Do you cry at night when no one is looking? Do you pray, beg or plead with God for help or healing? Are you suffering in a relationship? Do your relationships fail? Are your finances in rough shape? Is your health something you know you need to improve? Are you often depressed, sad or lonely? Do you abuse drugs, alcohol or sex? Are your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors or churchgoers negative, pessimistic or negatively opinionated? Have you been abused? Do you feel as if something is wrong, there must be more, or that “is this all there is?” Are working at a job you hate?

If your life is not what you want it to be or if you have dreams that remain unfulfilled – you need help.
Several ways may help, I’ll list each and you can decide which or what combination seems best for you.

(This is not a cure-all. Only you can decide what you want out of life and whether or not you are able to achieve the dreams and goals you hoped for so long ago – but maybe you can replace the fantasies of yesterday with a glorious today).

1. God. Ok, I know, this may not be your cup of tea, but God is more powerful than any other entity. The caveat is that 9 times out of 10, God is only as powerful as your connection to Him is strong. You may get lucky and have God help you out anyway – the 1 time out of 10, but usually His help is equal to your strength of connection to Him.

2. You need to develop your own psychic strengths. Meditation and constant practice may help in this. Find counter-attacks or defenses by reading online or talking to someone who understands.

3. STOP! any involvement with drugs, black magic, Satanism, channeling, sexual or alcohol abuse or rituals, and this includes the ouija board, scrying, and tarot cards. Once you’re in the clear you can go back to all except for drugs and the ouija board. Stay away from that.

4. Request help from the good spirits and spirit beings. They helped me, sending spirit and non-corporeal entities to protect me.

5. Astral travel is a way for evil entities to gain access to you. If you’re doing it, Stop!

6. Stop self-abuse of all kinds, including self-criticism, doubting yourself, excessive worrying and any self-induced physical, emotional, spiritual or mental abuse.

7. Get clear. Essentially, you can’t get hurt – by anyone or anything – if you’re 100% clear. Obviously, you are not nor is anyone you know (probably) 100% clear (almost no one in the world is 100%, if they are, they may not be corporeal anymore). (see 8) Raise your self-esteem, learn to love yourself. Stop focusing on the negative and start focusing on the positive. Use a clearing method (or methods) to erase all the negative memories and attached emotions. There are many clearing methods, some work better than others. Determine which work best for you: the Sedona Method, NLP, Dianetics (go to a local Scientology center), Avatar, Tony Robbins, Dani Johnson, Dr. Joe Vitale, ho’opono, (? spelling?), re-birthing, hypnosis, intuitive healing, intuitive massage, Tantra sex, yoga, any martial art, etc.

8. Stop all communication with negative people or effects. This could be almost impossible because it could include such people as parents, spouse, siblings, co-workers, boss, work environment, TV news, TV shows, music, friends, best friends, neighbors; but I did it – to all of the aforementioned. Stop participating in their games.

9. Go back to school and learn a new career or language.

10. Understand that you are 100% responsible for you and everything that happens to you. No one can get to you – in any way, shape, manner or form – if you have not at some level requested it. Find the area that is requesting these things and address it – steps 7 and 8 can help with that.

11. Develop an appreciation for classical music – and listen often! Learn classical piano or classical guitar. You could also try zen archery or zen painting or writing zen poetry.

12. Don’t listen to standard churches or religions. Stay away; learn evangelical (your own way), Native American religions, native Hawaiian religious practice and feng shui.

13. Make a private journal. Write down all your thoughts and fears, all your bad memories, evil things done to you, mistakes, errors or evil you’ve done to others, list the bad people in your life (and then stay away from them) (don’t use real names), be 100% brutally honest with yourself – and then print your writing and hand it out to everyone you know and strangers in the street! (Repeat – don’t use real names in your writing.)

14. Forgive yourself, forgive others, be kind and gentle to yourself, be kind and gentle to others, learn to love yourself, develop an appreciation for yourself and your body, conduct random acts of kindness including anonymous random acts of kindness, give at least some money or change to anyone who asks or who you feel so moved to help, work out, find a worthy cause and donate time and/or money, (I volunteered for an animal shelter and gave money to several charities), and help or heal someone.

15. Learn the spiritual laws of success and the spiritual laws of financial mastery.

16. Find work you love to do and do it. Even if it doesn’t make the money you need (or any money). Quit any job you hate and replace it with work that you love, like or can tolerate that pays the bills. (In this economy, you may need to find a replacement job first before quitting your present job.)

17. Get healthy, eat healthy, exercise, stop smoking, work-out, develop yourself spiritually.

I did ALL of the above – and it worked. But it takes a lot of work and you have to be committed to winning. And it never ends. If you give up or let up – even for a moment – it will all come back. Not as strong and you will know it and you should be able to recover fairly quickly, but you will need to continue for the rest of your life – or until you get to 100% clear.

