meditation music Meditation Exercised Regularly Can Improve Your Well Being

Meditation music is music performed to aid in the practice of meditation. It can have a specific religious content, but also more recently has been associated with modern composers who use meditation techniques in their process of composition, or who compose such music with no particular religious group as a focus.

Many who try to meditate give up after a couple of tries. They may not have achieved the meditative state or they are expecting immediate results, Anything requires practice that’s why the people who says meditation is hard simply cannot reap the benefits that meditation can give.

Failure to achieve the meditative state may be caused by an inability to stay focused long enough. Maintaining a point of focus such as staring at a candle light, concentrating on your breath, thinking of only one thing such as an image of an apple or listening to brainwave entrainment tones such as isochronic tones and binaural beats.

Some people just can’t visualize something clearly that’s why thinking of an apple or any object just won’t work for them. They should try other means such as listening to isochronic tones or relaxation music.

Once you have experienced the meditative state, keep exercising it because it will become easier and easier.Just like shooting a ball to the basketball ring, you may not hit the mark the first time but the more you practice, the easier it will get to hitting the mark.

One important thing that happens to your brain when you exercise meditation regularly is that the communication between your left and right hemispheres become easier. The left and right brain have different functions and capabilities that’s why its good to nurture the pathways between them.

Every time you meditate, neural pathways are created or developed at the corpus callosum which connects the two brains. The more you meditate, the more permanent these pathways will be. Stop meditating and these pathways fade away.

Notice the path made in a grassy area. The more people walk across it, the more distinct and noticeable the path is. If nobody is walking across the path, it seems to fade because grass will grow on it.
A good communication between the two hemispheres can greatly help you in your daily tasks as the logical and creative mind can have an open communication

Exercise the type of meditation that suits you regularly and you’ll experience a more creative, abundance and prosperous life.

Most people are caught off guard when they enter midlife and find themselves gaining weight all of a sudden, when nothing else has really changed in their lives. Midlife means many changes and if you’re not careful, putting on pounds will be one of them! Use the following tips to avoid the cliche of midlife weight gain or to help get rid of those pounds that have snuck up on you.

1. Engage in more physical activity. You don’t need to be a triathlete in midlife, just a little more active than in previous years. Although rest is important, too much of it will accelerate weight gain and deprive you of energy. Stay active throughout the day by taking the stairs instead of the elevator, your bike instead of the car and not sitting for long periods of time in front of the TV or PC.

2. Watch what you drink and between meal snacks. Stop drinking soda and decadent coffees. This will cut out a big source of unnecessary calories from your diet. Most of those things are pure sugar and you will benefit much more from water and natural fruit juices. Try drinking green tea when you crave a warm cup of something and ice water with real lemon when you’re thirsting for something cold and refreshing. Both will work with your body, strengthen your immune system and provide you with beneficial antioxidants and both can help you lose weight.

3. Release stress. Later in life, stress becomes even more dangerous. Not only does it contribute to weight gain, it adds to heart disease and high blood pressure, among other things. This is a great time to learn how to put stress in its place and enjoy more of life! Enjoy meditation, music, gatherings with friends and regular exercise to combat the stress that can so quickly pack on the pounds.

4. Eat for your metabolism. Midlife means certain changes for your body that should be accommodated with healthier foods. Look for ingredients that are pure and natural and stop cooking with butter and salt. Adopting a better way of preparing meals will eliminate a significant amount of calories and other things your body can’t really use. Educate yourself on what to eat and the best ways of making meals. Avoid eating too much late in the evening and start every day with energizing foods that keep your metabolism going strong.

5. Start or join a group. Studies prove that a group of people accomplish more than an individual on their own. Working with a group also increases your likelihood of long-term success. Join with others of your age who are facing the same problem and work together to achieve or maintain a healthy weight. Schedule walks, yoga classes, swim meets and other activities that keep you social and in shape.

