Brainwave Entrainment Does Online Dating Work?

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Dating Online is currently the Internets biggest craze, and its here to stay! But does it actually work?

I mean, there are tons of Dating websites, but their success with matchmaking is kept rather low key, and I found out why.

When I was searching for Online dating websites, I felt that I couldn’t trust many of the companies and that they were just trying to get money out of me. After many hours of research I was exhausted by the idea of Online Dating, it just seemed more hassle than what it was worth, but I was determined to see it through.

A lot of websites that I researched were either free or had rock bottom membership fees, and I found that these were the worst to go to, bar a few exceptions. Eventually I found a handful of websites that I could trust and were worth the money that they were charging, but it just took so long to find these trust-worthy sites.

So I signed up and begrudgingly paid the membership fee. One of the most important aspects I learnt early on is that your personal profile that you place on the dating website should be immaculate! By this I mean spend time modifying and perfecting your profile, as this is what counts the most! The last thing you want is to be receiving messages from other adults who are just not right for you, its better to make contact with another adult who is very similar to yourself, than to make contact with 10 adults who only share a few similarities.

Eventually I started meeting other people who were very compatible to myself, and as a result have made 2 great friends who are now a major part in my life and have been going out with my long-term girlfriend for over a year (I’m planning a trip to New York at Christmas, so that I can propose to her!)

Online Dating has worked wonders for me, even though it’s taken time to get their, and I Strongly believe that if you spent time looking for the right Dating website, that’s suits you and your needs then you will also have similar success. This thought gave me a brainwave.

I thought how great it would be if their was a website that had a list of all the best Dating websites, that listed these trustworthy companies, so that the biggest hassle is taken away and you can start meeting and communicating with other adults, without having to waste time looking for the best companies. So that’s what I did. I designed a website that was split into sections for American Singles, Gay personals, Jewish Singles and Christian Dating, with the best dating websites for each category.

It is full of information about Online Dating, with reviews of every Dating website and loads of interesting, related articles. There is also help on the best way of writing your personal profile.

Best of luck!!

It’s quite easy to get yourself an isochronic tones download. You can get them quickly from any website that offers brainwave entrainment tools and recordings. No need to wait for days since it has been made available to you any time of the day, all you need is your computer, an internet connection and of course the electronic means to pay for your purchase. The important question to ask is how to choose among dozens of online sources that could best provide what you are looking for.

A quick search online provides you with tons of options that proclaims the same thing up front, isochronic tones that could dramatically improve your well being. What you thought would be an easy task of getting your isochronic tones download turns into a scenario where you scratch your head, no longer sure what to do next.

It wouldn’t take so much of your time of researching and committing trial and error just to get a hold of the most powerful type of brainwave entrainment. Keep your eyes and mind open for the following three characteristics that would help you easily recognize a legit and trusted isochronic tones provider.

They have a wide selection of products that doesn’t only cater to what is in trend or popular at the moment. Steer clear of sites that have products promising to have an effect on your mind and body similar to what drugs or alcohol can give. We know that these vices only give off negative effects so why make them available to the general public unless their primary motivation is to make money at your expense.

They provide at the most a 60 day money back guarantee. Although I don’t personally advise that you use this as the motivating force to purchase anything at whim. Make sure that you know what you are getting and it is best to try out their free samples and buy one or two initially and then see for yourself if you could make it work for you.

Don’t just rely on the power of isochronic tones to make an impact in your life. Take an active part into opening yourself to positive healing and self discovery. Start with your isochronic tones download and welcome the changes it brings to any area of your life that you want to improve.

meditation music Experience True Inner Peace – Learn To Meditate

Meditation music is music performed to aid in the practice of meditation. It can have a specific religious content, but also more recently has been associated with modern composers who use meditation techniques in their process of composition, or who compose such music with no particular religious group as a focus.

So what is meditation? It has been described as the connection to God, the blissful state of being; a place of inner knowing, ultimate peace and satisfaction of soul. If we see prayer as a means of speaking to God or Higher Consciousness (Call God whatever feels right to you), we would see meditation as a way of “listening” to higher intelligence or God. Just like a conversation, if we do all of the talking, we generally learn very little. So, in a state of deep meditation you connect to the core of your being, to that quiet stillness deep within where your ego self disappears and you are in unison with your God-centered self, the I AM sense of being. Meditation has been used for eons to connect to that small still voice within that is meant to guide us in ways unknown to the conscious mind.