Brainwave Entrainment Amega Zero Point Energy Wand Explained

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Energy Healing has a history dating back many centuries and many claim that ‘hands-on’ energy healing methods are as old as mankind itself. The idea of energy, or life-force, flowing through the body affecting health and well-being spans many ancient cultures. It is only in recent decades that modern-day physicists have uncovered scientific evidence that supports these ancient beliefs.

Initial knowledge focused on external energy fields such as the Aura, Chakras and acupuncture energy meridians. In the 1930’s Dr Royal Rife discovered that certain resonant Frequencies could kill bacteria Viruses and fungi. Dr Hans Selye explored the connection between emotional stress and illness. Emotions are now felt to have a frequency pattern that can imprint onto our body cells. In 2009 research has shown that emotions can actually turn on and off DNA genes in rats. Further research over the past few years has shown that when we are unwell that the energy fields of our bodies are disrupted and these energy fields can be significantly altered by resonating frequencies. We can now alter the frequencies of our brainwaves using what is known as Bi aural beat therapy. Delivering different frequencies into our brain through both ears separately can change the EEG from Alpha and Beta waves to Theta and even delta waves. This creates a technical deep meditative state which can have significant therapeutic effects.

Using the principals of Wave theory researchers began to look at these abnormal energy fields and found that by subjecting them to either augmenting waves or counteracting waves that the overall energy field could be returned to the homeostatic or balanced state. This allows self healing to occur. There is a theory that Zero Point energy is the basic energy force that is at the core of all matter in the Universe. If this energy force is accessed then the material, whether it is animate or inanimate will at a Quantum level return to its normal fully energized state.

Crystals are known to emit resonant frequencies which are different for each type of crystal. The piezoelectric effect is the ability of some materials (notably crystals and certain ceramics including bone) to generate an electric field or electric potential in response to applied mechanical stress. It is not surprising therefore that research and development has come up with a method of using crystals to generate a specific resonance frequency that stimulates our energy fields to resonate and seek the true source of energy in the Universe, the Zero Point energy.

The culmination of all this knowledge has resulted in Technology which sources The Zero point energy field

This results in Self Healing.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain? ?requency following?response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ?requency following?response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ?ntrain?to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ?ind-tripping? enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person? starting position, entrainment can be rather ?it and miss?

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you?e probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain? strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

Do you have trouble sleeping? Insomnia is no fun. Take this quiz and find out what you could do to sleep better.

Just answer these quick questions with a Yes or a No and check the answers:

1) Do you go to bed at the same time each night?
2) Do you have a bedtime routine that’s soothing to you?
3) Do you make sure your bed is comfortable?
4) Is your room dark and quiet?
5) Does it have a comfortable temperature?
6) Do you drink coffee late in the day?
7) Do you worry a lot or are you under a great deal of stress?

Answers: The correct answers are given below, along with explanations. Check how yours match up.

1) Yes. A regular bedtime is important. It teaches your body to go to sleep at the time you usually go to bed. Haphazard bedtimes can easily lead to insomnia and sleeping problems.

2) Yes. A comfortable bedtime routine does the same thing. It could include a cup of warm milk, some soothing music, a relaxing book, writing in a journal, or even a few minutes of meditation.

3) Yes. Your bed needs to be comfortable for quality sleep. Make sure your pillows offer the right kind of support for your sleeping position.

4) Yes. This is very important for quality sleep. If noise is an issue, try earplugs. If light is an issue, try covering it up if it’s in your room (lights from alarm clocks) or get drapes that keep the light out better if it’s coming in from the outside.

5) Yes. A comfortable room temperature is also very important. if you find you have cold feet, wear warm socks. In fact, try that in any case – it helps a lot of people fall asleep faster.

6) No. Caffeine can keep you awake and cause insomnia. Some people are affected by it for hours. Remember that cola drinks and even chocolate and tea have caffeine. Avoid them after lunch and see if that makes a difference).

7) No. Stress can keep anyone awake. If your life is stressful, get some resources that help you reduce your stress so you can sleep. Once you sleep better, you’ll also find that you’ll be more productive, which might reduce stress further.

How did you answer? Give yourself a point for every Yes answer to Questions 1-5 and a point for every No answer to Questions 6 and 7. Then put some of the tips for overcoming insomnia that you may have missed into practice, and you will find that you’ll fall asleep faster and sleep better overall.

1. Stay close to what feels easy. Ease is a good tip-off that you are close to your Source-based inner wisdom. Let yourself continually re-define “easy” as easier and easier.

