Brainwave Entrainment Take Your Power Back and Break Your Bad Habits Using Brainwave Entrainment

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Brainwave entrainment alters your dominant brainwave frequency so that you can take your personal power back and break habits that are negatively impacting your life.

Habits are unconscious and compulsive. If you surrender yourself to something habitually, it can become an addiction.

Addiction is the state of being that enslaves to a practice that is psychologically and physically habit-forming, interfering with the functioning of your normal life.

For the purpose of this article, I’ll be referring to habit as just that, a habit, but I wanted you to be aware that habit and addiction are almost interchangeable.

When you change your thoughts and perceptions, which changes your visualizations, you can change your experience.

Changing your perspective influences your reality.

When you believe that bad habits are extremely difficult to break, take great patience and persistence, you are actually reinforcing those habits.

If you believe that habits are the unconscious reaction to pre-conditioned and programmed behaviour stored in your subconscious mind, and you think you cannot change those programs, which isn’t true, you actually strengthen the bad habit. Victimizing yourself won’t change anything but reinforce the habit.

You can change your thoughts and perspectives to adopt a beneficial belief that is opposite to these limiting beliefs. Instead of believing that bad habits are unbreakable, change the belief to, it is possible to break a bad habit. Bad habits depend on you to believe in them. You don’t have to believe in them.

When you change how you think, you open up another neural pathway in your brain-physically. This new pathway, then becomes a new network for your new programming. The old neural pathway, because of lack of thought or use, then shrinks.

Changing your mind then changes your experience.

You are in control of what you experience. You have the power to make the changes you desire.

Inspiration or Intention

When you decide a habit is negatively affecting your life, you must decide if you are eliminating it because you feel inspired to do so, or if you are trying to eliminate it because you feel that you just should, and intend the change.

Coming from inspiration, knowing you really want this change, will empower you as you change your programming. If you are coming from intention, you may want to thoroughly explore why you want the change, in order for your actions to be effective.

Being Present

Being present, really seeing your bad habits, what triggers them and what their reward is, in the moment, gives you the power to change them, in the moment, consciously.

Replacing a bad habit with a positive new habit takes consciousness, communication with the subconscious mind, and being in the present moment.

Brainwave entrainment helps your mind resonate in the frequency that allows you easy access to your subconscious mind, where, while in this brainwave state, you, along with your inspired intention, in the moment, can change or break your bad habits.

Entrainment allows you to recognize and take back your power, breaking your bad habits.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain? ?requency following?response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ?requency following?response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ?ntrain?to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ?ind-tripping? enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person? starting position, entrainment can be rather ?it and miss?

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you?e probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain? strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

In this day and age it is becoming increasingly likely that you wont get enough sleep at night. Many people have a hectic lifestyle, juggling a high stress job with family life, and don’t even think about trying to incorporate a social life in there. Every thing is going on so fast these days that no one is ready to rest since they fear if they sleep someone other may go ahead of him. Many have become so intellectual that they are ready to change the rules of nature. They say that sleeping is nothing but waste of time. But those who try to change the rules of almighty have their own troubles.

The rule of the thumb is that the average adult needs approximately 8 hours of sleep per night. This can vary depending on the person though, some may only need 6 hours and other may need 10. Some people will think they need a lot less sleep than this of course. Margaret Thatcher famously needing only 4 hours’ sleep a night during her 11 years as the UK Prime minister. However you may think you only need a few hours of sleep but this will probably have health consequences on your body.

It is reported that over 40 million Americans suffer from sleep disorders, with 60% of Americans having problems sleeping a few nights a week.
Psychologists and other scientists who study the causes of sleep disorders have shown that such problems can directly or indirectly be tied to abnormalities in the following systems:

· Brain and nervous system

· Cardiovascular system

· Metabolic functions

· Immune system

Furthermore, unhealthy conditions, disorders and diseases can also cause sleep problems, including:

· Pathological sleepiness, insomnia and accidents

· Hypertension and elevated cardiovascular risks (MI, stroke)

· Emotional disorders (depression, bipolar disorder)

· Obesity; metabolic syndrome and diabetes

· Alcohol and drug abuse

Groups that are at particular risk for sleep deprivation include night shift workers, physicians (average sleep = 6.5 hours a day; residents = 5 hours a day), truck drivers, parents and teenagers.
Stress is the number one cause of short-term sleeping difficulties, according to sleep experts. Common triggers include school or job-related pressures, a family or marriage problem and a serious illness or death in the family. Usually the sleep problem disappears when the stressful situation passes. However, if short-term sleep problems such as insomnia are not managed properly from the beginning, they can persist long after the original stress has passed.