Printing this page and then using it to record your own voice is a very practical way of experiencing the steps to learning meditation. So before we begin, please remember that meditation is meant to be experienced in a quiet place, where you will not be disturbed for at least 30 to 40 minutes. You should be wearing comfortable clothing with nothing constricting your breathing. Be certain your room temperature is comfortable and keep a light blanket over you if necessary. Remove your glasses and turn off the TV, radio and telephones. Give the dog something to keep him occupied so that you will not be interrupted as you begin to relax. Put on some soothing music, perhaps you have Enya, or some Yoga or music for relaxation. If not, classical music may also work well to put you in the mood for relaxation. Do not listen to music that has a vocal track.

As you ready yourself to experience meditation, you may wish to use aromatherapy to induce calmness. Lavender is good, as are Frankincense and Myrr, Pacculi and other natural scents. Candles that are safely contained can also work well. And now it is time to begin:

Start by relaxing in a comfortable recliner or on a comfortable bed or couch. Make it your favorite place if possible. Darken the lights and shut the blinds. Now relax and start by taking a deep breath in through your nose and holding it for three seconds. Exhale out your mouth. Repeat this three times.

Tighten every muscle in your body; squint, make fists, tighten your buttocks muscles and legs, arms and hold that pose for three seconds. Then relax and release, feel the tension leaving your body.
Enjoy the music for a moment and the aroma you have chosen. Think about the surface your body is resting on and how comfortable you feel. If you are not comfortable re-arrange yourself completely now.

Imagine that suspended above you is a magical ball or pyramid. This structure is meant to draw from you all things you no longer need or want as part of you. Just allow your biggest challenges to come to your awareness and begin now to let them flow from your mind out to that structure, the ball or pyramid. As they reach the structure they are completely disintegrated and are no longer of concern.

So now, let go of all ANGER, PAIN, JEALOUSY, HATRED, WORRY, GUILT, FEAR, and other emotions that come to mind. It feels so good to let them go. Continue to see these “unwanted feelings” flowing away from you in dark streams. Letting go of this negativity leaves more room for wonderful feelings to fill your life, your soul, your body, and mind.

Now let go of all circumstances that are preventing you from feeling wonderful this moment. Let go of your concerns about finances, family issues, work issues, home issues, friend issues, and anything that comes to mind that you wish to eliminate at this time. Just see all of these things flowing away from you and disintegrating as they hit the structure suspended above your body.

Now that you have let go of all of those things that have been bothering you, it is time to inhale more of the beauty of life and the wonderful possibilities that you wish to manifest in your life today. So, see and feel a beautiful white light coming down from the heavens above and entering the top part of your head. Feel this glorious white light filling your mind completely, saturating you in the love of the universe. It slowly fills your head, neck, eyes, ears, mouth, nose, and gently works its way down your shoulders to your hands. It continues to through your torso to your waste, completely filling every molecule of your physical body now all the way down to your waste. Continuing down to your hips and thighs, through your shins and calves to your ankles and then to the souls of your feet.

Let this energy continue flowing through you in streams of joy and peace. Now see the white light encasing your physical body and surrounding and protecting it. It is four feet wide in every direction. And now two guardian angels or spirit guides come to you and stand with you as you continue this journey if the safest and happiest way.

You take three more breaths and then find yourself standing in a beautiful meadow on a perfect Spring day. The sky above you is clear and lovely and there are just a few puffy white clouds lazily drifting by. The air is the perfect temperature and the colors around you are vibrant. It is here that you find a beautiful lounge chair made just for your body, so you arrange yourself comfortably here as you relax deeper and deeper into a tranquil state of stillness. There are guides here for you. Just let go and sink deeper and deeper. Now, listen to the information coming to you, the information you have been seeking inorder to change your life for the better. Your physical body is getting all it needs right now to heal and be well, your mind is filled with the information you need to have the life you deserve, your spirit is being nurtured. Allow this pampering, allow the information to flow to you and be still. Feel yourself floating, just floating and enjoy this bliss. Be still and know you are well cared for here.