2. Think and do what feels “positive” for you in a relative sense. I recently read a scientific study that showed that forcing gratitude actually results in depression. Do not force yourself to think things that others define as “positive.” Follow your own sense of ease and you will feel much better and everything will begin to go easier for you.

3. If you feel peeved, just let yourself feel peeved and relax into it. Give your feelings a name and write it down. Studies have shown that naming feelings produces relief, and relief means more flowing progress.

4. Know that it’s OK to be where you are. I have seen over and over again that, no matter where I am — worried, pessimistic or happy — I can relax into it, know it is good and good things can come. I have manifest better feelings and positive situations at all kinds of emotional levels, from powerlessness to joy, because my Source-based inner wisdom can always meet me with good-feeling inspiration right where I am.

5. See this for yourself: Ask your inner wisdom to show you an open door to a thought or action that feels good and then follow it.

6. Do it again whenever it feels easy!

7. Talk to yourself and invite your inner wisdom to listen. Just get everything off your chest! and notice how you start to feel better. This is great to do while you are driving! If I’m in a lot of close traffic and feel self-conscious, I wear a headset from my cell phone (or mp3 player look-alike) and everyone can assume I’m on talking on my phone. You can do this when you feel good, too!

8. Talk to the Universe and ask specific questions about your concerns, fully expecting specific and easy to do replies which are helpful.

9. Take the Universe’s advice when you hear the answer.

10. Do this as often as you feel like it during the day; the Universe will always like to hear from you and you will feel better.

11. Learn some form of energy releasing to accompany your talking. Google or search on YouTube for “EFT” or “TAT” and you can learn something in 10-20 minutes which will serve you well for life. After you do the physical tapping several times to get the feeling of it, you can just visualize yourself tapping on the points for the same effect, such as when you’re talking to yourself and driving.

12. Hum a melody that expresses your feelings about the situation until you feel better. Make up a melody, as dramatic or soothing or whatever as you feel like. The music and the act of humming actually brings the two parts of your brain into greater harmony, and expressing your feelings without words activates and provides relief for a much broader range of anxieties and tensions.

13. Call in your angels and ask for help. Even if you’ve never done this, and you’re not sure you believe in angels, if it feels OK, just give it a try and let yourself be very pleasantly surprised.

14. Whatever you have asked the Universe to manifest, start adding non-physical things to your vision — greater peace of heart and mind, ease of sleep, better focus, more trust, more ease, just ask whatever is in your heart and mind. Asking for non-physical things can often be easier, with less resistance, and it will boost your sense of empowerment greatly when you start to receive them quite quickly.

15. When you start to feel better, remember a time you got something you wanted.

16. Let yourself feel grateful once a week (don’t overdo! Just think of something really, really easy).

17. Find something really, really easy to do and do it.

18. Lay down for a while (take a nap if you want) and call it meditating. Know that the relaxation and ease really is bringing you closer to your Source-based inner wisdom and inner power.

I support your success! Thank you for being here.

Tibetan singing bowls have been used traditionally for spiritual and healing purposes since ancient times. These bowls are in use now for stress-relief, meditation, yoga, and other applications. Many wonder exactly how tibetan singing bowls work in healing one’s body and mind, but the secret is primarily in the way they sound and the vibrations they emit.

Vibrations

It is believed that everything in existence today vibrates at a certain frequency, including our human bodies and its internal organs, as well as our inner energy systems, like the chakras and our auras. When everything is vibrating at its own optimal, unique frequency, we function in complete health. Disharmonious vibrations, often caused by stress or unhealthy environmental conditions, are said to cause illness and disease.

Tibetan singing bowls, which produce pure vibrations, are capable of correcting these imbalances. The pure vibrations of the these bowls resonate with the optimal frequencies of the body and gently correct any blockages and imbalances. This is why it is particularly effective to place them directly on the body – so that the vibrations are in an optimal position to affect any internal imbalances.

Sound

Aside from the vibrational qualities, the bowls also heal in a simpler way. As humans, we are exposed to many unnatural and discordant sounds – the rush of traffic, television chatter and other electronic noise pollution, and countless more random and unpleasant sounds of modern-day living. Tibetan bowls produce sounds that are calming and pleasing to the brain.

These tones are pure and naturally harmonious and resonant with each other. The effect of listening to this type of music calms the mind, much like listening to nature sounds would. A calm mind naturally produces a healthier body, making it less susceptible to illness and disease.

Tibetan singing bowls are a unique, powerful, and natural instrument for healing, which is why the tradition of using them has survived for centuries.

Stress is the one of the toughest things to deal with living in present times. Everybody suffers from stress. And the stress we suffer takes a severe toll on our bodies, emotions and minds.