Each year the cost of sleep disorders, sleep deprivation and sleepiness, according to the NCSDR, is estimated to be $15.9 million in direct costs and $50 to $100 billion a year in indirect and related costs. And according to the NHSA, falling asleep while driving is responsible for at least 100,000 crashes, 71,000 injuries and 1,550 deaths each year in the United States. Young people in their teens and twenties, who are particularly susceptible to the effects of chronic sleep loss, are involved in more than half of the fall-asleep crashes on the nation’s highways each year. Sleep loss also interferes with the learning of young people in our nation’s schools, with 60 percent of grade school and high school children reporting that they are tired during the daytime and 15 percent of them admitting to falling asleep in class.
The following are some tips on how to try and get the best nights sleep possible.

1) Go to bed and get up about the same time each night and morning. If at times it becomes late to sleep at night try to recover it by sleeping for some more time in morning. Avoid going early in the bed. Go to bed only after you feel sleepy.

2) Do the exercise regularly in the evening some three to four hours before bed. See that you get at least 30 minutes of sunlight exposure daily. Do yoga, meditation and gym early in the morning. This is will help to give energy to work for the whole day. The strained muscles will undoubtedly ask for rest at night.

3) Have a long, warm bath or shower before bedtime. Follow bedtime rituals. Listening to soft music read a book to calm the body. Avoid reading violent news or watching suspense or horror movies that will have brain thinking about.

4) Have warm milk before bedtime. Have dinner about two hours before sleeping. Have water bottle besides you so that you don’t have to walk up to the water pot.

5) The bedroom area should be silent and as far as television is considered should not be in bedroom. The room should have a comfortable atmosphere. Put curtains where the light is piercing in the room. Change the bed sheets regularly. The room should have proper ventilation. Avoid having illuminated clock in bedroom that makes you anxious and keeps you thinking about time.

6) Avoid sleeping in afternoon. Avoid caffeine and nicotine in all forms after lunchtime. Caffeine in coffee, tea, chocolate, colas; other soft drinks should be avoided.

7) If you don’t get sleep withinn 10-15 minutes and feel that you can’t get sleep leave the bedroom. Get on with some book or watch television until you feel drowsy.

8) Some people have pills for sleeping try to reduce it and continue till you get rid of it. If not controlled it just becomes a habit. Proper care should therefore be taken and physician should be consulted.

9) Recollect all the activities performed during the day. Note down the worries you are facing and possible ways to achieve the solution. This will remove the burden of your shoulders and so you need not think of it as you go to the bed.

10) Main reason for sleep problems is stress. The relief from tensions and anxieties often eliminates sleep problems.

11) Have light meal before bed. Eating heavily can cause adverse effects.

12) Most people you have to travel across the globe through various time zones in such cases they should practice the timetable of that country in advance so that body gets acquainted to the conditions to be faced in another country.

In this article you will discover some simple tips and advice on how you can fall asleep easily. Generally insomnia sufferers complain of not being able to relax physically and mentally enough to sleep. Often they experience a ‘racing mind’ at night. Those racing, relentless thoughts seem never ending and by the time the mind starts to quieten, it’s the morning. For the insomniac this has become a nightly routine.

So what can we do to counter this frustrating problem? The first thing to do is to seek professional medical advice. Secondly refrain from using sleeping pills, they should be the last thing on your mind. Why? Because pills are addictive and can cause ‘rebound insomnia’. Furthermore they will actually create more problems, impairing physical and mental functions. In fact in a recent survey it revealed that a group of insomniacs given a placebo, performed and slept better than those given sleeping pills.

Thirdly, realize that there is no such thing as a quick-fix solution. We’ve become a nation obsessed with quick-fixes. Insomnia can not be fixed with just a pop of the pill. Sleeping pills do not tackle the underlying cause of insomnia and you will not attain the same benefits of natural sleep. This is because the chemicals found in most majo pills affect normal brainwave patterns and inhibit the mind from falling into the deeper restorative stages of sleep.

