Brainwave Entrainment How to Program Your Mind For Success

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

In studying the brain and specific brainwave patterns, scientists have discovered that you can literally take on the exact same brain patterns as the “super rich”… “super successful”… “super happy”… and “super creative” people…. And it takes NO EFFORT whatsoever!

Was it humbug? Was it true? Should I believe in it? A thought should be enough for less stress? Think like a Millionaire to become one? Set your mind against stress by simply wishing to do so and relax?

Well, I decided to simply try… being sure in the back of my mind that it would for sure NOT work….

BUT…..

I had an astonishing experience…. I had got a “Secret Weapon” to becoming super-charged! I have tried and applied, despite all my scepticism, the “law of attraction” and the concept of “your thoughts create your life”. This way of thinking is my “steady companion” since 2 years in the row now, and today, getting ready for a fantastic and successful year 2010, I for sure wanted to suggest you this ingredient of my success recipe to add to your success story 2010!

This short story I have just told you though is not meant to be the focus of this article. It is just a short example of how easily you could get fantastic results – by “simply” changing your mindset, your way of thinking, And even more important: I want to remind you how important mindset is to all our success.

There is no secret formula behind the success stories of famous people. There might be a glimpse of fortune and a corn of destiny. But it is mindset, focus and determination that bring you towards your goals.

Stand up when you fall and never stop moving. Take each fall as a pillar of your future success, as foundation of your ultimate goal. All experiences, good and bad ones make us stronger. Knowing how to focus this experience on what you really want in life is the key element to it.

Many fantastic books and programs have helped me, it might be meditation that helps you. A few coaching sessions might be the right solution for a third person and a good friend, and some suggestions the ideal way for a fourth one.

Key about it is:

1. Know what you want; more than that: know what you really desire!

2. Be prepared paying a price for it – and keep in mind that when the prize is clear, the price becomes cheap!

3. Focus and determination is what will keep you along the way and help you gaining momentum when procrastination seems to get the over hand.

We all know that there’s two parts to the equation to success: One part is business (with products, services and tools), the other part is mind. Experience the transformational power of setting your mind towards success, for yourself, first-hand…and watch the changes occur from the inside out. This is where the magic happens.

There is no better time than right now to embrace this powerful tool, your mind, your thoughts, your believes and allow them to help you transforming your life.

To your success,

Your Kasia G.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain? ?requency following?response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ?requency following?response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ?ntrain?to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ?ind-tripping? enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person? starting position, entrainment can be rather ?it and miss?

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you?e probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain? strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

We often hear, especially from elderly people, that there is no substitute for experience. Knowledge by itself is not very useful if it is not supplemented by experience. In real life this is seen all the time. When students complete their academic pursuits and obtain their degrees, they are often confronted with this situation. They have to apply the knowledge in the real world to get anywhere. Sometimes it may become the proverbial egg and chicken problem. One needs experience to get a job but experience is not possible without a prior job.

But there is another aspect of the difference between knowledge and experience – the difference between reality and the knowledge of reality. You can read all about a place, see all the photographs, and collect all the information, but that is not the same thing as actually being there. There are things in nature that you cannot truly appreciate their beauty unless you actually observe them. One example is the auroral display that is normally visible only at high latitudes. You may know all about how those displays occur, how many types of auroras are there, how gorgeous the dancing lights are, and even see photographs or movies. But the thrill that you get in real-time watching of the phenomenon can never come from the accumulated knowledge about it.

On a more abstract plane knowledge may even be an impediment to experiencing. Here we are talking of experience in the sense of realization. This is the case in meditation. The prerequisite for meditation is to have the mind empty, totally devoid of thought. Knowledge is stored in the mind and to make it empty one has to clear that accumulation for the time being.

This leads us to the difference between experiencing and experience. Experience is always in the past, while experiencing is in the present. In true experiencing there is no separate existence of experiencer and experience. In the case of ordinary experience the mind is functioning at its lowest level, which is the normal waking state. In experiencing it is functioning at the highest level.

Such situations occur in real life when, for example, one is viewing a gorgeous sunrise or sunset especially in a lonely setting where there is no distraction. The scene itself is so mesmerizing that the person becomes one with nature and for that instant the seer and the scene merge. There is absolutely no thought in the mind and no awareness of time. For that duration there is only present, no past and no future. For that brief spell one goes into a state reminiscent of deep meditation. A similar situation can occur in listening to enchanting music. People usually refer to this condition as ‘lost in music’. It can happen with any sense of perception.