Feeling stressed out, exhausted by fatigue or just simply having a bad day, the greatest thing to do is relax.

Watching television might be a form of leisure for some, but is not a recommended method by experts in natural healing for stress. When we watch TV, we are slammed with commercials, ads, sounds and images. So how do we accomplish relaxation? If there are thousands of ways we can get stressed, there are also many ways we can relax.

One way of relaxation is meditation. Recent studies have also shown that this technique might reduce artery blockage, which is a major cause for heart attack and stroke. People use meditation by repeating uttering soothing sounds while meditating, this is to achieve total relaxation. The researchers found that practitioners of meditation significantly reduced the thickness of their arterial wall compared with those who didn’t use meditation.

Another study on another method of relaxation is acupuncture, this method may reduce high blood pressure by initiating several body functions for the brain to circulate chemical compounds known as endorphins. Endorphin helps to relax muscles, relieve panic, decrease pain, and reduce anxiety.

Yoga is also another technique for relaxation and may also have comparable effects like acupuncture. In another study, participants were exposed to several minutes of mental stress. Then they were exposed to various relaxation techniques, such as listening to nature sounds or classical music. Only those who did Yoga significantly reduced the time it took for their blood pressures to go back to normal. Yoga is a form of progressive relaxation.

Breathing is one of the simplest methods to relax. Breathing influences almost all aspects of us. It affects our brain, our moods and our body. Simply focus on your breathing, after some time you can feel its special effects right away.

Another easy way to accomplish relaxation is exercise. If you feel irritated, an easy half-hour of exercise will often settle things down. Although exercise is a great way to lose weight, it does not show you how to manage stress appropriately. Exercise should also be used in conjunction with other exercise method like weight training and aerobics.

One terrific way of relaxation is getting a massage. To achieve full relaxation, you need to completely surrender to the handling and touch of a professional therapist.

These relaxation techniques are just a few of the ways you can attain relaxation. Another reason why we need to relax, aside from lowering blood pressure in people and decreasing the chances of a stroke or a heart attack, is because stress produces hormones that suppress the immune system, relaxation gives the immune system time to recover and in doing so perform more efficiently.

Relaxation can really be of helpful use once a relaxation technique is frequently built into your lifestyle. Choose a method that you think you can do on a regular basis.

Brainwave Entrainment Are You Feeling Blue and Need a Way to Boost Confidence?

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

If you are feeling blue and need a way to boost confidence, modern technology has the answer. Meditation with binaural beats mp3s will enable you to access the subconscious mind and create an entirely new and confident you.

We are being besieged with a flood of depressing and dismal news and events. Preserving one’s confidence in the face of this onslaught is a formidable task.

The problem is that our subconscious mind is rife with an accumulation of negative convictions and beliefs and this is controlling our conscious actions and thoughts. However, if we can reconstruct the subconscious to instill more positive feelings and expectations then we can begin to regain self esteem and confidence.

The process to access the subconscious involves mind control through meditation. The objective is to slow the brainwave activity from the chaotic and frenzied high level of beta to the more relaxed frequency ranges of alpha and theta. It is at these lower levels that the subconscious mind can be opened and the desired modifications made.

If you are experienced in meditation then you know how to do this. But if you are not experienced, then achieving and maintaining brainwave frequencies in the meditative ranges can be difficult. It takes a lot of instruction and practice to become effective at meditation.

Binaural beats mp3s make it easier for the rest of us to become effective at meditation. Binaural beats are recordings that are listened to with a set of headphones. Tones of different frequencies are introduced into each ear and this causes the brain to follow into those desired states of alpha and theta. Technically, this is called a “frequency following response”.

The benefits of binaural beats are that they help us to meditate more easily. All we have to do is put on the headphones and let the technology do its job.

Overcoming the blues and boosting confidence is crucial if you want to accomplish anything. You have to believe and this means your subconscious mind has to believe. Binaural beats mp3s make it possible to make long-lasting positive changes in your attitudes and actions.

brain waves Three Ways to Reduce Stress in Your Daily Routine Without a Big Hassle

Meditation music is music performed to aid in the practice of meditation. It can have a specific religious content, but also more recently has been associated with modern composers who use meditation techniques in their process of composition, or who compose such music with no particular religious group as a focus.

binaural beats anxiety | calming music
Dealing with stress from events as rush hour traffic and problems at work can be stressful in and of itself. And you really have no time to devote to stress relievers as meditation and yoga. For example, if you are new to either or both meditation and yoga, you have to take additional time to learn how to benefit from them and then keep practicing until you’ve got them down pat. These efforts can result in even more stress.