Maintaining a healthy weight gets much more difficult in midlife and beyond. Take control of your weight now and reduce your chances of the accompanying conditions, like heart disease, diabetes and arthritis. The effort you put in will be well worth the results you achieve!

Brainwave Entrainment How to Avoid Back Pain For Life

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

I didn’t know that back pain was the number 2 neurological ailment in the U.S. Up to 8 out of 10 folks have a disabling vertebrae disorder during their life. By age 65 only one in twenty people have NO complaints about their back.

So What

Would you spend about five minutes daily at your desk to strengthen the vertebrae in your spine? It’s easy, takes 20 seconds to learn and is relaxing.

You don’t have to know anatomy to conclude a bad back knocks you out of the game. Can you remember these four things about your spinal column?

a) Never sleep on your back, always on your side.
b) Soft mattresses are an invitation to back ailment – a hard surface is good for your back.
c) Smoking reduces the blood circulation to your lower back causing pain. Smoking also causes your spinal discs (shock absorbers) to degenerate. Google it.
d) Lift with your Knees, not back. Pull-in your stomach with each lift.

Inquiring Minds need to know: you own 33 separate vertebrae in your spine.

a) C1-C7 cerebral vertebrae (neck)
b) T1-T12 thoracic vertebrae (middle back)
c) L1-L5 lumbar vertebrae (lower back)
d) S1-S5 sacral vertebrae (lowest back)
e) CO1-CO4 coccygeal (fused). Small tail-like bone at bottom of spine.

Oh yeah, the #1 neurological ailment for folks is the headache. On April 5, 2010 office building vacancies are at a 16 year high. It gives me back pain and a headache.

Secret 5-Minute Strategy

1. Sit at you computer and pull back your chair.
2. Move forward and begin to ROCK back and forth gently about 6-8 inches. You are relaxing you intervertebral spinal discs (shock-absorbers). Stop after about one-minute.
3. Now raise your arms vertically (Goal) and continue to rock back and forth. Stop after about one-minute.
4. Now start a CIRCLING motion with your back. Sway back and forth in a circle. Left hip forward and around to your right hip, and now backward moving right-to-left. Roll, not rock and make an elliptical (egg-like) orbit with your upper body. Stop after one-minute.
5. Continue Rolling your back in a left-to-right circle, but with your arms raised straight up. Stop after about two-minutes.

Improvise and mix-and-match the Rock and Rolling back motions. Each rotation creates flexibility in your vertebral spine and increases you protection. If you are presently suffering back pain use your own discretion to decide if you want to experiment. When in doubt immediately consult your medical professional.

Do You Sway Enough?

You know we specialize in learning, memory and speed reading. We tested a new principle in long-term memory improvement. Bottom line: students and executives reported that rocking back and forth improved their memory retrieval and speed reading new knowledge.

Do You Care

We live in the Knowledge Economy and business changes are the currency of success. If you suffer from Information Overload you forfeit your opportunities for promotions in school and your career. In our private study, 80% of CEOs spend almost half their day reading to keep up with changes in their industry and the business world.

If you are searching for a killer position or moving from one organization to another, how you handle knowledge is highly relevant. Major HR departments expect you to be able to stay ahead of the inflow of information in your industry.

How to Swing and Sway for Fun and Money

Let’s be sensible, if you cannot give me a pretty good reason to sway my body during learning, it is too ridiculous to even start, right?

Beta to Alpha

OK, after just 20 seconds of swaying (rocking) your body back and forth while reading or preparing a presentation, your brainwave electrical rhythms (cycles per second) Change from Beta Hz (Hertz) of 13-40 cycles per second of Alert- Concentration (arousal) – to Alpha brainwaves of 8-13 cycles per second.

Alpha consists of deeply relaxed brainwaves. You are fully awake, but in a state of Non-Arousal. Walking in a park, meditating, or humming a song are examples of Alpha cps. When your mind and body are synchronized in Alpha you think clearer.