Stay here as long as you need. Allow the tones in the music to fill every particle of your body Allow the aroma to fill your senses. Allow the highest wisdom to come to you now. You will remember all you need to know and when you awaken to your alert state as you so choose, you will bring with you all that you need to live a better life. If you choose to sleep, that is fine too. When you awake, you will awaken feeling refreshed and vibrant and ready to tackle your day with enthusiasm and courage and positive mental attitude. Remember you are loved.

I know this title may seem a bit out of character for you because if you are anything like me when I was suffering, I really hated my body. But let me tell you why that is sooooo bad for you.

Do you remember how in one of my previous newsletters I told you about neurochemicals and how our emotions control those chemicals?

And how I also told you about the stress hormones and how they can make pain worse? Well, when you feel resentful, bitter or angry towards your body you are actually creating more ‘stress hormones’ that will make the pain worse and at the same time you are shutting down the ‘feel good hormones’ that could have relieved the pain.

So it’s very important to love your body under all circumstances. This will put your body into ‘healing mode and start to make you feel better.

So when you are consumed with pain and feeling down and miserable the first thing I would do is turn on my favorite relaxing music (for me it’s flute music). This always puts me in a mellow mood which will stop my brain from making those darned ‘stress hormones’ and start cooking up a big heaping batch of ‘feel good hormones’.

This would be a perfect time to do a Guided Imagery meditation.

If you don’t have a recording that guides you to relax you can do it on your own just as well. With your relaxing music playing quietly in the background think about each area of your body and tell it to relax.
Once you are totally relaxed I want you to think of the part of your body that is in pain. Then visualize that pain as a dark red color. Then while you continue to relax visualize the color becoming lighter and lighter. And as the color becomes lighter visualize the pain getting less and less.

Keep doing this and as the red gets lighter the pain diminishes. Keep doing this until you feel relief. When the red is as light as it can get it will then turn to a light, cooling, comforting, beautiful green color. As you immerse yourself in this luscious green color say thank you to your body for its amazing capacity to heal.

Keep thinking healing thoughts and being grateful for your amazing body.

And the more you do Guided Imagery or any other kind of Meditation you will feel the benefits more and more. Most pain clinics use this for their clients with terrific results. And many hospitals are using Meditation pre and post op.

I have several clients that have chronic pain from a car accident and they use Guided Imagery several times a day. They tell me that it works better than pharmaceutical pain killers and besides killing the pain it makes them feel mellow and grounded.

I know that this probably sounds too simple to be effective but it is powerful medicine. Give it a try.

You will be amazed..

Binaural beat meditation offers a different approach to reaching utter relaxation and heightened levels of awareness, creativity and reduced levels of stress and anxiety. Thru the use of a CD player, MP3 player, I pod, or even your computer. Lets put it this way if it can play music and has a headphone jack you can use it two listen to a one.

So what is a binaural beat? It is the result of two sounds of different frequency hitting one ear each at the same time. The body responds to this by a change in the sub cortical auditory system causing a great change in the level of relaxation and peace experienced by the individual. Binaural sound meditation simplified. Different sounds have different effects on our bodies. Binaural sounds use this science to create levels of great peace and relaxation.

Heinrich Wilhelm Dove discovered binaural beats in 1839. So you know it isn’t some new trend nor is it a theory. Some of the more positive and noticeable experiences people have had while using binaural meditation include:

1. Deep relaxation
2. Greatly increased awareness
3. An increase in psychic abilities
4. Greater creativity
5. Accelerated learning
6. Greatly improved sleep
7. Lucid dreams
8. Out of body experiences

Binaural beat meditation is different than many of the older styles of relaxation. In fact all that is really needed is a comfortable chair, a set of headphones and something that can play music with a headphone jack! When listening to these beats. it is most important that headphones are used so that the sounds of the different frequencies are delivered correctly. If the binaural meditation music is played over a stereo, the effect of the directed sounds is unfortunately mixed and lost.

