How do you do that?

That is really tricky, Not really, I am just kidding here…Ok, I am not sure if you know what is guided meditation or if you ever experienced any form of meditation… but self hypnosis is just like that.

Self hypnosis is a special form of meditation that allows you to alter your old pattern or behavior in a way that you can benefit from your new life goal, so you can achieve the improvement you desire.

Self hypnosis is like self coaching that take yourself into a very calming state of mind… and if the first time didn’t work well, then all you have to do is to practice this are until you get to the point of relaxation…. Once you able to achieve this level, then you can benefit from the manifestation…

How do you know, if you are hypnotized or not?

You will be easily able to recognize the sensation followed by the feelings of deep trance, in other words “mental relaxation”.

Self hypnosis is a great tool for goal setting, motivation, stress release; anxiety, basically almost everything…

What are the signs of trance state?

Every one is different, and everyone does experience deep trance a little differently.

Here are few examples of how one should experience and what ever the person experiences, is quit all right, it is their way of relaxation, some feel it in their feet and hands, some in different areas of there body or even in the entire body, there is no right or wrong here..

One can feel the relaxation in a form of feelings, such as their body becomes heavy, or sinking to the bed or the recliner.

One will feel numbness, or tingling sensations, cold or even worm feelings in their body. (I usually feel very cold) so I make sure I have a blanket on me…

One can feel their entire body feels light as a feather, flowing, floating or flying…

And one can feel emptiness, stillness… some may even feel out of body experience, feeling that their body is floating away from the recliner or looking at them self from the ceiling down… knowing that they were still laying on the recliner…. This experience is known as trance logic, meaning the subconscious mind is able to think of two paradoxical effects at once while you are in trance.

One can feel totally disconnected from the surroundings, that all the sounds and noises around them may sound so far a way….at times even fading away, as they were never near by….

Self Hypnosis Instructions:

Find a comfortable place, so you can relax without any interruptions, it can be a sofa, recliner, bed or a chair. (When in bed, make sure you pile up some pillows, so you don’t associate with sleep).

You may start by concentrating on your breathing and gradually closing your eyes when ready, and as you breath in and out start by visualizing a place from a vacation or just an imaginary place, until you have a vision of that relax place in your own mind, so you can feel the relaxation.

You can start by saying with each and every breath that I inhale, I feel calmer and relaxed, as I exhale any toxic or tension going out of my body, I let go of all my tensions now…

You can start from the tip of your head or you can start from the tip of your toes as you relax your body part, one by one…

And as you continue gradually to relax each body part, you will feel your body becomes loose and limp… keep talking to yourself slowly and telling your self now I can see this blue light color washing my body with a wave of relaxation and calmness, I feel so relax, so calm.. Now!

(You can use energy light, colors, water falls, shower…what ever you like that can help you to relax…

Hope you get the point and then when your body feels so relax you start by giving your self suggestions related to what ever you want to work on… or what you want to achieve such as I am now “increasing more confidence in my social circumstances.”

The more you are able to visualize the deeper you can go, but if you cannot visualize easily, that’s OK too, just pretend, use your memory of a place from a vacation or a past visit that you felt so relax… from here all you have to do is to bring that images into your mind, be playful, no one sees what you see, so have fun and enjoy the relaxation followed with positive affirmation and or suggestions, to better your life…

Be creative, fun and excited with your experience, you will be surprised how confident you will feel after the self hypnosis session… you can play a soft music in the background if you want, remember there is no right and wrong, the entire idea is to relax and enjoy stress free life style.

Would I wake up from Self Hypnosis?

Of course you will, just make sure to tell yourself I will be wide a wake and fully alert. Counting yourself out… 1… 2.. 3.. 4… 5.. Wide…. awake…

What happen if you I enter into a sleep mood?

No problem, when you wake up, you will feel great… and if you must wake up, have an alarm to wake you up…

I am a professional fully qualified and experienced in helping to change my client’s life style in the most natural ways possible.

When you lose someone you love, Thanksgiving Day feels burdensome and painful. When a brain tumor took away our precious Katie’s life I dreaded that holiday. For seven years we served no rutabagas because they were Katie’s favorite vegetable. The thought of their seasonal aroma wafting through our home without her in it was simply too much to bear.