One of the most important steps to tackling insomnia is to pay attention to your sleep habits. This means, getting up and sleeping the same time every night. Ensuring that you expose yourself to light (preferably natural) in the day and winding down in the evenings before sleep. Try meditation in the evening and listening to relaxing music.

It’s important to exercise the mind and body in the day. This can often have a sedating effect on the mind and body and help you to gain deeper sleep. Ensure that your bedroom is cool, quiet and dark, and that your bed is comfortable and supportive. When you are in bed, focus your attention on relaxing your body from your head to your toe.

Try to be as relaxed as possible in the day and don’t let stress, anxiety and worry get the better of you. Avoid stimulants like caffeine and cigarettes in the day. Caffeine may give you an initial boost, however it is short-lived and will more than likely affect your sleep as caffeine stays in the body for more than 5 hours. Try drinking a calming drink such as chamomile tea.

Pay attention to your diet and ensure that you are taking a quality supplement containing calcium and magnesium. If you are suffering from low moods in the day consider St Johns Worts, which is a herbal remedy used for mild to moderate depression. Also consider Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba which help improve concentration during the day. As will all medication and remedies regardless if they are natural or not, professional medical advice should be sought.

There are also highly effective non-pharmaceutical techniques to consider to help you relax, train your mind and improve your sleep habits. Techniques such as hypnosis, CBT and NLP have been proven with highly effective results.

I hope you enjoyed this article and found it useful. Stay tuned for more articles to help you fall asleep.

It is your destiny to be wealthy. The Universe is abundant. It is your birthright to attract wealth, Love, friendship, health, joy and happiness. It’s true we are all responsible for creating our own destinies. There are many exercises given in books which emphasize the importance of becoming wealth conscious to attract wealth. The problem is almost every time you try to do some of those exercises of wealth consciousness you will find a lot of resistance from your sub-conscious mind. This is due to our own negative belief system and it is this which we need to learn to control. We need to learn to control the emotions behind our thoughts. Creating a completely new thought pattern and way of thinking and not going back, accepting your old way of living a life lack of wealth consciousness. There are many wonderful books which teach you about attracting wealth using law of attraction. Most often, people buy these books due to the belief they already posses about the authenticity of law of attraction because of the incidents in their lives. You believe that having wealth consciousness is only way to attract wealth because you have indeed attract wealth at some point of time in your life.

As everything in life you have to be determined to be successful, if you keep falling back into old thought patterns you are defeating the object. Use signs, stimulating music, pictures etc.
Create a consciousness of wealth. Do not fail due to the resistant from within which you fail to tackle first before starting the wealth exercises themselves.

You have to prepare yourself by scrutinizing the beliefs you have about money and wealth deeply. If you find your beliefs are resisting attraction then you have to either change your beliefs or erase them completely. Meditation can be very effective or daydreaming and creating future thoughts.

Another effective method is sitting imagining what it would be like to have lots of money think in detail of the hings you would do this is programming your mind to expect more wealth.

You have to start watching your emotions and the reaction of your body to the thoughts of wealth and money. Many people feel pressure and pain in the tips of the fingers when they are sad. For some sadness manifests itself as pain in the jaws. If thoughts of wealth are creating some type of uneasiness in your body, then it is necessary to change your beliefs about attracting wealth. With this knowledge about the deeply ingrained beliefs about wealth and money sending uneasy sensations to your body, you can start wealth attraction exercises. You may have a very strong belief system which you need to change before you can move on. You must think positively about wealth and money. Remember money is just a part of wealth. Wealth is the consciousness which makes you comfortable without the fear of unknown. When you replaced all your negative beliefs about wealth and money you will succeed in exercises of wealth attraction.

My Old Life, as I now call it, was complicated on every level. Spending most of my time and energy pleasing others, feeling I somehow had to prove myself. I was a busy Mum and a wife, carving out a career. I was a daughter, a sister and a good friend to many. All the while trying so hard to find that work/ life balance that had so far eluded me.

Unbeknown to me at the time, I was stretching myself too far. Taking on extra shifts, helping at the children’s school while racing the clock to keep the home fires burning.

My friends, family and work colleagues would often ask me how I managed to do so much? I couldn’t tell them I was questioning that myself, along with my sanity!! The happy go lucky person they saw was exhausted, emotionally confused and drained. I thought if I worked harder and smarter I could get myself back on track. Looking back now, it is funny how things work out. Trying to work harder and smarter pushed me to my breaking point. I was suffering from burn out. Go figure!