You First Need To Change Your Mindset

Traditional medicine teaches you to “manage” your diabetes. Everything in traditional treatment revolves around “controlling” your blood sugar. You will need a radical shift in how you approach things if you want to reverse your diabetes. “Managing the disease” and “controlling blood sugar” is not going to cure diabetes! Curing diabetes is a very obtainable goal but in order to reach that goal you must first make it your primary goal – NOT just controlling blood sugar. You need to get down to the root causes of the disease and fix THOSE. If you do this, your blood sugar will go down naturally.

Food Can Be Medicine and It Can Be Poison

Hippocrates, the ancient Greek physician, is known for saying, “Let food be thy medicine and let thy medicine be food.” Food can literally cure disease or it can cause disease, depending on what you eat. People with diabetes have damaged their cell membranes through years/decades of eating toxic foods… and no, I’m NOT talking about sugar or fat. The endocrine system of diabetics is damaged and their hormones are out of balance. Eating the right food and eliminating toxic food like trans fat is literally like taking the right medicine and it will literally put you on the fast track to reversing your diabetes.

Start Taking Better Care of Your Emotional and Mental Health

When most people think about getting healthy and curing disease, they automatically focus on their physical health. However, you need to understand that your emotional and mental health very directly and emphatically affect your physical health. In fact, emotional and mental stress is the #1 overlooked cause of diabetes. Research has clearly shown that stress causes insulin resistance. It causes an increase in stress-related hormones which over time cause diabetes. Reducing stress will help cure your diabetes.

Exercise More But Not Necessarily In the Traditional Sense

It has been well proven that exercise can help with reversing diabetes. However, if you haven’t exercised for a long time, the idea of starting to exercise may seem daunting. If you are feeling this way, I want you to remember that exercise does not have to be a high energy activity like jogging, lifting weights, or aerobics. Research has shown that just a small amount of low-impact exercise can reap a huge benefit. Just a simple walk in your neighborhood, a little yard work, or just getting out of the house doing light activities can make a world of difference.

Dig Deeper, Pay Attention To Details, and Don’t Be Fooled By the Over-Simplification of Facts

If you get the right information, you will have the power to cure diabetes. You need to start digging deeper and understanding that details matter. Don’t accept everything at face value. Don’t rely on what you read in magazines or on the internet. The popular press often glosses over pertinent information – information that you need to really make a plan work. The press often omits important details and they almost always over-simplify to the point of not giving you all the information you actually need. You need to seek more detailed information whenever possible. You need to understand how important this is.

Take Good Care of Your Soul and Spirit

For some people this means being involved in organized religion. For others, however, this may mean something quite different: learning to take time to smell the roses, reconnecting with family and friends, pursuing hobbies that bring you great joy, visiting places that give you a sense of internal peace, exploring the wonders of nature, meditation, listening to 30 minutes a day of music you love, adopting a pet to share your life with, etc… Only you can decide what lifts your spirit and nurtures your soul. The point that I am making is that you need to make this one of the highest priorities in your life and don’t let anything stand in your way of doing so.

Be An Active Participant In Your Own Diabetes Cure

Most people that have cured their diabetes have one thing in common: they took charge of their own destiny. If you want to reverse diabetes, It is extremely important that you do not blindly follow what your doctor (or anyone) tells you. Your doctor should be an important adviser to you but he/she should not be running the show – YOU need to be the one in charge. The opinions and approaches of doctors vary widely. Some doctors are more compatible with the goal of curing diabetes naturally than others. If you find that your current doctor is resistant to this idea, it is probably in your best interest to shop for a new doctor.

Brainwave Entrainment 5 Ways to Strengthen Your Mental Power – Develop Paradigm Shifting Abilities

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Tip 1. Understand the difference between being confident and being arrogant. Confidence deals with your faith in your abilities whereas over-confidence or arrogance describes actions and attitudes that present an air of conceit. Being over-confident shows others that you believe yourself to be better than them and is not likely to go over well or earn you any sort of genuine respect. What’s worse is that to people who know better, arrogance is a key indicator of someone who “needs” the envy of others to feel good about him/her self. Arrogance is a front and many people will see right through it.

Tip 2. Know where you really stand. You know that you have a certain level of confidence already. It is not helpful to put yourself down or feel as if you have no confidence at all. Low self-confidence is a problem that affects millions and it is unlikely that you are near the bottom of this ladder.