I don’t share this part of me today to make you sad. I share it because you are my extended family and I am yours – we are all fellow travelers. During our lifetimes we will lose people we love or they will lose us because that’s just the way the cycle of life goes. But when we suffer loss we question if we will ever overcome the pain of its paralyzing grief. We think we won’t survive and we doubt we can ever feel happy again. Even poor Charlie Brown had doubts, “I think I’m losing control of the whole world,” he once sighed. Giving thanks seems counterintuitive, too, when we only feel like crying. But we can give thanks and we can go on. Here are a few suggestions on how to go about it.

Make the conscious decision to live. That means you get out of bed every day and put your feet down on the floor. “Thank you for my feet” even if they don’t feel like walking.

Allow yourself private time and space to quietly listen to songs that were important to your loved one and cry some more; sigh some more; but then, switch to a different kind of music to distract yourself.

Do something active such as taking a walk and meditating on your specific pain. Have a little talk with the beloved person you lost and allow your tears to flow; they are healing you.

Write your longings for your beloved in a private journal; expressing your feelings is crucial for your journey through grief and sorrow.

Go to someone else’s home or to a movie instead if you don’t feel like cooking – normal has been redefined for you. If you have children or grandchildren, hug them. Children don’t always understand death but they understand life and it will rub off, I promise.

Turn toward your mate or friends for consolation not against them. Seek spiritual guidance as often as you feel the need.

Remember, the stages of grief and loss – denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance are particularly intensified during the Thanksgiving holiday, so consciously reflect more on your many present blessings and less so on your sorrow and losses. Our Katie told me more than once that someone else always has it worse and she was right.

Pray for the strength and courage to accept your now life then pray some more. Do a little yoga. Yes, I know it’s hard, I am not speaking in the abstract here; I am with you every step of the way.

Consider all the other people in your life who love and depend on you. They need and want you there physically, emotionally and spiritually this Thanksgiving even if you are sad. Why? Because they love you and they want to give you an extra hug. We all need those extra hugs when we are hurting.

My friends, the Creator has planted an abundance of love and mercy in your heart for your loss. And while yes, we must surrender to the physical absence of our beloved, we also trust with all our soul that they are at peace now and we will be given the grace to find peace, too, and the courage to make this Thanksgiving Day and Every Day Matter.

I’m sorry, but the only way to astral project instantly, is to die suddenly. I don’t recommend that astral projection method. However, there are ways to transition your consciousness into the astral plane that are quick enough that you shouldn’t be tempted to step in front of a bus while you’re waiting.

You might be thinking I meant that sudden death technique of initiating an instant entry into the afterlife as a bit of humor. Well, I did mean it to be funny but sadly, I think most people will not actually try astral travel until they happen upon that terminal technique. Everyone will astral travel at least once but those who wait until death to astral project are missing out on something wonderful they could have done while still alive. So let’s get you astral projecting, if not instantly, then at least soon.

Move to Tibet, live there for several decades while you study the intricate mantras to chant while you meditate for days on end until you are a fully accredited monk. I would find this technique to be worse than stepping in front of a bus. I don’t actually see the need to memorize ancient Sanscrit words or concepts anyways.

Relax on your bed or sit reclined in a comfortable chair with your eyes closed trying to will your spirit to leave your body. This technique does work but you’ll spend days or even months at it, you might even give up the attempt before you astral project for the first time. After you’ve experienced a few successful astral travels this method will work quicker but it will never be how to astral project instantly. I’ll give you a hint though. Don’t try to force your out-of-body experience. Just let your consciousness slip naturally into astral space.

Meditate first to relax your mind and body before you allow your consciousness to slide into your astral projection. Truthfully, until you’ve got a few afterlife trips under your belt, you’ll likely fall asleep first. For this meditation method, I suggest you begin your astral attempting meditation before you are tired. I think that most people who access the astral plane quickly use one of a variety of meditation regimens.

An even quicker method is by meditating while listening to a binaural beat recording, an isochronal tone recording or soothing binaural music. There are also subliminal and hypnotic products available digitally but I see these as serving another function other than triggering an astral travel experience. The binaural or isochronal recording prepares a person’s mental state for astral traveling and I think it is awesome to have such a useful tool available for the astral novice.