Switching from active Beta to Non-Arousal Alpha relaxes your entire body and makes learning and remembering easier and faster. You lose all distractions and give all your attention span and concentration to what you focus on.

Theta CPS

When you relax too much – with your eyes open, you may experience DayDreaming and even Road-Hypnosis. Theta cps is 4-7 Hz (cycles per second). When you are determined to learn new knowledge or put information into long-term memory, you need Alpha, not Theta or Delta (sleep – ?to 4 cps).

How to Sway

None of the students or executives got seasick from swaying and rocking; some called it self-hypnosis. It does not interfere with reading after 10 seconds of movement and in fact improves your reading speed up to 30%. Truth.

Your altered state of consciousness to deep relaxation – makes memory repetition easy to concentrate on. It becomes like a song you heard but you find hard to get out of your mind. Do a Mind Experiment, and be your own scientist. Our results indicate an extraordinary improvement is probable. You be the judge, right?

Swaying (rocking) works whether you are standing or sitting. Some folks like to stand up and read to create a variety of experiences.

Please Take Notice: swaying requires no more than a rocking motion of 2-3 inches forward to be effective.

If you read a book and rock 9-10 inches forward you are rocking yourself into Theta and your eyes begin to close. No good. Just a slight swaying motion back and forth increase your learning, comprehension and memory.

Last thought: your brain generates up to 10 watts of electrical power. Why not use swaying to Alpha cps to improve your learning skills and long-term memory. Once you commit to practicing swaying and rocking for 7-21 days – it becomes a habit and goes on autopilot.

Endwords

first, we want to offer you a baby-easy strategy to help your back and vertebrae. Now you own it if you choose to use it. Second, we want you to test for yourself the relevancy of Swaying your body to improve your learning skills and memory. Fact: change is a principle of life and life consists of change.

Would you have a competitive advantage over your peers in school and career by reading and remembering three (3) books, articles and reports in the time others can hardly finish one?

If you have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia you know how debilitating it can be. Fibromyalgia Syndrome known as FMS is very real and very painful. You are constantly in pain sometimes described as feeling like you ache all over. It is a deep muscle pain that is shooting, throbbing, gnawing and stabbing that can be felt clear to your bones. It can vary from mild to very severe and can vary from day to day. Other symptoms can include chronic fatigue, sleeping problems, memory and concentration problems, depression, numbness and tingling among others.

There is nothing physically someone can see so it is very hard for others to understand. Although the doctor runs tests there is no definite thing they find that says you have FMS. It is more like the elimination of other diseases that helps them come to this conclusion. There are no known reasons for FMS but they do have ideas as to what triggers this syndrome. It is believed by researchers that FMS may be caused due to an injury or trauma that has affected the central nervous system. Also a virus such as Shingles has been linked to FMS.

This is where I found myself 10 years ago. I was perfectly healthy until I got the shingles. Within 2 weeks I was in so much pain all over and with no answers as to why. Hopefully I can help shed some light to help you get started in the right direction. One of the most important steps after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia is to get a good doctor who specializes in FMS. Believe me I wish I had done so sooner than I did. They are much more knowledgeable about FMS and how to treat it. My Doctor attends regular seminars and is willing to try out new avenues of treatments as they arise, if their FMS patient could benefit from it.

Some common medications doctors will use to help with your FMS include:

Over-the-counter pain killers to help ease pain in your muscles
Muscle relaxants may be prescribed in sever cases
Anti-depressant medications are given to help with depression and sleeping problems
Sleep aides if necessary (sleep is very vital to help battle your fatigue)
Anxiety medications may be prescribed if necessary

Your first goal is to try to manage your pain with help from your doctor. Remember you are the only one who understands how you feel from day to day. This means you will have to do some self help along with what the doctor recommends.

Being in so much pain you may have a hard time focusing on how to help yourself. So simply start by trying to adjust your daily schedule, it really can make a big difference. Here are a few suggestions to help you get started.