Tip 3. Don’t over criticize your self. We all stumble on a regular basis. Putting yourself down or punishing your self does not help to improve your performance. In fact, these activities are proven to be self-defeating and will lessen your feelings of confidence and self-esteem. Unfortunately, this can easily become habitual as well, slowly degrading our confidence over time.

Tip 4. Remember that not everything is within our control. Trying too hard to control every aspect of our lives is a quick way to find consistent failure. There is simply too much going on that depends on other people, economy, chance and many other factors that are well outside of our control. Remain flexible and learn to ebb and flow with the tides of life and you will be much happier in the long run.

Tip 5. Understand that life is a journey filled with triumphs as well as losses. You have heard that struggle and adversities will make you stronger. They do. Your struggles have already made you stronger and that strength will serve you as you move forward. Sometimes what we perceive as failures are actually blessings.

Tip 6. Relax and Meditate. Too often, we get caught up in the scramble of everyday life and the constant stress will begin to weigh us down. Practice meditation techniques or find another way to clear your mind, relax and temporarily allow those stresses to slip away. You need this mental recharging from time to time in order to maintain strong mental health. If it didn’t work, millions of people wouldn’t be doing it!

Tip 7. Happy Place. Yes, I know it’s a cliche these days but there’s a reason for that. It’s a very popular concept. Think of memories of events in your life that made you feel good or triumphant. Fill your mind with these thoughts or memories anytime you start to fell down on yourself. Think of people you love and good times you have together. Visualize yourself in those situations and feel what you were feeling at that moment.

Tip 8. Get some exercise. It doesn’t have to be a marathon. Just get out and do something somewhat rigorous for a while. Physical labor helps to clear the mind and fuel the body with powerful endorphins that will make you feel healthy and alive. The benefits of exercise are far-reaching. It has been proven many times over that our physical, mental and emotional health, are all intricately linked. Regular exercise will undoubtedly have positive effects on your self-confidence; especially if it helps you get in shape and improved your physical appearance.

Tip 9. Don’t focus too much on yourself. At times self-examination is necessary but know when enough is enough. Focusing too much on yourself can cause you to become over-critical. It also takes you away from the people around you. Stay involved in your life as much as you can and get out of your own head. There will be plenty of opportunities to reflect.

Tip 10. Don’t concern yourself with what other people think. Actually, a better description might be “what you think others think”. The truth is, you don’t know what other people are thinking anyway and it would be fruitless to imagine that you do. Assuming that you know is bad enough. Assuming that it is likely to be something negative about you is just ridiculous. The chances are impossibly small that you know what anyone really thinks unless you have ESP. If you do have ESP, play poker for a living.

Tip 11. Seek Motivation. There are those that inspire us. There are books, movies and songs that motivate us and make us feel good. Find these things in your life and enjoy them frequently. Regular exposure to anything positive can give us a healthy boost to our self-confidence.

Tip 12. Maintain your health. See exercise above. Your physical health can definitely impact your mental health. Get adequate sleep, eat healthy etc. Feeling strong and healthy physically, will help you feel strong mentally which goes hand in hand with elevated confidence levels.

Tip 13. When feeling low or fearful, remember that other people really cannot see it. Your confidence and your fears are your business and your business alone. Just hold your chin up, move on and no one will be the wiser. Being afraid that everyone can see our weaknesses can compound those feelings fast. Don’t fall into that trap.

Tip 14. Resist the urge to blame misfortunes on your persistent bad luck. Whether you believe it or not, luck does not exist. We create our lives through the ways we interact with it. Every one experiences these failures and setbacks. You are not alone. Feeling that you have bad luck is simply avoiding taking responsibility for your own life. Believing that there is some uncontrollable powerful force acting negatively upon your life, is not healthy, nor is it true. Stuff happens! Pick yourself up and get back in the game. Don’t focus on the “why”; instead focus on the “what now”.

Tip 15. Seek advice and listen to it. People love to share their thoughts, accomplishments and advice. You don’t have to follow it but you should certainly listen to it. People have diverse backgrounds and experiences and it is likely that other you know have experienced similar challenges. Talk to people about it and see what they know. You will be surprised at the things you can learn from others experience. Besides, talking about challenges and interacting with people is healthy and supports greater confidence.