And now I come down to the final method for an astral entry. Have a death experience. This one is how to astral project in an instant and it was how I had my first but I still don’t recommend it because it could be fatal. My death lasted less than ten minutes but it gained me a lifetime worth of afterlife adventures. It was well worth my dying briefly to learn that astral projection is real and well worth any effort or expense to achieve.

In Chinese, the closest word for stress contains two characters. One of these characters signifies ‘opportunity’ while the other ‘danger’.

The danger part is apparent. Stress is bad news.

That’s because chronic stress leaves us vulnerable to a host of physical and mental illnesses. In fact, it is now understood that fully 95 percent of all illnesses are either caused by or are worsened by stress. Just thinking of all the harm stress brings into our lives is enough to make us say oooommmmm.

But that list is just the beginning. Adding to it, stress reduces our life satisfaction, wrinkles our skin and as new research shows, can even shrink and age our brains. Chronic stress even slows digestion, leaving food to stagnate and bacteria to flourish in the digestive system. This can lead to leaking gut syndrome, and yes, it’s about as pleasant as it sounds. Stress also increases cortisol, which instructs our bodies to store fat, and destroys and kills the brain cells in the hippocampus responsible for memory.

OK….take a deep breath.

Exhale

Why is this happening?

Our body was designed in a very specific way. To eat small, frequent meals, rest based on the rhythm of light and dark, move, and receive small bursts of adrenaline infrequently, like when being chased by a bear or when extra energy was needed to take down a doe.

Nothing in our biological design prepared us for the nutritional pollution available in abundance in every kitchen and on most street corners, or for a sedentary lifestyle, overworked conditions and late night TV. Bring into the equation the never empty coffee pot, the energy drinks we are so fond of and sugar we consume by the pound and it’s no wonder we are a burned out, over-stressed and exhausted society.

Our diet plays a leading role in how our body manages stress. A diet that is high in sugar and processed foods and low in protein and healthy whole foods leads to a chain of events that deplete serotonin, the feel good hormone that creates happy moods, reduces anxiety and irritability and helps us to sleep. It also decreases the important mineral, magnesium, which in our current eating plan, we don’t replace.

To get a better understanding of how important magnesium is to our diet, look at a few of the ailments linked with the loss of magnesium: anxiety, autism, ADHD, headaches, migraines, chronic fatigue, irritability, muscle cramps and twitches, insomnia, sensitivity to loud noises, palpitations, angina, constipation, anal spasms, fibromyalgia, asthma, kidney stones, diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, PMS, menstrual cramps, irritable bladder, irritable bowel syndrome, reflux, trouble swallowing and more.

What’s the good news?

To be fair, stress can also be good. Remember that the Chinese have two characters for the word stress – the other is ‘opportunity’. If handled properly, stress can be a catalyst to growth and positive change. Like the butterfly in the chrysalis, it is only through the process of becoming caterpillar soup and then fighting it’s way out of its enclosure is it truly that beautiful winged creature that we so admire.

So, how do we handle being caterpillar soup with grace and dignity and without wrecking our health? We must first truly understand stress, the effect it plays on our body and commit to manage it in a way that is healthy for our body and mind.

Perhaps the ‘opportunity’ is the good part of stress. It’s the part that requires a shifting of perspective, a growing, a re-framing and adjustment to life…the strengthening of character that makes one deserving of reaching ones dreams.

And the really good news?

Managing health deteriorating stress is easy. By simply changing your eating patterns, adding some important nutrients and minerals and practicing stress management techniques – all easy things to do – you can minimize its damage and maximize its potential gifts. Here are some strategies you can use to begin taking control of the stress in your life, beginning today:

Shift your perspective
People who’ve triumphed over stress have done so not by eliminating stress entirely from their lives, but rather by filtering and responding to stressful experiences in more constructive ways. Reframe negative thoughts in a way that create a sense of control over a situation. It’s interesting that two people can board a plane. While one reads a book and is relaxed during take off, the other has the hands clenched to the armrests and is breaking out into the sweat. The answer lies in how each person frames the event, their perception of control or perceived control. Clinical research confirms that perception of not having control is always stressful. So whether it is a cross the country ride, your struggles with a demanding boss or a schedule that is bursting at the seams, re-frame your thoughts into empowering sentences that support the notion that you are that the wheel of your own life. You are, you know. With few exceptions, you are fully at choice in your world. You can leave your job, reduce your children’s activity schedule. You CAN have those important conversations and make those necessary requests.

