the understanding it’s not an open-door policy, it’s just for air. Draw lines of expectations for others in your household. If you designate an hour for quiet meditation, let everyone know when that is and make sure that they understand the guidelines for interruptions. Interruptions greatly reduce your productivity, impacting your confidence in the ability to get things done and done well.

4. Set your expectations on hopeful wishes.

a. Hoping is nice and we all need it in an overall life-perspective kind of way. But it will not systematically move you toward what you desire. You can hope you WIN a million dollars, or you can create a plan to make a million dollars. The second is much more lucrative than the first. Set your expectations of accomplishment based on the desired outcomes of actions you will take to achieve an end result.

5. Set goals that are unrealistically high.

a. Let’s say you need to lose fifty pounds and you set a goal to do this in 60 days. You are setting yourself up for failure from the word go. It is neither realistic nor healthy to try to achieve this goal. Instead, set goals high, but realistically, so that you can stretch and enjoy the accomplishment, but not stretch one day and fall down on the next. Setting unrealistic goals is a surefire way to under-achieve and miss your mark, again bruising your overall confidence.

6. Set goals for things that are easy to achieve.

a. Do the laundry. Clean the car. Spend time with the kids. Yes, these are things you want to make sure you tend to, but they are not goals. They do not build new skills, stretch your capabilities or build confidence…they are important for staying your course but not for confidence enhancement.

7. Set goals that depend on someone else and are out of your personal control.

a. Say your goal is to build your new house in six months. You are relying on a world of other people who may or may not do their part on time, not to mention the weather. You can push this goal but you cannot control it. That is, unless you are building the house all by yourself. And in that case you’ll probably need a lot more time! Setting goals for which you can control the outcome is critical to feeling confident and capable.

Protect your self-esteem and confidence. They are the two most critical emotional elements to your personal and professional success and the key to achieving ultimate life fulfillment.

Meditation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. You can use it to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Many people think of it as a way to reduce stress and develop concentration.
Basic meditation music simply provides a way for an individual to go deeper with their meditation by adding a new layer to their experience. … Unlike many other music forms, the binaural beats work with the brain to develop a frequency most associated with relaxation.

Brainwave Entrainment Binaural Beats and Remote Viewing

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Remote viewing (sometimes referred as RV) is the capability to describe events that are taking place anywhere in the world from a single point.

It is believed that we all have the ability to train ourselves to perform Remote Viewing, and that it is highly likely that we always had this latent ability but it was never nurtured during childhood and hence lost as we grew to adulthood.

It seems that the old adage of “if you don’t use it you lose it” is literally true in the case of psychic powers.

Binaural beats can be and have been used to induce the RV state when played in the delta ranges (4hz and below) to great effect, and it is now possible with the correct training to experience remote viewing from your own home.

Firstly, lets examine the concept and history of RV a little more in depth.

The term Remote Viewing was first used by both parapsychologists Russell Targ and Harold Puthoff in the mid seventies and still is in widespread use today.

RV became popular during the 90s after the official release of documentation stemming from a Government program named the “Stargate Project” which was effectively an investigation into the feasibility of using highly trained psychics to aid in military based operations.

Initial results from these Remote Viewing tests were quite positive, though after further investigation, those same results became invalid due to the insinuation that clues had been left for the RV subjects to find, leading to the the false positives reported.

Additional experimentation was carried out over several years, within a more stringent test environment but according to the released information, there was no concrete evidence that RV was a viable tool for the military requirement.

Due to the above and numerous other less than favorable results, the Stargate Project and all associated experiments were closed down in 1995.

Although the previously mentioned results make serious scientist highly skeptical that RV even exist, numerous agencies are known to employ the services of Remote Viewing specialist to assist in the solving of cases eg missing persons investigations etc.

Interest in Remote viewing has experienced a resurgence recently due to the now easy access to the binaural beats used to induce the required brainwave patterns, plus the unbelievable results reported by some of the people actually using these beats to trigger a Remote Viewing experience.

As with most extra-sensory experiments, the results of RV tend to be very personal to the individual experiencing them, but the truth is being that RV has peaked your interest coupled with the availability of the tools required to attain the RV state, today would be as good a day as most to experience your first Remote View.

So what are you waiting for, the world has just become your spyglass oyster.