One way to avoid these and other problems is integrating those efforts in your daily routine. For example, you can see what happens to you in a humorous way. In other words, imagine someone else dealing with your situation. Would that person suddenly begin to run in all different directions and still get nowhere? Would that person take the wrong step from the get-go and compound his or her problems? What would be the funniest thing that happens to that person? You’ll then be able to get a good laugh without having to interrupt your present activity.

Another way to reduce stress without taking extra time is by doing something else for a half hour or so. That way, you’ll still be getting things done. While you’re involved in the new activity, you interrupt the stress from the first activity. This technique is especially useful if you have writers’ block and find that your efforts to begin that report or story just don’t seem to be going anywhere. Instead of forcing yourself to produce, take a short time-out and have some lunch or do something else that is more relaxing. When you are ready to work on that report or story, you will find that ideas and words come more easily and what’s more, you complete that project in a more timely manner.

And finally, you can reduce stress with exercise. As you work around the house, for example, turn on hit music on the radio (or other dance music that you enjoy) and work more vigorously or dance along with that mop or broom. You can also jump rope if you have a minute to spare. You’ll find that you feel more relaxed by the time you are finished. But even more surprisingly, you’ll find that this works, especially when your stress seems to have reached an all-time high.

Even best of all, you’ll discover that you didn’t have to take a lot of extra time just to reduce those high stress levels. You’ve combined those activities during your normal routine and have succeeded!

sleep meditation Ella (Chapter 5)

Meditation music is music performed to aid in the practice of meditation. It can have a specific religious content, but also more recently has been associated with modern composers who use meditation techniques in their process of composition, or who compose such music with no particular religious group as a focus.

The house had concrete walls, stone floors and a butterfly roof line that comprised two linked pavilions with living spaces. Usually, houses have temperaments, vices and virtues. They look upon the world with almost human faces. With one storey above and a basement, Ella’s and Alexander’s house had a vaulted roof making a parabolic arch.

At right wing was the dining room, the first bathroom and the garden. The dining room was located at the front of the house having at the bottom, a vertical window, offering a real view of the mountain peaks. The windows were cut out of the form contradicting the conservatory atmosphere created by the people living in that place and, for this reason, generating controversy. The other wing had the living room, a little bedroom and a little kitchen. The living and dining rooms were filled with beautiful antique furniture, dried flowers in vases and ornaments providing a cozy atmosphere. The meals were served in the dining room at a charming mahogany table which was able to seat either ten or twelve people. Both rooms were decorated in a blend of medieval and renaissance styles. They had a few remarkable wall paintings. The wall shelves also blended nicely with the furniture. The little garden was situated inside the house near the dining room having some exotic shrubs and fruit trees making the atmosphere to be calm and fresh.

Alexander and Ella thought that the garden was very important because they lived near the town and they needed to compensate for the adverse effects of smoke emitted by cars and factories. Raising fruit trees, shrubs and vines in containers was a great gardening adventure. Bringing a miniature exotic garden right into the house helped them to create an indoor serenity garden room where they wanted to escape for some quiet. The living room was very important because it was where they watched their television programs, listened to their music and entertained their friends. The bright kitchen had walls of pastel shades and a tiled floor. The living room opened outside to a little stone terrace and a small pool. The little bedroom, exclusively for Alexander and Ella, was decorated in shades of beige and peach.

The indoor materials used, including wood, bamboo and glass made the home to have a good lighting, insulation and plumbing, as well as a passive cooling design. The house had another bedroom, a second bathroom, the storage room and the laundry room at the upper level. The laundry room with a counter, a sink, a big fully automatic washing machine with plastic drum and a lot of washing utensils was perfectly situated near the bathroom. This bedroom was created for the guests coming from a long distance. The elegant lines of the house exuded a silent grace. Each pavilion contained a central core made of corrugated steel and concrete masonry concentrating most of the plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical systems inside it. The house architecture was designed to handle the wind and snow.

He came out of the darkness. His eyes were the eyes of a feline in the night. He came holding a black leather briefcase. The darkness seemed to envelop him in mystery. She opened the door and let him enter.

”What are you doing here?”

”Nora asked me to leave our home. She couldn’t deal with her jealousy. Where is Alexander?”

”His mother is very ill and he went to the hospital to help her. He will be back in the morning.”

”Yeah, actually I knew but I quarreled stupidly with my wife and I forgot. Give me something to eat.”

Ella gave him venison to eat and after that she gave him to drink a cup of red wine to drink. There was a sofa in the living room and she invited him to sleep there. Then she opened the window. It was raining outside but she didn’t feel the raindrops. She was worried about Alexander expecting him to come home. She turned on the radio. A singer sang his love. It seemed to be an old love. She crouched in a corner and began to cry. Michael came slowly near her and started caressing her shoulders.