I needed a month off work to recharge my batteries while thinking about the direction I wanted my life to take in the future, and at what cost to my health?

It felt quite foreign to me; to be resting instead of ‘DOING’. after all I was usually running around managing everything perfectly before wasn’t I??

I decided my life was too precious to not enjoy it. My burn out had forced me to make some changes toward removing stress from my life. I needed some help to find direction in my life, so I decided to have a psychic phone reading to help me find the clarity I was needing.

This was to become my new life mantra! Here are some of the ideas I came up with to create my new life, to walk my walk, talk my talk and live by my Burn Bright – Not out mantra.

Follow Your Heart

Previously I had walked (or in my case RUN) to the beat of everyone else’s drum. I burnt out trying to live up to what others expected of me. I was not honouring myself, I felt disappointed for not following the direction my heart was offering. I decided to get to know who I was again. Taking time to find out what made my heart sing. I wanted to lift my heavy energy and discover what brought me enjoyment. I began to shine when I allowed myself to follow my heart and walk my own path.

See the Flip Side

I taught myself, one step at a time to watch my thoughts and feelings.

Rather than getting bogged down in the ‘drama’ learn to flip the situation/ problem. I chose to look at what benefits may actually come from this so called terrible situation. What opportunities may come after this storm passes? What does this situation actually make ME feel, rather than joining in on what everyone else feels, I learnt to take the time to have and explore my own thoughts and opinions.

It is not always easy to look beyond the problem at hand, or to hold positive thoughts when things seem to be going wrong.

Sometimes what seems like a bad situation can be an opportunity to make positive change. Be the change you want to see is a message that was frequently shared during my phone psychic readings.

Compassion verses Competition

Taking the time to stop and listen to someone who is having their own problems or difficulties can be a healing process for both parties. It is human nature to be competitive and at times feel the need to defend ourselves or behaviour. If we are too busy stressing over our own issues, we are more open to being competitive and defensive, often leading to being misinterpreted, misunderstood and at times creating relationship breakdowns.

We have all found ourselves at times feeling the need to compete against others, or sit in judgement of their choices.

Refocus your perspective, stop and find your compassionate side. Allow others to have their time to express their thoughts and feelings, while choosing not to become entangled in their energy. Once you start being aware of your thoughts and actions, allowing your compassion for others to be present, you will feel more positive within yourself. Meanwhile those you showed compassion and understanding will feel more validated. They will feel their problems, opinions and perspectives are also important.

I call that a win win situation.

Release the build up

When we live in overdrive like ‘my old life’, our heads are rarely in a state of clear thinking. Often feeling heavy frustrated and confused, we may think we have everything under control. Only to find ourselves juggling many unfinished projects at once.

Due to the lack of clear thinking, we often remain stuck in this never ending cycle of non achievement, often repeating the same cycle over and over again. I don’t need to tell you how draining that can be.

Find ways to de-clutter your thinking.

You will find yourself achieving more, using less energy in your progression, often finding yourself becoming more efficient in many directions of your life. There are no hard and fast rules to spring cleaning your mind, so take the time to experiment with a few different activities to see what works best for you.

The following suggestions may help, or find your own favourite activities that allow your head some quiet time.

Meditation, reading, gardening, walking, listening to music, spending time in nature etc. Are all great ways to release the build up in your head? There are endless ways to find this peace and quiet, start finding yours today.

Toxic Situations and Relationships

As you practise ways to simplify your life, you may notice some of the relationships and situations in your life, may very well be one of the areas that you need to take a good look at. For example – you may come away from certain people or situations feeling drained and totally wiped out. Take some time to recognise how good or not so good you feel when you around certain people or repetitive situations. Honour yourself by either reducing the time you spend interacting with these people and make a conscious point not to keep repeating unhealthy experiences or relationships.

Small changes to the way you feel about who you are and where you are heading in your life often bring big changes to the way you now handle things. You will find yourself attracting new and more like minded people and positive opportunities into your life.

Is Your Compass Correct

I was burning the candle at both ends while working hard to build a strong and successful career. Although I was enjoying what my work involved, I would often find myself feeling tense and stressed by the time I arrived at work. I found myself struggling to stay motivated and productive. I started to notice feeling physically sick each morning as I drove to work.