Slow down your daily routine by cutting out any unnecessary activities
Take an afternoon nap to help you with your fatigue and to help relax your muscles
Try putting on some relaxing music
Do some relaxation sessions whenever you can during the day
Do breathing exercises
Take time to do some meditation
Delegate help from your family in doing daily chores
When working take a relaxing break or lunch hour, don’t try to rush out to do errands (delegate help here too)

Stress is a major key to Fibromyalgia. Whether you are at home or at work stress is hard on you central nervous system, and what does that mean…more pain, increased depression and anxiety. The biggest change I made to manage my stress was learning to say no. This was a hard one to learn but the best one for my FMS. Just say no to extra curricular activities that are not necessary at this time and each day think before you take on any more new tasks. Take this time to do some self healing.

I hope this helps you with getting started managing your fibromyalgia. There is help through doctors with medication but you need to be sure and tell him all your physical and mental issues so he can properly prescribe your medications. Remember self help is very important to the management of FMS. The more you know about fibromyalgia the more you can help yourself with FMS problems as they arise.

“Look for the mysterious in life. Wherever you look – in the white clouds, in the stars in the night, in the flowers, in a flowing river – wherever you look, look for the mystery. And whenever you find that a mystery is there, meditate on it. Meditation means: dissolve yourself before that mystery, annihilate yourself before that mystery, disperse yourself before that mystery. Be no more, and let the mystery be so total that you are absorbed in it. And suddenly a new door opens, a new perception is achieved.” – Osho

Yes, words of wisdom indeed. Early in my career as a practitioner, pre-EFT days, I was visited by a man with depression. “Please don’t turn me away like the other four hypnotherapists I have been to” he said, “I know what I want from you, all I ask is that you do it, please don’t turn me away”. Intrigued and somewhat wary, I asked what he wanted me to do. He answered “I just want you to show me how to enjoy each moment as it comes. I promise I won’t be trouble, please don’t turn me away. Just show me how to enjoy each moment as it comes.”

So I agreed. In trance, I said the first things that came to my head, very similar to what Osho said. And soon enough, this man was much happier. I am truly grateful to him and to God or The Universe for bringing him to teach me.

Now when I tap with a client with depression, we also do some positive tapping around this. For example:

Setup

“Even though I have this depression, I look forward to feeling better, one day at a time, one moment at a time. The past is behind me, the future is in front of me, and all that matters is now, this moment. I choose to take each moment as it comes, and that’s OK. I deeply love and accept myself, even when I can’t. I accept myself anyway.”

Reminder – one phrase tapped on each point, going round and round the points:

“The past is behind me
“The future is in front of me
“And all that matters is now
“This moment
“I choose to enjoy each moment as it comes
“This moment is calm
“And this moment is exciting
“This moment brings a challenge
“This moment is soon forgotten
“This moment is peaceful
“This moment is calm
“When I am walking down the street and see a nice-colored car and it makes me smile
“When I look up at the sky and see the sun trying to peer through the grey clouds
“And now the sun does peer through and light up all around me
“Now I hear a nice piece of music and it makes me smile
“This moment I hear someone else’s interesting ringtone and it makes me feel good
“This moment is interesting
“This moment is peaceful
“I choose to find wonder in everything I see or hear
“This moment is calm
“I enjoy each moment as it comes”

Living in the now goes way back to Eastern philosophies and ancient times. Now with the addition of EFT, you can release resistance to living in the present moment and really learn to apply these ancient principles of contentment. I sincerely hope this helps you or yours find inner peace and contentment.

Brainwave Entrainment Will Neurofeedback Help With Bipolar Disorder?