Tip 16. Take small actions often. Baby steps. You should try to challenge yourself in small ways as often as possible. If you are lost but are hesitant to ask people for directions because you are shy, simply address the first person you see and say “excuse me sir….” etc. Pushing yourself out of your comfort zone regularly in small easy ways will expand that zone greatly over time. This will slowly chip away at your limitations and is an easy way to achieve consistent progress toward greater confidence.

Tip 17. Visualize yourself at your best. Visualization is powerful but keep it realistic. Creating a mental picture of yourself conquering Rome is cool but it’s not something that your mind is likely to accept as realistic and it won’t have the same effect as viewing yourself giving that big speech with ease, confidently asking your hot neighbor out for dinner, nailing that job interview or enjoying your hard-earned wealth. Do this one often, it works. Really visualize it, get into it, feel it. It will start to feel more and more real and when you actually have to perform the action, it will feel as if you’ve done it before. Visualize that great future that you are working towards.

Tip 18. Stand Tall. You don’t have to be in the Marine Corps to walk tall and proud. Practice maintaining a confident posture in everything that you do. Walk briskly and with purpose. Slouching and sluggishly lumbering around not only make you feel weak and ineffective, these activities also make us appear complacent and dull to others. Be proud when you can but look proud always.

Tip 19. Speak clearly and boldly. I don’t mean that you should bark at people. I mean speak up and enunciate your speech. You voice tells the world a lot about you subconsciously. Your thoughts are as valid as anyone else’s so speak your mind in positive ways and damn the consequences. Try not to mumble or speak beneath your breath. These are attributes that most will associate with timidness.

Tip 20. Challenge your beliefs. Apply some critical thinking to your beliefs. Many people accept what they have been taught during childhood as fact without ever realizing that there are many other points of view. Ask yourself why you believe the things you do. Where did those beliefs really come from? Are they limiting beliefs? Do they hold you back? Are they the cause of some self over-criticism, guilt or shame? Are those feelings helping you or hurting you? How necessary are those beliefs that may negatively impact your life?

Tip 21. Write down all of the attributes that you want to posses. This will help you find the true you. We eventually become who we want to become if we truly try, and this becomes easier when we know exactly who that is. Revisit this one often and don’t be afraid to change it as you learn and change.

Tip 22. Stay Busy. There is an old saying that “Industry cures the melancholy.” There is definitely some truth to this. If you get busy and occupy your mind with something constructive, it clears your mind of the self-defeating thoughts and feelings. Try cleaning your car, cleaning the house, rearranging the furniture, weeding the garden, playing a game, reading a book or even watching a movie. I would say that the more physical the nature of the task the better but to each his/her own.

Tip 23. Believe in a higher power. You don’t have to understand it or know what it is, but believe that there exists something greater that yourself. Feeling that we are the pinnacle of existence is not only unlikely but is also sort of bleak and depressing. There exists something within us all that is connected to something greater than our comprehension will allow us to conceive. Accepting this gives us more reason to strive for greatness. Through this effort, we achieve growth.

Tip 24. Don’t put up with abuse. Regardless of who you are, you don’t deserve to be treated poorly by anyone. If someone should disrespect you, stand, face them and smile confidently and politely. Often, it becomes clear who really has the problem. Others will notice this too. That’s really all it takes to show that you don’t accept or believe that you are inferior or deserving of abusive behavior. Don’t go too far; over-confrontational behavior presents a myriad of its own problems.

Tip 25. Ask yourself what’s the worst thing that could happen. Often, when a situation seems to be going bad, we will obsess about it to the point that we feel that the end of the universe is nigh. Just because one aspect of our life is not working out the way we planned, does not necessarily mean that our entire life will go to heck in a hand-basket. What’s the worst that could happen? Will I be able to recover and move on? The answer is almost always “yes”.

Tip 26. Help others. Regardless of how un-confident we may feel or how poorly we think we have managed our lives, there are always people who are far less fortunate that could use your help. Volunteer at a local church or any other place that does charity. There are plenty of places to get connected with those who need your help. Your heart will thank you in enormous ways. Do it for them and for yourself as well. Don’t be afraid to admit that you may need it as much as they do. There is nothing selfish about seeking help through helping others! When you do this, you will experience a powerful feeling that will improve your view of yourself as well as improve your confidence. You are proving your value and usefulness to yourself through real, much-needed and very important work.