Go to Vegus
Learning techniques to stimulate the vegus nerve turns on the parasympathetic nervous system, reduces cortisol levels and enables the relaxation response in your body. Ready to flip your vegus switch? Simply take a breathe deep into your belly for a count of 7. Feel your belly expand and your navel to extend as you breathe in fully. Pause for three seconds, then breathe out slowly to the count of five. Do this five times and you’ve just activated your vagus nerve, turned on your parasympathetic nervous system and reduced your cortisol levels. Do this 3 times per day – before getting out of bed, at lunchtime and at bedtime for optimal benefits.

You can also try one of the many options available that help you relax and reduce stress. Yoga, meditation, massage, prayer, painting, listening to music, dancing, making love and journaling are all proven amazing ways in which to hit the pause button in your life. Get this…people who meditate regularly have an increased brain size, along with better mood and cognitive functions. And, they have a better sex life!

Fuel up with the right foods
To eliminate food induced stress, stop eating junk. Switch to whole foods in the form of fruits and vegetables to add lots of color, and calm, to your life. Switch to lean proteins and add herbs like turmeric, ginger and garlic to your diet. Drink green tea. Chew each mouthful of food at least twenty-five times. By doing this, you are releasing epithelial growth factor which is needed to repair and heal the lining of the digestive system.

Subsidize your diet with important nutrients and minerals
In today’s nutrient depleted soil, getting the proper amount of important nutrients is difficult. That’s why it’s important to consider adding these important supplements, if you are not getting enough in your food choices.

~Multi-vitamin – Many times, the basic nutrients you need can be found in a good multi-vitamin. Buy cheap, get cheap so investigate the source and purchase a supplement your body will absorb and not simply excrete into the toilet.
~Magnesium amino acid chelate – 400-600mg
~Calcium citrate – 600-800 mg
~B vitamins – combination of:

Folate (also knows as folic acid) – 800mg

B6 or pyridoxine, 50 mg

B12 1,000 mcg
~Vitamin C – 1,000 mg
~Omega 3 – 3,000 mg

These guidelines are general, exact doses may vary from person to person. Remember to always consult your health provider before making changes to your health routine. He or she can address any special needs your particular body requires.

Move your body
As Dr. Hyman says, “if it were a pill, [exercise] would be the biggest blockbuster drug of all time.” But, sadly, exercise is a magic pill that most people won’t take. In addition to reducing stress, exercise strengthens your cardiovascular system, corrects and prevents insulin resistance, improves mood, reduces inflammation, increases neuroplasticity and neurogenesis and balances hormones. In addition, exercise can improve the function of the brain, prevent cancer and dementia and improve your sex life.

Dust off those tennis shoes and move for 30 minutes each day in a way that is fun for your. Whether it is playing kick ball with the kids, walking outdoors or dancing in the living room, move! Buy a step counter and set a goal for 10,000 steps each day. Come, on….just do it.

Sleep more
Contrary to popular belief, sleep is not a luxury. It is an essential component to our body’s regular maintenance and repair program. One of the really cool things about sleep is that when you take care of the other areas of your life, sleep generally comes. By eating nutritiously, practicing stress management, correcting issues such as magnesium deficiency and exercising normal sleep patterns can be restored. Working on positive imagery and utilizing deep relaxation tools while avoiding stimulating activities such as watching TV, surfing the web and drinking caffeine prior to going to bed.

To sleep more soundly and create a brain that is attentive and fully tuned into the world around you, create a calm environment and mind. Pull the blinds and keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Write down your worries and your to do list for the next day. Stretch or do a ten minute yoga routine and practice your vegus stimulating breathing. Or try a hot water bottle on your solar plexus which warms your core temperature and helps trigger sleep (snuggling up to a warm partner helps too.)

Healing Yourself
Your body has a remarkable ability to heal itself, if only you give it the time and space and environment to do so. By on purpose and by design choosing the foods that you eat and the life that you live, you can make a powerful difference in your health, your well-being and your survival on this planet. Begin today to implement your own strategic life plan.