In all perceptions there is usually the subject-object duality. In the state of true experiencing this duality vanishes as the subject and object become one. This is the state that is the yogi attains in deep meditation transcending space and time. The difference is that the yogi can go into that state at will without any outside help, whereas one without yogic perfection needs proper input through a sense perception and the ‘trance’ is short-lived. However, these occasions provide opportunities for living in the present moment by moment and lead to a better understanding of life in relation to the external world.

So there I am at the gym, about 7:30 pm, just finishing up a lower body and abdominal workout. I headed over to the floor mat for the last of the ab work, which I went through pretty quickly.

As I lay there I felt the overwhelming urge to meditate.

There were distractions everywhere. Bright lights, lots of people all around, uptempo music pulsating, even the smells associated with a fitness center. But the desire for inner peace was stronger than the distractions. So lay down on my back, hands at my sides, closed my eyes and let out a moderately loud “Ahhhhhhhh…”

I slipped into that relaxed state beautifully. Most of me was at peace, letting the sound resonate within and around me, like I do most mornings. But there was a small part that was the observer. It knew this was unusual, and probably a good thing to be this relaxed and uninhibited in public.

I hadn’t had a good opportunity to meditate that morning. It had become harder since I began driving my daughter and her friend to school a couple of weeks ago. Disrupted the heck out of my morning routine, which I’m still trying to figure out.:)

And maybe that’s why this felt so necessary, and so good when it happened. Just a few minutes and I was a new man! I felt detached – in a good way. I wasn’t trying to make any statements about meditating in public. But I also wasn’t concerned with looking funny either. People will say or do what they please.

As Abraham would say, “nothing is more important than that I feel good.”

Find the time to get into your peaceful state. If you’re willing to do things most others won’t do, it becomes easier than you might think. If you’re having a hard time with the whole idea of “meditating” – if it’s just too strange a state to be in – just sit back, relax and breathe. Close your eyes if you like. Stare at something until it gets soft and fuzzy.

And be at peace with whatever anyone else is thinking. The smart ones will say, “I wish I was relaxed and peaceful, like that person is!”

Wow! It just keeps getting better and better!

The brain is the central commanding post of each human activity; a good developed brain can achieve much more than a normal one. There are quite a number of studies which have been performed to seek an explanation on how the brain works to achieve its goals. All these studies have one thing in common that is, the brain develops and adapts to an individual’s surrounding. The means by which these products act to accomplish subconscious mind training can be quite complicated. However, induction messages takes place by taking advantage of the brain’s means to function, the mind functions by use of electro magnetic pulses which affects activity by sending minute electric impulses. Introduced subliminal messages have the same alternating frequencies and these prompts the subconscious mind to open up and receive the induced messages. Emotional intelligence happens when consistent uses of high concentration subliminal are introduced into the subconscious mind forming prearranged thought set ups. It is very important for an individual to seek good information from therapist before affecting any kind of therapy especially if such therapies influences prearranged thoughts through mind alteration. We all have access to much more information than we can hold in our limited intellect. Consider the way professional psychics and intuitives operate. (I’m talking here about the real ones, not the fake ones.) Prior to meeting a new client, a good psychic normally knows nothing about them, so their intellect is basically blank on the subject. But somehow it’s as if they can pull information out of thin air. Guided imagery and guided meditation can help give you some of the same ability that psychics and intuitives have.

The main difference between psychics and normal people is that psychics are more open to input and impressions. The information a psychic brings forward is already present, but it’s just out of reach of the intellect. Whether they have a natural gift, or learned to cultivate the ability, they can reach beyond the intellect and access that information, or put another way, can open and allow it in.

Guided imagery can help you open to do the same thing. The key is in the setup. In order to have the same kind of openness a psychic has, you need to be relaxed, loose, and in a state of enhanced awareness.

A good guided meditation will first help you relax. Soft background music, gentle narration, and a script that takes you to a very comfortable inner space handles that first requirement. Then you need something to engage your interest, to get your imagination revved up. If the topic of the script is something you care about, whether it’s nature scenes or auto racing, you’ll have an easier time being engaged. So, if it’s about nature, the narrator may guide you to a mountainside, a beach, or a meadow with a rainbow. If it’s about auto racing you might be in the stands at a track, or you might be the race car driver.

