The GOOD NEWS is that relaxation doesn’t always require 30 minutes meditation or even expensive overnight out of town getaways and escapades, as useful as they may be.
There are many things you can do during this busy time of the year to make you feel relaxed, happy and refreshed such as going for a walk, listening to your favorite music, doing some holiday arts or craft, watching a funny movie, calling a friend or a family to chat or playing with a pet. These simple tips can make your holidays more enjoyable and less stressful. Give them a “TRY” and you will know that indeed it is really effective.