Brainwave Entrainment Smart Technology WiFi Agenda 21 and The Energetic Field Wars On Humanity

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.
metta meditation | meditation music live
Given that all things are energy what could be a better way to covertly manipulate the people than by the control of ubiquitous invisible energy fields? As the saying goes “control the sea then you can control the fish.”

Technologically generated invisible energetic fields, the ‘cosmic internet,’ are creating more and pollution: Receiving scant attention in mainstream media, the low frequency electromagnetic fields (EMF’s) originate from sources such as broadcasting towers; mobile phone towers, smart meters and WiFi for the various applications.

– All these can invariably have the effect of disrupting our body’s own bio-electromagnetic energy field and thus our health. The disruption can cause illnesses such as those related to our mental state, hormonal and nervous system… and it doesn’t stop at this, which I will explain later.

– The bringing in of this technology is to do with the code-worded Agenda 21.

‘Smart’ technology is the classic double-edged sword. Whether the technology puts EMF’s into the field for the use of communications in business, at home, or in the body for drug function… etc these informational exchanges can be picked up on and diverted to a surveillance control centre from many miles away, which can then, in turn, send back information accordingly as a response.

The response can involve inserting thought patterns or even alterations in perception… so don’t be fooled into thinking the ‘smart’ systems are there merely for your own use.

– The idea behind all this is to set up a technologically induced sub-reality global control grid: Using the right frequencies a fake reality can be foisted on us anytime either as targeted individuals or in groups or for that matter the entire world population. Yet another system designed to take us from the realization that we are in truth infinitely powerful spiritual humans.

This in effect ties in with artificial intelligence and the trans-human agenda. For instance, this explains why Google want to put up 180 satellites for Wi-Fi (why fry?!) EMF’s worldwide. All part of the extent to which the controllers are prepared to go…

I realize that all this may be too outlandish for some people especially when it would never get a mention in mainstream media. However, consider the controlling advanced technological operations that could go on beyond the limitations of the less than 0.05% visible electromagnetic spectrum.

Consider how the remote monitoring of human brainwaves, astral, auric, bioelectric energy fields… could be collected and downloaded at some control centre, and then as a response by advanced technology deliberately send out related informational fields to alter our perceptions, thoughts, feelings or emotions to create a desired reality by the manipulating controllers.

I’ve no doubt that further light will shine on this secretive and dark agenda in time.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain? ?requency following?response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ?requency following?response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ?ntrain?to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ?ind-tripping? enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person? starting position, entrainment can be rather ?it and miss?

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you?e probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain? strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

sleep meditation Why We All Need Good Night’s Sleep

Meditation music is music performed to aid in the practice of meditation. It can have a specific religious content, but also more recently has been associated with modern composers who use meditation techniques in their process of composition, or who compose such music with no particular religious group as a focus.

best binaural beats for meditation | relaxing sleep music
It might be pretty obvious as to why we need a good night’s sleep but sometimes it’s worth reminding ourselves. But there may be people who just don’t realise the importance of getting a good nights sleep. It’s not rocket science that our overall health and wellbeing depends on a good night’s sleep. Lying in bed staring at the ceiling all night can make us all far more susceptible to poor health. Many studies have proven than if you get a proper night’s sleep the chances of developing a common cold are far less likely. When we sleep our bodies are reset and essential repair work is carried out, this is essential for our bodies to work at their optimum. With a good night’s sleep we are all much more inclined wake up feeling more alert, more refreshed, more productive and most certainly more responsive. Few people realise that when we don’t get the right sleep our emotions can be effected. It can also lead to bad skin a weakened immune system, poor memory and high blood pressure.

Here comes the scientific bit. Every time we go to sleep we go through with three distinct and necessary cycles. These cycles range from light sleep to deep sleep and the third being rapid eye movement which is known as REM sleep. REM sleep helps in mental consolidation while non REM helps our bodies with cell growth, physical repair and rebuilding – all essential for health and well being.

So how do we do make sure we get the full quota of sleep to warn off illness? There are some very simple measures we can all take to help us drift off to sleep naturally.