I could no longer ignore that fact this uncomfortable feeling was associated with my work. I learnt to be guided by my inner compass. I needed time out to create moments of peace. Moments to think about what was right for me, to feel what it was like to feel my own feelings.

If it felt right, I would do more of it. If it felt wrong, I stepped away from it, consciously distracting my thoughts and feelings back to what felt right. One step at a time guiding myself back in the right direction.

I chose to resign from my position and follow what felt right. Now I am not saying if you are having a hard time at work that you just throw in the towel and give up! Just take the time to ‘check’ your feelings before, during and after work.

Check for ways of improving difficult situations. Once you can identify what is not working you can then find ways to correct them and change. Affirmations are great for creating positive changes in life. Imagine how great it would feel looking forward to going to work each day and enjoying it.

Be Kind to Yourself

We all know that life has lots of good moments, and some not so good moments. How you choose to respond and react to the good and the not so good, will actually effect your future progression. If you take the time to enjoy what is important to you, you will gradually work your way towards achieving your long term goals. You will have the time, energy, $$$, relationship or whatever it is you are working towards.

The kinder you are to yourself and others, the simpler your life will become. After all, we are meant to enjoy life. Try it!! What have you got to lose?

Brainwave Entrainment Sleep Deprived? Restore Yourself Using Delta Brainwave Entrainment

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Are you sleep deprived? Do you have trouble remembering when you last woke up refreshed and ready for the day?

Restore this most important period of your day by listening to, and falling asleep with delta brainwave entrainment. Brainwave entrainment can introduce a delta brainwave pattern to your brain, inducing a delta frequency and state of consciousness. All benefits associated with the delta state are easily and quickly received.

Catching a cap nap during the day is all well and good, and can get you by, but over time, your mind and body will need the deep restoration of the unconscious sleep of delta.

Delta brainwave frequency is the slowest brainwave, highest amplitude, and is our deepest level of dreamless sleep, releasing chemicals and hormones that can relieve stress and increase your longevity. This is an unconscious state of consciousness, similar to coma or hibernation, but one you can easily wake up from.

Are You Sleep Deprived?

?Do you have trouble falling asleep? Does it take longer than 15 minutes?

?Do you fall asleep the second your head hits the pillow?

?Do you wake up frequently?

?Do you wake up and stay awake-maybe just falling asleep, deeply, before your alarm goes off?

Why You May Be Sleep Deprived

?You are getting older.

?You’ve been exposed to too much artificial light during the evening.

?You work night shifts.

?You frequently fly in and out of your time zone.

Why You Need To Get Some Real Sleep

You need to sleep to rest, to heal, to learn, to dream, and to connect with your Source.

?Sleep is a building process that accentuates the growth and rejuvenation of your immune, nervous, skeletal, and muscular systems.

?It restores the body’s energy supplies that you undoubtedly, use up during the day.

?Muscle and skin tissue repairs in this state.

?The growth hormone HGH is released rebuilding tissue.

?A delta sleep restores your mental energy.

?These slow waves have been proven to enhance health and increases lifespan.

?Unconscious sleep aids memories by refreshing and reorganizing them.

?Sleep makes new memories. Without this state of sleep, memories do not hold.

?Delta helps you connect to your Source or Universal Energy and can impress you with mystical encounters.

?A deep sleep can open the door to different realities, far beyond our third dimensional reality.

?This deep, normally unconscious state, gives you access to cosmic memories and secret knowledge, which shows up during your waking consciousness as insight and intuition.

Delta brainwave entrainment will take away your sleep deprivation and rejuvenate your mind and body. You’ll restore your youth by releasing anti-aging hormones, reduce the production of cortisol, a stress response hormone that compromises your immune system, connect your inner self with spiritual dimensions, enables you to have better emotional health, and regenerates your blood and brain cells.

And besides all of that, delta brainwave entrainment it helps you sleep the good sleep.

Brainwave Entrainment Can Sound Healing Ease Depression?

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

How Can Sound Healing Ease Depression Symptoms?

The symptoms of depression are wired by the nervous system into the brain; individuals with clinical depression often have over active right brain hemispheres. By using binaural beat sound, brain wave activity can be brought into balance, and symptoms of depression reduced. Those suffering depression often have too much “slow wave” brain activity, such as Theta or Alpha. Increasing faster brain wave frequencies, such as Gamma and Beta, can reduce symptoms of depression.