”Why do you cry, Ella? Do you know how to cry, little baby?”

”I feel it is not good at all. Alexander’s mother needs surgery and he is exhausted. He comes home in the morning to sleep and I must go to the hospital.”

”Let’s talk a little about us. ”Michael tried to catch her attention.” Let’s talk about my daughter.”

”It is always the same problem with your stepdaughter. I think that, assuming your relationship with your stepdaughter is otherwise healthy. You must talk with her openly and honestly about all the problems you have in common You must help her to understand what’s going on with you.”

”She simply cannot understand that another one can have a different opinion than she has on certain subjects. Mary may interact more positively with me only by asking me or maybe figuring out what I need to express.” Michael replied:

”Some persons ramp up their behavior when they feel insecure about something and specifically they ramp it up when they feel insecure because the person they are talking to is withdrawing or having a negative reaction.”

”She has a very strong personality. But she is stubborn”

Michael looked into her beautiful eyes. When she looked into his eyes she felt the same strange sensations as usual.

”The fact that she wants to involve you in her life is very important.”

Ella tried to excuse Mary. She called Alexander to tell him that Michael is there.

”She’s waiting for you to react to something that she says, maybe she’s looking for the validation from an adult to all she needs to say.” Michael closed his eyes.

”What did you say?” I called Alexander.

”Great! I think that it is very important to have a frank conversation with her, as you said a few minutes ago..”

”Do you need some coffee?”

”Yes.”

”You must help her to understand your behavior and your thinking.”

Ella tried to continue her idea.

”Do you have daughters?” Michael asked her smiling.

”No, do you really have one?”

”I love Nora.”

Michael kissed Ella on the cheek.

”There must be somewhere a journal where she writes about her thoughts. Try to find it. You will understand her better than before.’ ‘

Ella told him becoming suddenly very confused.

”It’s so disappointing when a negative reaction can be the only reaction someone ever provides. Don’t you think so?”

He came closer to her, few inches away from her face. She felt nervous. He touched her skin gently.

”It sounds like you don’t like her. Maybe that’s not true, but if these kind of feelings can make living together a challenge she can pick up on your weakness saying: ‘I can’t stay any longer in this situation.’ You had married her mother and you came into her home and into her life. Maybe she really wants you to like her exactly how she is. ”Ella became slowly insistent.

Michael held her hand until her sorrow went away. After a few minutes he released her hand. The way he looked at her was very strange. It was like a connection.

”It’s possible that her friends do not really understand her like her family does.” Ella continued but he didn’t seem to pay any attention. She wanted to understand his mind, especially when he hid himself behind his own words. Yet, she continued:

”You ‘re not a stranger. Imagine that you’re her step-father.But she needs a real dad..She might try to change you when she connects with you. I promise to talk with her.”

”Thank you” Michael became completely absent.

In that moment Alexander came into the house. He looked very exhausted but Ella felt that his love was very strong.

”How are you,my love?” Ella embraced him strongly. ”I will go to the hospital. Michael is here with you. Go to sleep, my love.”

”Aren’t you afraid of the consequences when you write some articles,Ella?”

”I believe in this necessary suffering for the cause of freedom and justice, Michael.”

”It must be always a balance between the security of the people and their fundamental rights.”

”The preservation of the rights and freedoms of the individual are very important. Think a little bit to our ancestors who died for our freedom and our nation.” said Alexander.

”We need democracy and freedom and this is why the words are sometimes very important.” said Ella.

”I think we should do the things we love even if it is very hard to do this. It is very important to love what you do and to have a motivated passion for doing it. In a society where we spend more time at work than at home we must be content with our jobs. ”said Alexander. ”Are you going or not to the hospital?”

He looked at Ella with kindness but he was very irritated and very tired.

”I go now, bye!” said Ella closing the door behind her.

”Let’s go to sleep, Michael,I’m very tired.”

”Me,too. Can you talk with my wife? She’s going crazy sometimes.”

”Didn’t she call?”

”Not yet.”

”Don’t be so worried. She will call tomorrow. Have a good night!’

”You,too.”

In this perfect school there were sixteen kids in every class. This way the teachers could give each kid an individual education. A strong teaching environment was really needed for this perfect school. The materials that had to be absorbed over a year should be planned out into equal shares. By the end of the year, the students comprehended the bare basics of each section of the subjects learned in their class. That way, the lessons could never be forgotten. The teachers encouraged the ideas of the children. Sometimes, for some reasons, teachers blew off the kids’ ideas, even they might be right. This perfect school had younger teachers because they understood what was going on in a teenager’s world.

Mary looked like a primary schoolgirl and she used to stay up all night studying. She needed some color to her skin because she was very pale but her black eyes and her black hair made her to look very beautiful. Her hair was always like she touched an electric fence but it smelled like lily.