1. Avoid stimulants in the evening – Stimulants such as caffeine found in coffee are not a good idea. Alcohol, which is widely accepted as OK to relax in the evening is not a good idea. It seems society thinks it’s normal to come home from work and half a glass or two of wine. This might sound alright but alcohol is a powerful mind altering drug and if you can’t go a night without it then you have a alcohol/drug problem fact!

2. Lay of TV and computers – You want to try and not watch television or go on computers for about 2 hours before bed. Watching television actually stimulates the mind which is not what you want before bed time. Reading a book is a far better activity at this time of the night.

3. Stop working – Many of us work silly hours and have trouble switching off. Try some meditation techniques to try and forget about work and the stresses associated with it.

4. Ensure your mattress and surroundings are comfortable – Don’t be tight when it comes to buying a bed and mattress. We spend a third of our lives asleep so it is important your mattress is comfortable. Make sure your bedroom has adequate ventilation and is a quite and relaxing place. Living in busy cities or with noisy neighbours does not help but you can try ear plugs or have soothing music in the background.

5. Eat healthily and exercise – Eating the right food and getting the right exercise is important for getting a good night’s sleep. Eating fatty foods late at night are not a good idea. Fats take time for your stomach to digest so high fat foods are not a good idea.

6. Stop snoring – Snoring is very common and can cause havoc with sleeping. Studies show that snoring could be caused by some quite serious health issues, so visiting a doctor is important to rule this out. There are some proven products on the market such as the snoring ring which uses acupressure which stop snoring. Once you have ruled out any health issues it would be worth trying some of these anti snoring products.

7. Set a sleep pattern – Try going to bed at the same time each night and waking up at the same time. You need consistency here so try and not lay in at the weekend.

Younger people may read this and think how boring, life is for living. But if you don’t look after yourself you most defiantly will have health issues as you get older. Brainwave Entrainment Secrets of the Binaural Brainwaves – Discover How You Can Change Your Life With Binaural Brainwaves

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

It is true. There are people out there as we speak who are using the effects of binaural brainwave technology to change their lives. As we develop our minds from an early age we pick up all sorts of habits, both good and bad. Over time these habits become an automatic part of our daily lives. However if we have developed bad habits these may eventually hold us back from achieving things in life we truly desire and deserve.

These bad habits can be anything from not getting enough exercise, (always taking the lift instead of the stairs), to a negative outlook on life and the people around us (perhaps getting mad at other car drivers, even when we are in the wrong) even through to a negative association with money (I hate being so poor).

These bad habits have a knock on effect in our life, eventually weighing us down until we feel exhausted and drained. Negative thought processes overcrowd our mind and we begin to feel a lack of control in many situations. But all this can change by adopting a different routine and outlook.

At first this may seem a daunting task. After all we are trying to break free from habits that are now second nature to us, they are a part of who we are, whether like them or not. This is where binaural brainwave entrainment can have a near miraculous impact on our lives.

Much like deep meditation or hypnosis, binaural brainwave entrainment can allow a person to enter the subconscious mind and make these life altering changes over a period of time. However, unlike mediation or hypnosis, which both can take years of practice and patience to master, binaural brainwave entrainment can render immediate results.

Binaural brainwaves are audio recordings that allow a person to enter a deep state of mind almost immediately as they synchronize the brainwaves with a series of tones and pulses. These tones and pulses are set at the very same frequencies our mind uses when it enters the deep meditative states associated with meditation and hypnosis.

By synchronizing the mind in this manner we can tap into our subconscious and effectively reprogram our mind to have a completely different outlook. By doing this on a regular basis we can begin to reap the rewards of a life fully of positive energy, whereby we attract happiness, health and prosperity to ourselves and the people around us.

The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain? strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

brain waves The Peak Experience – A Window To Higher Consciousness

Meditation music is music performed to aid in the practice of meditation. It can have a specific religious content, but also more recently has been associated with modern composers who use meditation techniques in their process of composition, or who compose such music with no particular religious group as a focus.

The ecstatic high points in one’s life are known as Peak Experiences. Whether they contribute to one’s spiritual journey or not is up to the seeker. If repeated returns become the destination, then it can lead to a freezing of spiritual progress or addictive behavior. If it is used as a window into an understanding of higher consciousness, it can become a roadmap to enlightenment.