At that point, you should be fully relaxed and engaged in the story — “in the movie”, so to speak. That’s when the narration should open a door for you, by suggesting that you see, hear, feel, become aware of, or know something new. (Tip: You’ll get the most mileage out of looking for information that pertains directly to you and your path in life.) One way to receive the information is from a person, animal, or other being who’s part of the meditation story, and reveals something.

Do you ever feel like a cartoon character stuck on fast forward with too many things to do in too short a period of time – except that it really isn’t very funny? Frenzied and stressed, parents race about with a never ending “to do’ list, determined to provide children with everything. Trading and scheduling every second of time, we taxi children around 24-7 to sports, music and entertainment events; we work our fingers to the bone to provide them with the latest brand name clothes; and we line up in departments stores, sometimes battling other parents for the latest toy guaranteed to bring our child happiness! Now after all of this running around, do we get to relax?

No, too much housework and yard upkeep. Is the push to be “perfect” parents providing our children with “perfect” opportunities destroying us?Have our lives have become so crowded with schedules and obligations and insatiable desires to do and achieve “more” in the outside world that we have forgotten to nourish our inner world? Paradoxically, in our attempts to give our children everything the outside world has to offer, we may be denying them the opportunity to unlock their inner world and find the key to fulfillment and happiness. Einstein said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.” We all need space and time to kick back, relax, fanaticize and imagine! For children it is the most important part of their education; yet many children are missing such opportunities entirely. Even when they’re not racing off to scheduled activities, their lives are too often filled with television, video, and computer games. Even children who watch only the best educational programs, still miss exploring their inner worlds unless they have “free time” to do so. I remember years ago trying to get my oldest up and ready for pre-school. “Oh no,” he groaned in exasperation.

“Why do I have to go there? I already had plans for today… we were going to build that bridge for our highway.” The boys spent hours in the sand box and this was not the first time Jason had had “other plans.” His comment caused me to take a step back and really ask myself why I was taking him off to preschool after all. Was it just because that’s what I believed a good mom did to provide every opportunity for her child, or was it because that’s what was truly best for him in this situation? The answer was clear to me, and I withdrew him from preschool immediately. Now that doesn’t mean that I don’t agree with preschools or daycares. Many children I know benefit greatly from preschool, where they are often introduced to free play activities that help them tune into their inner world. However, scheduling kids into activities just because we think we have to, and not giving them time to kick back, relax and explore themselves is not in their best interests. We all need time just to be, without the continual bombardment of outside stimuli.

My definition of stress is “too much stuff in too small a space.” Stress is behind most health problems today. So schedule time to kick back and relax, for both you and your child. Think of this time as more important than any other for you and your child’s healthy development. You may have to drop some organized activities for the time being. Limit television viewing, computer games, and other activities that keep your child’s mind busy, and make sure he has time to entertain himself. Author Stephen Glenn tells us that one hour of television viewing per day is the maximum amount children can handle psychologically, and even then there should be an equal amount of time allowed to talk and explore the child’s ideas and perceptions of the programs. The American Association of Paediatricians recommends not allowing ANY child under two years of age to sit in front of a television screen. Your kids may protest mightily if they are hooked on television and at first may complain bitterly of boredom.

I encourage you to hang in there and see their boredom as the motivation that will drive them inward to discover how they can entertain themselves. Empathize with how difficult it is to stop watching TV, but encourage them to find something else to do. Do not, however, take responsibility for keeping them busy and happy. That is their responsibility. You can help by setting play and living space up so that it invites them to use their imagination: · A simple box filled with articles of clothing, hats, gloves, homemade masks and crowns, and interesting pieces of fabric makes a fabulous dress-up box, or “tickle trunk” as we used to call it. Setting up your dress-up box and shopping at thrift stores can be inexpensive and lots of fun to do together.

Make sure kids have access to the great outdoors. Moving from one place to the other when our kids were young had our entire family in a state of frustration inside of a week. The home we had moved from had ample fenced space for the boys to play outdoors while I kept an eye on them from inside. Our new home however bordered the street and had no fence. What a difference it made to all of us when we erected a simple chicken wire fence right outside the house, anchored a tire swing to a tree and brought in some sand!