Susan, Mary’s friend,told her:

”What’s the problem with your stepfather?”

Susan looked like a boy because she didn’t wear jewelry or earrings. She had green eyes and a blond short hair. She was poorly dressed but she carefully chose her colors.

”There are some few feelings worse than the feeling you have sometimes when your parent is not interested in you or what you have to say. And I have that stupid feeling when everything I say is less important.” said Mary.

”Everything you think is very important. Something strange happens here because I have new ideas but the people at school don’t want to talk with me and don’t want to share my new ideas.”

”They base their beliefs on their own personal experiences which can be completely opposite of what you experienced or what you believe.” said Mary.

”You’re like me, and I know that you want to share these exciting new things. I feel stuck in this school with no other friends except you and all these evil teachers. If love can awaken love, then love can awaken goodness.”

” The goodness may awaken the love, but it may also awaken the resentments. Sometimes,Susan, I don’t know why I like so much to be alone.More exactly,I need to feel my loneliness. I like to peer into my inner world, thinking about myself, about life, and about others. I like to understand myself.”

”I don’t see anything wrong in this.” said Susan

”I am a person, after all. I earn in a school attempting to get my exams. That’s more tailored to my personality, I think. I don’t know why most people are shocked when they actually get to know me or my situation.” said Mary.

”You are so funny, I didn’t know you were like that. Who told you this? It’s not true. And try to think a little,we all have strengths and weaknesses, no one is perfect. We may like some people because they are good or we may dislike this persons because they present a contrast to our being. We need to love people around us and we need to accept them such as they are. And this love can become our resurrection.”said Susan.

”Buddha promised Nirvana to those who could abolish the hate. Christ promised the kingdom of heaven to those who could be completely full of love for the mankind. The religious freedom is necessary for the peace and stability.I don’t know why some people are afraid of solitude. But I’m not. The solitude is for meditation.” said Mary.

”Some people are afraid to be alone with themselves. Therefore, they need to be involved in many activities.”

”Sometimes I need to be a different person more thoughtful, more empathetic, and more compassionate than before. I don’t know why I have these feelings sometimes.” said Mary.

”I want to be extremely beautiful and extremely insightful. I don’t know why I can’t always get what I want.”

”Well, I think you should ask yourself about this. Trust your judgment more often. You are intelligent. You need a preparation to self-improvement. Self-confidence is extremely important in every aspect of our lives, yet so many people struggle to find it.”

”Self-confident people inspire confidence in people around them. You’re right. “said Susan.

“I just want to get past this overwhelming attitude of struggling with all through my life.I am thinking of my stepfather, too.” replied Mary.

”If there is a problem, then there is always a solution to it. Generally, the problems are not permanent. Why don’t you call him Michael?”continued Susan.

”I simply cannot. I don’t like him at all. I still don’t understand how my mom can love such a guy.

He’s a manic-depressive person who loves himself. Imagine a guy like him. His teeth are sharp and so horrible that they’re like a shark’s set of teeth. His lips are coffee-black. How can she kiss him and make love with him?”

”I think that you feel hurt because you love him a little and you think that he doesn’t love you, but you must begin to love yourself, and take care of yourself more than usual. It’s important to have your own standards and self respect. So, even if you think that the problem is about getting self-esteem, the most important thing is to have self-value. You are who you are,Mary, and what you need to do with yourself is to nurture that person within you.”

”Maybe you’re right,Susan. He doesn’t let me say what I think. There is no freedom of thought until thought is revealed as speech. I feel imprisoned.I need a relative equality between me and him but he doesn’t seem to understand this.”

”Yes,my dear,I know.We need first of all freedom. And why do we need this? Because freedom is necessary for the evolution. Dan is still your boyfriend?”

”No,we’re not together any longer. Now I believe in sexual freedom. Why do you ask me?”said Mary.

”I was just curious. I skipped History. Tell me what do we have to learn for tomorrow?”

”Let me think a little.” She opened her book. After that she said: ”Look, we have to learn about the goals of the liberation struggle and the effects of the war on individuals.”

”It will be interesting to read.” said Mary.

”I think so. But I am a peaceful person. I don’t like the war.”

”Tell me, do you still love Tom?”

”Yes, I do, why do you ask me?” said Susan.

”Just because I want to know why do you love him.”

”I cannot find the right words to express what I feel for him. I love him because he’s the most amazing friend I have ever known. He’s charming, smart and he has a great sense of humor. I feel so happy by being with him. He made it through my wall and he threw my mask out. He accepts my imperfections and appreciates me for who I am.”

”He’s a great guy. See you tomorrow.”

”Bye.”