“One day, in between a pair of hurricanes in Florida, I walked into a Buddhist Temple located in a mini strip mall on the edge of the Everglades. I had heard that there was a traveling collection of the relics of the Buddha, which was worth the visit….

In viewing the relics I experienced a glimpse into the potential of human consciousness. The field surrounding the remains of Shakyamuni Buddha (Siddhartha) and his “heart disciples” was profound in its radiance of a total integration of heart, mind and subtle body consciousness.

I discovered the ability to open to a profound state of heart and mind consciousness and facilitate others in this process. The result of all this has been a remarkable journey, one full of challenges and growth.” *

This was an example of a “Peak Experience”. It did not instantly transform me to that state of awareness permanently, but rather gave me a glimpse of what was possible. It was an insight into a higher state of consciousness; an invitation to that potential. In the spiritual arena, the “Near Death Experience” is a prime example.

On the positive side, peak experiences can be the catalyst for a paradigm shift, a healing on such a profound level it can totally alter the course of one’s life. The flip side, it can lead to an addiction to a particular state which then holds one back from any further progress. Drugs and alcohol work by suppressing the lower emotions which allows the user a glimpse into a higher state, the result of which is often a deep craving to return.

Peak experiences have been connected with scientific breakthroughs, music, sports, unique natural settings, and of course religious/ spiritual practices. It has also been observed during breakthroughs in times of war and extreme physical and psychological duress, when a person moves past the barriers of their limitations. These are of such a powerful nature that the experiencer is often driven to return as often as possible. Runners and cyclists come to mind, as they reach a high state of bliss when endorphins are released and can be maintained for fairly long periods. While they are not generally regarded as negative activities they often lead to dependence, and overindulgence can cause long term physical damage. The same effect can be achieved with much less effort through meditation and contemplation. For someone else, my experience would lead to becoming a devout Buddhist. Instead it was an opening to a deeper awareness of the interplay of love and consciousness.

Mother Theresa had a vision of Christ, and while driven by the promise she made to that vision, bemoaned the absence of its return, for the rest of her life. While the drive to fulfill her promise helped thousands if not millions, her feelings of abandonment tormented her, as evidenced by the written material released by the church.

At times we can misinterpret a peak experience and take it to mean something a little different than what it is. Some years ago I experienced a nonverbal field of communion with a woman which was staggering. I had never experienced such a profound level of connection with another, and it eventually led to relationship. Unfortunately, she had suffered childhood trauma, which caused an arrestment in her emotional development. Her resistance to work on releasing her wounds and deep seated anger complicated my own issues and made the relationship too painful to continue. It wasn’t that I made it all up; it’s that I came to a misread the clues. That high level of communion was only present during the peak experiences, not as an everyday reality. My own longing for a partner led to my projecting my desires on her and our experiences.

Many spiritual seekers visit elevated states, some of them quite high, only to crash into everyday reality. For some, the experience is so overwhelmeing that the rest of their lives is dedicated to chasing that experience. So they forge ahead like skipping stones, touching the fabric of the field, experiencing moments of bliss and expanded consciousness, until the moment when they stop trying and no longer bounce off. At that time they can sink into that which has been there all along, kept away only by the intensity of their struggle.

Brainwave Entrainment 3 Reasons to Try Theta Brainwave Meditation Today

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Maybe you’ve heard about the benefits of theta brainwaves, but have not yet experienced them for yourself? Or maybe they’re new to you, and you’re wondering what the fuss is about? In either case, theta brainwave meditation is growing in popularity for a good reason – or rather, several good reasons. Read on, and we’ll take a look at some of the main benefits of theta brain wave meditation, and how it can improve your life.

First of all though, let’s take a brief look at what theta brainwaves actually are, and how to make use of them. Your brain is constantly producing electromagnetic activity as a by-product of its normal functioning. When this activity is measured, it becomes apparent that the brain is producing brainwaves of a variety of frequencies.

Theta brainwaves fall into the 4 – 8 Hz frequency band, and are usually produced when you’re very relaxed, such as during dreaming sleep or deep meditation. People who aren’t skilled meditators may find it difficult to access the theta state at will, but fortunately help is at hand in the form of brainwave entrainment recordings.