Binaural beat sound therapy can be used to “entrain” the brain waves, which means brainwaves will start to resonate at the same frequency as the binaural beat. Brainwave entrainment can change brain wave patterns temporarily, which has been shown to have a profound effect; it’s been shown that binaural beats are very effective for meditative states. This is a breakthrough for anyone wants to relax or meditate, but did not have the time, or teacher. This type of meditation can balance your brainwaves and reduce your depression symptoms, and leave you feeling calm, centered and less depressed, day after day.

When electrical activities of the human brain combine, they cause brain wave patterns. These patterns are different depending on what a person is doing and whether the person is awake or asleep. This difference determines the person’s health and state of mind. There are 4 patterns namely beta, alpha, theta and delta. In beta, one is wide-awake. One is in this state during the day, when he/she is awake. It is important in that lack of activity during this state leads to disorders such as depression and insomnia. Maximizing activity during this state leads to increased concentration and attention life span.

The second of the patterns and mental state is the alpha. In this state one is not asleep but neither is one active. Rather, they are relaxed and not involved in any physical activity. Immediately you wake up in the morning and before you fall asleep, you will be in this state. When one relaxes and closes one’s eyes, they start producing this kind of waves. When meditating, this is the state you want to be in to be able to reprogram mentally. The third mental state is theta. You are in this state if you are sleeping lightly only or if not, then extremely relaxed. This state is also useful when reprogramming mentally.

The fourth state, delta, is achieved when one is busy asleep but is not dreaming. In this state, your body repairs itself. You are unconscious when in delta state. Just by looking at a person’s brain wave patterns, you can tell a lot about them. You can tell their mood or if they are ill; when anxious, a person is usually in beta state and may suffer from insomnia or lack of sleep. Through studies and use of socialized equipment, it has been found out that one’s mental state depends on these patterns. The researchers have also found out that these brainwaves can be stimulated or induced by brainwave entrainment technology.

Mastering ones brain wave patterns can be done easily by use of brainwave entrainment. By mastering these patterns, one can be able to induce any mood he feels like. When you can be able to control your mood, you can achieve anything you want in life. It is often said that happy people enjoy life more. Unhappy and depressed people on the other hand, do not enjoy life. It has been observed that people who are most active when they are awake by exercising are usually happier and healthier. They have a more positive attitude about life. A positive attitude can push you to achieve any goal you want.

By using brainwave entrainment and meditation, you can easily achieve alpha state and be able to plan. The meditation state allows you to tap into the power of the subconscious mind and relieves stress. You tap into your subconscious mind to know exactly what you want to achieve. It helps you to know your inner goal. By knowing your goal, you can then be able to focus all your brain power into achieving that goal. You also need a perfect plan to be able to achieve this goal. By mastering your brain wave patterns, you can achieve any success you want in life.

Brainwave Entrainment 3 Tips For Using Binaural Beats to Learn to See Auras

Did you know that almost anybody can learn to see auras? Although some believe that this is an inborn talent that you either have or you don’t, the truth is that the ability to see auras is a natural human ability that simply lies dormant in most of us. However, with some assistance and practice, it’s possible to train your eyes to perceive the auras around people, animals and other living things.

While there are a number of methods that have been put forward for teaching or viewing, most of them have one common factor, and it is the requirement to be able to relax deeply. Aura perception seems to be easier when the mind is relaxed, so if you can meditate, this is an advantage.

However, for most of us without meditation training, maintaining such a deeply relaxed date by remaining awake isn’t necessarily easy. Fortunately, there is a way to achieve the right mindset for viewing auras without having to spend years learning to meditate first, and that is by using a brainwave entrainment recording.

Such a recording features repetitive sounds of specific frequencies, which are designed to cause your brain to enter a relaxed state. This works thanks to a natural phenomenon known as the ‘frequency following response’, which simply means that the brain has a natural tendency to match – or entrain to – the frequencies of the sounds it’s hearing. For successful aura viewing, you need a recording which guides your brain into the alpha state, in which it predominantly produces brainwaves of between 8 and 12 Hz in frequency.

Once you have your recording, you’ll need to set some time aside to listen to it each day before practising viewing your own aura, or that of a pet or plant. With time, your brain will become accustomed to entering the alpha state at will, and eventually you won’t even need the recording.