According to a recent survey, approximately 5.7 million Americans are living with bipolar disorder, a serious illness that can manifest itself with intense mood swings and bizarre thoughts. A person who has been clinically diagnosed as having this disorder will spend most of their lives vacillating between extreme emotions, from ecstatic highs to devastating lows, which is why this condition is frequently referred to as manic-depressive disorder. Bipolar sufferers spend very little time in the relatively comfortable range of emotions in which most of us live.

Between these episodes of extreme energy and euphoria (mania), which are followed by periods of severe depression, most patients display somewhat normal behavior, but these symptoms tend to occur at random and can present themselves without warning. There are four distinct types of bipolar disorder ranging from cyclothymia, in which the cycles occur over a two year period and are relatively mild, to Bipolar I disorder, where the patient experiences a continuous succession of both depression and mania.

If left untreated, this illness can make living an ordinary life nearly impossible. People with bipolar disorder can find it difficult to keep a job or maintain a relationship. Unable to cope with their disorder, some will commit suicide.

Treating Bipolar Disorder with Neurofeedback Therapy

In recent years, a certain level of success has been achieved using neurofeedback to help stabilize the rapid cycling between moods that plagues bipolar sufferers. Neurofeedback therapy may help bipolar patients to mitigate the two extremes, allowing them to enjoy longer periods functioning within a more comfortable range of emotions.

Neurofeedback therapy is being used successfully in the treatment of other illnesses such as depression and ADD/ADHD in both adults and children. It has even been proven to help dramatically in cases of traumatic brain injury. And some preliminary studies regarding the use of neurofeedback in treating bipolar disorder have had promising results.

Also known as brain biofeedback, this method of treatment makes use of electrodes used in conjunction with an EEG or electroencephalogram machine to monitor your brainwaves. Through several neurofeedback sessions, you may gradually train your brain to function differently. To accomplish this change, you will use your brain waves to control a visual on the monitor.

When your brain is operating with the desired waves, it receives what it considers a reward, such as making a “spaceship” on the screen fly, or playing a DVD. Your brain will seek to stay within these frequencies, and the changes will eventually become longer lasting. These changes will not happen overnight, however, and may very well require more sessions than other disorders require. Keep in mind, though; the possible outcome is full abatement of rapid cycling bipolar disorder.

Currently, neurofeedback is being used in conjunction with the appropriate medications and other more traditional treatments for bipolar disorder. At this time, you should not abandon any treatments that you are using, but rather work with both your neurofeedback therapist and your physician to create a working treatment that incorporates both methods.

Many patients who have had neurofeedback therapy say that they would never choose to go back to the way they felt before the therapy.

A belief in reincarnation is common among people across the world, and where this belief exists, so does a curiosity about the lives that people have lived before. Past life regression is the process by which details of previous lives are uncovered, and many people have found value in the process.

Traditionally, past life regression is undertaken with the aid of a past life therapist. Such a person typically uses a combination of hypnotic techniques and suggestion, eliciting details from the subject by a series of questions about their previous incarnations. Are such sessions effective?

Mainstream science is, unsurprisingly, very sceptical on the subject of past life regression. It has been pointed out that the techniques normally used include leading questions which may implant ideas in the subject’s head, and lead to the creation of false memories. In some cases, people have allowed the memories that resurface to have extreme negative effects on their current lives. These are valid criticisms, and something to bear in mind if you’re interested in undergoing traditional past life regression techniques.

A further problem with the conventional approach is that such sessions may be expensive, especially if you need a lot of them. It can also be difficult to find a suitable therapist, depending on where you live.

Another option for people who want to find out about their previous lives is meditation. In particular, using a brainwave entrainment recording that is designed to help you access your subconscious mind and uncover hidden memories may be of use – and doesn’t have the problems caused by suggestions.

Such recordings contain sounds of specific frequencies, which help the brain to enter a deeply relaxed state and quieten your conscious thoughts; such a state is necessary if you want to get in touch with your subconscious. While it’s possible to do this without a recording, it’s typically quite difficult for people who aren’t experienced meditators, so using brainwave entrainment can help to make the process faster and easier.