These recordings contain sounds which are designed to trigger the production of specific brainwave types, so if you use a theta brainwave recording, your brain should produce theta waves naturally as you listen. Many people use theta meditation recordings of this type, and here are some of the main reasons why:

1. To Be Healthier

One benefit of using theta brainwave meditation recordings is that they may lead to an improvement in your general health. Many of us today lead very busy and stressful lives, and living at the pace that we do often takes its toll on our physical and mental health.

Meditation provides a great way to unwind, and to release the stress that can lead to a variety of disease conditions if left unchecked. The kind of deep meditation associated with the theta brain state is especially effective when it comes to stress relief, and as such, regular use of a theta recording can play a valuable role in helping to keep our minds and bodies healthy. Some people have even found that existing conditions, such as high blood pressure, can be improved with regular meditation.

2. To Be More Creative

Have you ever had a great idea come to you just as you’re drifting off to sleep? Many people have experienced this, and it’s a great example of the theta state at work. Theta brainwave production is associated with enhanced creative thought, and those who are involved in creative work will spend more time than usual producing theta waves.

Enhanced creativity isn’t only of value to those engaged in traditional creative occupations or hobbies such as the arts. Many jobs these days require creative thought to be performed successfully, and creativity is also essential to entrepreneurs and others in business. Creative thinking is also of value in many situations in our daily lives – in short, just about everyone can benefit from learning to think more creatively.

Since the theta state is linked with creativity, practising a theta meditation on a regular basis can also help in this respect.

3. To Explore Your Mind’s True Potential

Do you ever think there must be more to life than the mundane stuff that we all experience on an everyday basis? Well there is, and people throughout history have experienced aspects of this expanded reality, in the form of extra sensory abilities such as psychic powers, and experiences like lucid dreams and out of body travel.

Today, such topics are becoming increasingly mainstream, and those who are interested in exploring them for themselves aren’t automatically regarded as crazy any more. However, although there are a lucky few people who seem to be able to tap into such abilities naturally, for most of us it takes more work and practice.

Fortunately, a good theta brainwave recording can help in this respect too, as the theta state is strongly associated with the experience of altered states of consciousness. In fact, the first step to experiencing such enhanced abilities is the maintenance of a theta trance state, something which is made a lot easier for most people by listening to a recording that’s designed for the purpose.

So if you want to expand your consciousness and begin to tap into the awesome powers that your mind is really capable of, theta brainwave meditation can help with this too.

The purpose of this article is to explain some of the benefits of playing a musical instrument. I’ve played guitar about five years now and while I’ve never become as proficient as the rock stars you see on tv, I do enjoy it immensely, for more reasons than you might think.

Learning an instrument for me was a series of self-rewarding steps. One of the most rewarding of these is the feeling when you can play your first song. Once you’ve learned to string together notes or chords, no matter how simple, you realize that there are a whole lot of possibilities out there and that you can really only move forward. When I started playing guitar I was thrilled to to learn the main riff to “Sweet Home Alabama.” This gave me a mental boost to keep going and pursue my musical interests.

The next key stage is starting to pick out songs you hear on the radio and take the initiative to learn them. No matter what instrument you play, there are sites where other musicians write out popular songs so that you can learn them yourself. When you hear something you like simply look it up. If a song looks too difficult don’t give up, just keep working at it one small piece at a time until you’ve got it down. The satisfaction from this is really a great feeling because you aren’t playing songs you are assigned and may not be your top choices, you’re learning what you want to learn instead. Now you can really start to develop in that you can play songs people know and will appreciate. It’s a great feeling when someone recognizes something you’re playing and let’s you know that it sounds good!

Another great benefit of playing an instrument is the meditative quality. Playing for an audience is fulfilling, but sometimes just stepping back from it all and playing music by yourself can be very relaxing and beneficial. For me I find that playing my guitar can offer great stress relief and help to ease away the tension of a rough day. I often try playing something calm to mimic the mindset I want to achieve.

Whatever you play, just know that there’s a lot more to it then “being really good” at your instrument. Playing music can provide a whole plethora of mental benefits including improvements in your self confidence or even your mood. I hope you found this helpful, have fun with those instruments everyone!