While there are different types of brainwave entrainment recording available, binaural beats are the most popular, and they can be very effective. If you decide to use binaural beats to help you learn to see auras, here are three tips for getting the most from your sessions.

1. Practice Every Day

Firstly, you should make a commitment to listen to your recording and practice your aura viewing every day. It’s vital to establish a routine, because over time your brain will come to know what to expect, and will be able to enter the right states for aura viewing more easily.

Daily practice is also essential for most people, because it usually takes some time before you start to get the results you’re looking for. Although some people who use binaural beats for aura viewing find they can see auras right away, this isn’t really the norm, so you shouldn’t be discouraged if it takes a while your abilities to develop. But they will only develop if you practice consistently.

2. Make Sure You’re Not Disturbed

It’s also important to ensure that you practice at a time and place where you won’t be disturbed. Make sure that any others in your house know not to barge into your room during this time. This is important because it’s difficult to relax properly if you know in the back of your mind that you might be interrupted at any moment, and as we’ve seen, relaxation is vital for the development of your aura viewing ability.

3. Practice On Yourself

After listening to your recording, you’ll be in a relaxed state, and your aura vision is likely to be more acute. If you have to find another person to practice viewing with at this time, you’re likely to disturb your concentration and lose your sense of relaxation. So the best results, try viewing your own aura either by observing your body directly, or in a mirror. If you have pets or plants handy, you can practice looking at them too, as all living things have auras.

Meditation music is music performed to aid in the practice of meditation. It can have a specific religious content, but also more recently has been associated with modern composers who use meditation techniques in their process of composition, or who compose such music with no particular religious group as a focus.

The start of my New Year is always filled with doing, doing, doing. And while I have people who help me there are still many decisions that I need to make myself.

I love that I’ve developed my masculine energy to be able to carry this, but I also know that if I ignore the feminine within me, I will work myself to the point of exhaustion and not be able to deliver on the promises I’m making.

Plus, without lots of space for my feminine, the content of the business just won’t be as transformational as I know it can be.

Coaching is all about playing in the magical, creative, spiritual energy of divine feminine power to dream up a business that perfectly aligns with your life purpose. Then, how to let the focused, driven masculine energy within you bring that dream into reality with marketing strategy, packages that people want to buy, and sales conversations that are fun and effective. So I better use both in creating a kickass biz, right?

I think that a lot of us get trapped at this time of year in the DOING cycle. It’s a shiny new opportunity and we jump in with plans and goals. We do, do, do right up until it’s all just too much and, then, we go back to the old normal. (When I’m in this mode, that normally happens by Jan. 15!)

Our masculine energy is designed to support the feminine within us. It’s not meant to be the only expression of who we are, although our society does encourage that.

So in this busy doing time, I have to make sure I’m spending time BEING in my feminine.

What does this look like?

The other day I was writing copy for my sponsors to use. I just wanted it done. I promised myself I could do something fun as soon as I finished. The words I was typing were coming out dry and uninspiring. I was getting frustrated. Then, I realized that my masculine was driving the goal with no room for my feminine, the source of creativity, joy and connection.

That copy was crap without her.

So I stopped.

I took a bubble bath. Vanilla scented. Both cats arranged themselves on the bathmat for support.

I thought about the feelings I wanted to convey in my copy. I let my self-imposed timeline melt away with the tension and stress it brought.

I imagined the awakenings I know will occur in the room during the playground. The healing that will happen as participants discover their highest selves.

And the right words came. Easily. Joyfully.

I jumped out of the tub and, with dripping hair, captured the essence of my emotions in writing. And it was good.

A marriage of masculine and feminine working together.

I’m reminded that business is supposed to work this way. Not just for me, but for you as well.

You have within in both masculine and feminine energy waiting to unite. When they do, you become unstoppable. Dreams turn into reality. Clients are magically attracted. Money finds you. Work projects become play.

The discipline is learning to listen. When your to-do list is a mile long. When the deadlines are real and you are pushing to get there. When it feels like you will have to give up sleeping in order to actually get it all done, listen inward.

What does your soul want? What will soothe your inner feminine?

Stopping to be, to listen, to give space to your emotions, will make all the doing work go faster and be more effective.

I promise.

A 20-minute bubble bath in the middle of the day will reduce 2 hours of agonizing copywriting to a fun and easy 30-minute outpouring of just the right words.