With repeated use and consistent practice, use of a recording like this may help bring these old memories to the surface of your consciousness. Does that mean that you’re really uncovering memories of past lives though? This is a question that you’ll have to answer for yourself, and it’s wise to maintain a balance between open-mindedness and a healthy scepticism. Treat any information you recover that seems to relate your past lives as a source of interest and entertainment, but not something that you allow to have too much of an impact on your life here and now. Remember that there’s no need to let any kind of past event – whether it’s from your childhood, or from a previous incarnation – to dictate your behaviour and levels of happiness now and in the future.

THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person? starting position, entrainment can be rather ?it and miss?

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you?e probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain? strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

Meditation music is music performed to aid in the practice of meditation. It can have a specific religious content, but also more recently has been associated with modern composers who use meditation techniques in their process of composition, or who compose such music with no particular religious group as a focus.

When it comes to the brain and brainwaves, binaural beats are nothing new but perhaps it is something you know little about, or are just beginning to hear more on the topic. First, the beats are scientifically researched and therefore audio recordings of these binaural beats can influence the mind’s natural brainwave patterns. This is accomplished when the listener places headphones on and listens to brainwave frequencies such as music. There are four brainwaves of the human mind, that the beats attempt to reproduce. The beats can come from the sound of water, a drum, or any other instrument as long as it is played at the proper hertz.

Alpha brainwaves is the first of the binaural beats, and this beat or frequency in the brain is typically between 8Hz to 13.9Hz, which happens naturally when the brain is coming into a relaxed state, which is the state that a person is in just before falling asleep. In this state, stress is easy to let go of and memory recall is greatly improved. In order to reproduce this brainwave function, it can be done with binaural beats when the listener is awake, listening to the beats can bring you into the alpha state of mind. This is useful for those wishing to meditate because it is not a sleep state.

Beta brainwaves naturally occurs in your mind when it is awake, you feel alert, motivated, cognitive function is at its highest, and your survival instincts are very good. Moreover, it is the beta state that allows you to better solve problems. Therefore, by listening to binaural beats, you can bring your mind into this state at any time, as long as you are focused. Beta frequencies ranges from 14Hz to 30Hz.

Delta frequencies happens at 0.1Hz to 3.9Hz and this is the state in which the mind is in a deep sleep, it is this state that healing can occur and you are most in-tune to your subconscious mind, which is why dreaming occurs; this is your subconscious mind talking. Many people have found it beneficial to listen to delta frequencies as they are falling asleep at night, and find they receive a very refreshed sleep state.

Theta is the last brainwaves frequencies, which occurs between 4Hz to 7.9Hz. This state is when people are at their most creative and have tremendous insight, it is a very desired state for artists to be in. It stands to reason that artists tend to listen to theta binaural beats when they are creating as a way to help them tap further into their creativity.

What is interesting is that the mind naturally goes through all four frequencies each day. However, in recent years studies have suggested that by giving the mind specific binaural beats to listen to, it can force the brain into the state that it may currently not be in. For example, if you are feeling sleepy and your mind is in delta, by listening to theta binaural beats via music, you can force your mind to move from delta to theta simply by listening to the frequency you want you mind to be in.

Brainwave Entrainment Dealing With Change in Life: 7 Reasons Why You Cannot Change

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

We all accept that we should change to catch the day. The world is changing faster than the day before. Dealing with change in life is vital for success. If you want a better life for yourself, you should learn how to deal with change.

I need to change my life, I want to change my life but I do not know how to deal with change.

These are the words more and more people use everyday. Most of us are aware of the need for a change. You think that you can change and you know how to deal with change. Unfortunately, when you need to take action, you feel like frozen. You hesitate and miss the chance to change.

You know the driving forces of change but somehow they are not strong enough to force you take action.

* Your expectations change
* Your desires change
* Your emotions change
* Your knowledge change
* Your goals change

These driving forces step on the gas but there are other forces which put the brakes on you.