Susan went right to the poor households where the families were living in an atmosphere of hurt and tears. There she really experienced what is called four walls, more exactly, her room. All the poor households in this part of the town depended heavily on wood and other biomass fuels for cooking. These families had the stoves and used clean fuels because the prices are relatively low.

The poor parents had a smaller choice of primary schools for their children. The poorest pupils are likely to be accepted by the local schools. The women usually had four children. So they had more mouths to feed than usual. For the impoverished families, having a secure and comfortable home to raise their families meant to find the best way to bridge the gap from poverty to a normal life.

In the working poor families the lack the earnings necessary to meet their basic needs made life to be a struggle exacerbated by soaring prices for food, gas, health and education. These working families were forced to spend more than half of their income on housing, and nearly thirty percent for health insurance. One in four families was headed by a lone parent and they lived in poverty or below the poverty level. Lone mothers frequently borrowed money. Usually, families and their consumption decisions were neglected and they relied on money help from the others, Susan was a poor girl belonging to a poor family.

She knew that the poor people had small pockets and big hearts. She tried to understand the rich people who could be so selfish sometime, thinking of exploiting the poor families, without realizing that they destroy lives. The poor persons were those who battled to survive among the rich and lived their lives to help others who needed help and hope. Sometimes they were not able to rise out of poverty all their lives. And there were some people climbing out of welfare, drug addiction and homelessness. No one really knew them and for the most part didn’t care.

Her brother, Sam, never was at high school, he washed cars but did not own one. Their father was not in their life because he was an alcoholic and a drug user. He didn’t have a job and he didn’t have a steady place to live. Their mother forced him to leave the home because she didn’t want a bad influence around her kids.

Brainwave Entrainment Golfers Use Mind Technology to Relax and Perform

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Golf isn’t a game. It’s not a pastime, a hobby, a sport or a diversion. It’s not even a profession.

It’s an obsession.

Anyone who’s gripped by the golf obsession knows how frustrating the game can be. Imagine slicing, missing shots, landing on the rough or in the water or in the sand. They all make for high scores and ruined days. As any golfer will tell you, though, bad shots aren’t even the worst part. No, the real agony of golf is in the emotions. Though technique is important, it requires more than that; it requires calm focus and confidence. Golf is a mind game. The experience can be ruined by over-analyzing, anger, blame, distractions…and that’s just at the first tee!

It’s not hopeless, though. Many golfers are now using the latest innovations in mind technology to not only improve their games but also have more fun doing it.

The foremost of these technologies is creative visualization and relaxation (CVR). CVR does exactly what the name implies; it helps the golfer relax and visualize a better game. Since a golfer’s imagination can be his or her most powerful ally–or worst enemy–on the course, that makes CVR the perfect method to help golfers improve their games.

Instead of spending hours on the driving range, players can visualize themselves addressing the ball with perfect carry-through, making positive changes to their games before they step foot on the green. That mental practice enables them to go out on the course and accomplish the same easy success in their actions. CVR lets all players, pro or amateur, relax and let their minds take over. Golfers can address each ball knowing with certainty that they’ll both see the perfect shot in their minds and achieve it in their actions.

The relaxation inherent to CVR also takes away the stress that pushes so many golfers into high scoring games. It makes sense that relaxation would help a person’s golf game; most golf professionals consider concentration to be the key to playing golf. Almost no one teaches it, though. That’s not the case with CVR sessions, which teach golfers to block out distractions, focus like never before, and discover the concentration that helps them play the best golf of their lives.

CVR, of course, is just one weapon in the arsenal of a truly successful golfer. Brain entrainment–or light and sound–technology can also enhance the effectiveness of CVR golf sessions. Light and sound glasses use finely-tuned light and sound frequencies to synchronize the left and right sides of the brain and produce deeply relaxed brainwave activity.

That may seem like it’s more in the realm of MIT than the Masters or St. Andrews. In practical terms, though, it means consistency in performance, a sense of calm and endless confidence no matter the lie of the ball…all of which take players from over-analyzing to producing the perfect chip shot.

Unlike golf clubs, brain entrainment glasses don’t require extensive mental practice to use; they plug into any MP3 player. And, 20 minutes of light and sound use is equal to four hours of sleep. That’s a boon for anyone, but especially for golfers who lie awake and stress over performance.

Most importantly, when used in combination with CVR audio sessions, brain entrainment allows golfers to let the clubs do what they were designed to do…send the ball straight to the target. With meditations that help golfers master the course or that teach three easy steps to great golf in any situation, CVR golf series move golfers of any level to a whole new reality in their experience of the game.

Golf has always been considered a mind game. Now golfers can use that to their advantage. Yes, great golf really does start in your mind.