Do what you can to provide play space outdoors for your kids, or schedule time to take them outdoors to play. Often we think that we don’t have time to do this and then spend our time in frustration and anger dealing with their pent up energy and “misbehaviour.” · Create a quiet corner for reading, drawing or coloring and encourage everyone to use it.

Give teens space to “hang out” by themselves. “Doing nothing” is important at times. · Some children will find it harder than others to play on their own. Invite playmates over who like to stretch and explore their imagination. Notice what entices your child and later encourage her to play alone in her imaginary world. If your child always wants you to play with her, try setting a timer for a designated time where she plays by herself and when the timer goes you get to do something together (or vice versa). Gradually increase the time alone. It helps if your child can see the timer.

Help your child explore his inner world through books and art. Talk about feelings and ideas as you read and draw together. Listening to stories and reading encourages the imagination. Encourage older children to keep reading by setting an example of doing so yourself.

Set young children up at the sink to wash dishes. Water has a magical quality that invites children into their inner world. Some parents protest that this will make too much mess and too much work for them, but I urge you to weigh out the benefits with the drawbacks. Often it doesn’t take that long at all to clean up, it’s our own frustration and inner chatter that makes us miserable.

Set bath time up as a time to relax and explore the properties of water. Encourage older children to enjoy the soothing qualities of water to relax. Try a bath yourself just to relax and let children know NOT to interrupt unless it’s an emergency. You will probably be put to the test to define emergency and hold your boundary so be prepared! We create our world from the inside out. If we are wound up on the inside, our life will be whirling about us chaotically on the outside. The key is to stop trying to organize the whirlwind, take a deep breath, and bring ourselves into the present moment.

The center of the cyclone holds the peace and power. Train yourself to find your center through relaxation, prayer or meditation and practice accessing that inner space. You will find this place de-light-full! Make decisions about what you really want to create in your life from this center of power and then act on those decisions first. As you connect and explore your own inner world, you will learn to shut off the switch that has your life on fast forward and your outer world will fall into place. Taking time to connect with our own inner world gives our children time and permission to connect with theirs. What could be more important? I believe the greatest accomplishment we can aspire to as human beings is to help another experience the radiance of her own inner light. What greater gift can a parent give a child?

We have all heard of meditation and yoga but have you heard of brain entrainment? It’s a fairly new form of meditation that works with music and CDs. You can listen to a CD and have it slip you into a meditation like state. With all the wonders of the brain, brain entrainment is being hailed as a newer and better form of meditation as you don’t need mind-altering drugs to take part.

Brain entrainment CDs can help you in that you can reach a form of mental state that allows not only your mind but also your body to completely relax and enables you to become stress free for a period of time. Whether it is music or another sound that can bring you to this place of meditation, it has a successful end according to many of its fans.

Wouldn’t you love to be able to come home after a stressful day at work or dealing with the kids and be able to pop on a CD and instantly go to a place of relaxation? Brain entrainment enables you to do just that. Your state of consciousness can be altered and you can come through the end of a rough day feeling calmer and more at peace than ever.

Doing brain entrainment can make you find answers and solutions to problems. By going through the meditation state and then coming out of it you are more alert and aware and focused. This can perhaps help you see the solution to something almost instantly. There are those who have literally had a “why didn’t I think of that earlier?” feeling after coming out of brain entrainment meditation, as if the answer was right there all along. It was. You just had to relax your state of mind so that you could see the problem and the solution clearer.

Our inner spirit can be damaged by outside forces. Even though our spirit is very strong, it is also susceptible to taking a blow when we get hurt mentally or physically.

Some people are fine tuned to their inner spirit. They know all of the great qualities that define who they are and they use them for the sake of others. Then there are those who don’t have a clue about their inner spirit. Life has shaken them so deeply they have forgotten who they are and what they are truly made of.

The inner spirit is a flame and sometimes the flame burns brightly while other times its flame can barely be seen.

If your light should dim, there are some things that you can do to make it burn more brightly. Stop, it’s that simple, just stop what you’re doing. Press the pause button. Notice how huge our world is and how small you are in it. Look at all the great qualities that you possess. Love yourself for who you are and notice all the joy that you bring to others. If you have forgotten your greatness, do something that best connects you to your soul. What livens up your spirit? Is it music, dance, art, knowledge or a sport? Take the time to do what you love to do. Take some time out and meditate. When you meditate you go inside and find answers that you are looking for. It soothes the soul. Go for a walk in nature. Nature has a way of calming the heart and the mind. Whatever your life contains, you will find beauty in nature. Nature speaks but you have to be open enough to listen to it.