If you can learn the forces which are holding you back from change, you can end these reasons and will not miss a chance ever again. Dealing with change in life is only possible if you can decrease the resisting forces.

7 Reasons why you cannot change your life

Admitting that you need to change your life is a powerful start for change. Now you need to discover the reasons why it is difficult for you to act.

You get used to your life People can get used to everything in life and they are satisfied with it. This is a protection mechanism of the mind. Mind protects itself from depression and anxiety by this way. You can get used to any trouble, problem or any condition. The problem is, getting used to anything means being blind. You cannot perceive the problems as they are or you cannot even notice them.
Justify Your Life Getting used to your life offers you a strong ability to justify your life. You can justify any problem and you cannot say “I need to change my life” anymore. All the problems fade away with your justification.
Leaving the Comfort Zone You get used to your life, you justified every problem and now you are living in your comfort zone. You know what you can and cannot expect. Life is casual. There is nothing new, neither problems nor opportunities. You do not need to change your life because you feel comfortable with it.
Fear of change Fear is the strongest emotion in any situation. You do not know how to deal with change and this is freaking you out. Dealing with change in life brings uncertainty and this means you cannot get ready for something you do not know. Worries about the change use all the power of your mind and you do not have much energy for dealing with change.
Social Environment You want to spend time with the people who are like you. You share the same problems and you understand one another. You want to be a part of this social environment. There is nothing wrong with it unless they are holding you back from changing your life. You feel too comfortable with them that you do not want to waste your time and energy dealing with change.
You do not have goals If you do not have goals, you should not worry about anything. You do not need to change anything unless you have goals. You will swing with the wind and accept everything what life brings. That is hopeless. You must think like that: “I want to change my life for better”
You are not ready to change How can you be? There is no time to get ready for a change. Life is changing so fast that all you can do is to adapt to change. Your mind always find a way for dealing with change.

How to deal with change

Now you know the driving and resisting forces of change. That means you can control these forces. Dealing with change is; increasing the driving forces and decreasing the resisting forces. You have the control of resisting forces. You resist to change yourself although you think you want to change your life. So, you should start the change from inside. You can decrease the resisting forces if you can reach your subconscious with subliminal recordings, brainwave entrainment or affirmations. All of these techniques are great tools to help you overcome your limitations.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain? ?requency following?response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ?requency following?response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ?ntrain?to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

CAM (complementary and alternative medicine) therapies are generally classified into 5 separate categories or domains. Some of these domains have sub-domains but we will broadly go into them here.

Alternative Medical Systems are built onto entirely different systems of theory in regards to the body and have evolved in a completely different direction from the mainstream medical approach. A couple of examples of alternative medical systems developed in Western societies are homeopathic and naturopathic medicine. Some real world Eastern techniques include Ayurveda, acupuncture and numerous local systems.

Mind-Body Interventions uses a blend of techniques meant to enhance the mind’s capability of affecting the body’s condition, such as meditation, yoga, hypnosis and therapies that use creative techniques like art, music and dance, among others. Even something as routine as journal writing fits into this category.

Biologically Based Therapies like natural and biologically based interventions, practices and products mostly composed of herbs, nutrients such as antioxidants and vitamins also count in this particular category. Some also overlap with modern medicine’s use of dietary supplements such as antioxidants, which started out as CAM and is now obviously mainstream. Anything from the use of Tea Tree Oil to the Paleolithic diet can also fall under this CAM category.

Manipulative and Body-Based Methods are based on manipulating certain parts of the human body. This includes, but is not limited to: chiropractic manipulation, colonics and massage therapies.

Energy Therapies uses subtle and less than subtle manipulations of the energy field that are supposed to surround and inject themselves into the human body. Examples include biofield therapies like Reiki, Qigong, natural healing and bioelectromagnetic-based therapies which involves the use of electromagnetic fields.