Seeing yourself in others is so important. You can also rekindle your spirit through others. Look at how you play such an important role in other people’s lives. It can through your children, spouse, co-workers, parents, neighbors, friends, relatives and so forth. Your life has a strong impact on other people’s lives.

You have an impact on the universe as well. In a world so vast as ours you wouldn’t think that one person can make a difference, but it can. We continually have donations being sent to other countries to help them out. This is one foreign hand touching another. The things we do today to protect our vital resources in years to come, helps our universe.

Our inner spirit is sensitive; it feels everything from life to death and everything in between. Our struggles challenge it but the faith that we have in ourselves and our beliefs is what holds us up during our struggles. If you should ever find your inner spirit flame flickering at low flame, make sure to rekindle it by the faith that you have in yourself as well as others.

Give of yourself as others give to you. Giving is the greatest gift that you can do, it nourishes the soul. Look at both the helpful and the helpless, feel the bond when they meet. Bask your spirit in living life to its fullest, by experiencing all that your eyes are capable of seeing and all of the things that your ears are capable of hearing and by touching all of the hearts you are able to touch.

“In everyone’s life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.”~Albert Schweitzer

Brainwave Entrainment CVR Mind Technology Offers Life Mastery in an Uncertain World

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

When you graduate from school, your whole life is in front of you. You have dreams, goals you want to reach. You know it’s just a matter of time until you have the world on a string.

Flash forward a few years. Things probably haven’t gone as planned. You have a family to care for, bills to pay, and a job instead of a career. You feel like you’re drifting with the tide instead of forging your own course. While you may be satisfied with many aspects of your life, part of you still wonders, “What if?” What if you could get back on track and achieve those goals you set? What if you could become a better, more successful version of yourself? What if you could bring your life back under your control?

The answer could be as simple as a change of mind.

In today’s stress-filled, hectic world, it is often difficult to quiet your mind enough to tap your innate creativity. Yet for many of us, creativity is essential to our work performance. And, for all of us, it is vital for leading a balanced life. For life mastery, we all need to achieve a mental state where we can enhance any creative endeavor. Consider it an inner journey to the place in your mind where ideas abound and solutions are readily available.

That place is found through the use of a breakthrough technology called creative visualization and relaxation (CVR). CVR could be the missing component to success in many lives. Here’s why:

The universe operates on specific laws. These invisible laws are always manifesting your physical reality. The universe never tries anything; it only does. Creative visualizations for life mastery call upon the Law of Attraction and allow users to become conscious creators of their own destinies.

Think about the mindset of the controlled risk-takers who launched the high-tech industry. The dot-com bust turned risk into a four-letter word. Yet executives and companies who don’t employ risk can face extinction. Through the use of CVR, people who want to master their lives can utilize the same mindset of controlled risk in their own lives.

If you want to give that mindset an even bigger boost, try a related technology called brain entrainment, or light and sound, technology. Light and sound technology has the potential to trigger a revolution in the way people improve their lives. That’s because brain entrainment devices have finely-tuned light and sound frequencies to synchronize the left and right sides of the brain and produce deeply relaxed brainwave activity.

In technical terms, brain entrainment technology features deep carrier frequencies. These are the actual sine waves that transport your mind into the deepest meditative states, magnifying the effect of the binaural beats.

In lay terms, light and sound technology pays off dividends as users experience lasting positive changes in far less time than with traditional therapy or self-help methods. Even better, the leading modern light and sound glasses can plug into any MP3 player, providing self improvement at the touch of a button.

Most importantly, when used in combination with CVR audio sessions, brain entrainment allows people to take mastery over their lives and create their own new realities one day at a time. With audio sessions that help people become personal success magnets, harness the power of change, and that instill power phrases for powerful actions, such sessions aid users in overcoming negativity and creating success in their lives.

You can’t help but be bombarded with negative thoughts and beliefs; it’s on the radio, television and in the newspaper. CVR processes guide users into altered states where they discover ways of breaking through to their creative optimistic minds.

Imagine what if. Imagine what you will create in your life as you eliminate the negative and let the flow of optimistic thinking create a new reality for you. You’ll no longer be a passenger in your own life…you’ll be the pilot. Get ready to set your course.