Tip 27. Get creative. Doing something creative, that is, creating something out of nothing is a great way to show your subconscious mind, your capabilities and worth. Play to your strengths or interests. Draw a picture, write a short story, build a bird house, a toy box for your child or create a bookcase. This can have a strong subliminal impact on your self-esteem. Plus, it’s fun and we all need to have a little fun from time to time.

Tip 28. Evaluate your environment and change it if needed. Sometimes we ignore our confidence and self-esteem for long periods and we slowly change our environment in negative ways without realizing it. Step back and look at your surroundings. Do they foster positive thought, success and confidence? If not, make some easy changes. Is your house dark and messy? This is a classic sign. Brighten it up and clean it out! Play some inspiring music, or put something motivating on television. Make your surroundings work to elevate your mental state rather than drag it down.

Tip 29. Remind yourself of the things that have accomplished and the great things that you do have in your life. Too often we constantly remind ourselves of what could have been or what should have happened. This is completely useless and should be abandoned entirely. Focus on where you are now, what you have now and where you are going…now! Don’t dwell in the past unless it is for positive inspiration. The past is useless to you unless it is positive. Remember that. All negative things that exist in the past do not matter at all. The things that you learned from those experiences however, are positive and do matter.

Tip 30. Follow your own lead. It’s true that sometimes we need to follow others but in the greater scheme of your life, know that you are really the only one in charge. You will decide what direction to take, when to follow, who to follow. You are the only true leader of your own destiny. Accept this responsibility and take charge. You are the king or queen of your existence in this world. This is your journey and you will lead your own way whether you want to or not so take charge!

Tip 31. Smile often. I don’t know why this works but it does. Just do it! Maybe it’s because people will smile back and when they do, it triggers your minds subliminal self-esteem buttons. We all feel good when someone smiles at us after-all.

Tip 32. Your competence feeds your confidence. You know your competent strengths. You understand people. You are good at certain things that you know many others are not good at. Don’t lose sight of your competencies. They stand as solid undeniable evidence of your accomplishment, value and abilities. Confidence stems directly from ones faith in their abilities so make sure you stay aware of those abilities. Thanks for reading. I hope you’ve found some useful tips here. Keep your head up and never give up, never stop moving. Good luck in you endeavors, whatever they may be!

The ringing, hissing and buzzing that you experience if you have tinnitus can be annoying. Although in some cases it may just come and go, severe cases may also interfere with your daily activities. It may even rob you of your ability to sleep tight. If you want to stop ear ringing, here are some ways that may help you manage and treat this annoying problem.

One of the first steps to stop ear ringing is to understand its causes and learn to avoid the factors that increase your risk of developing tinnitus. One of the most common causes of tinnitus is prolonged exposure to loud noises such as frequent exposure to rock concerts, loud machineries or even listening loud music with your headphones. Indeed, these things are damaging to the inner ears and may cause you to hear ringing in the ears.

Aside from that, many health problems can also cause tinnitus. It can develop if you have neck and jaw problems, allergies, tumors, thyroid diseases, high blood pressure and hearing loss. Some drugs and medications can also cause ear ringing, thus if you are taking antibiotics and experiencing ringing in the ears, you may want to check with your doctor if the medicine is not causing it.

To help you manage, treat and stop ear ringing, here are some of the options in dealing, managing and treating this problem.

The use of hearing aid is one way to help you block the ringing that you hear and allow you to hear sounds from the outside. Many people who have hearing loss also have tinnitus, thus wearing hearing aids can be of big help to treat the problem.

Relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing and acupuncture are also good options that can help you deal with the noises you hear. Stress and pressure can aggravate the ringing and the tinkling and thus practicing meditation and other relaxation techniques are beneficial. These techniques also bring good results if combined with other therapies in managing this ear problem.

Biofeedback is also an effective technique that you can use to manage ear ringing. The program teaches you to have control over your body functions and help you learn to relax, overcome stress and alleviate tinnitus.

Self-hypnosis is also a good technique that can help you stop ear ringing. It works by helping you block the noise you can hear and re-focus your mind on the noise outside.

Sound therapy is also another technique that you can use to stop ear ringing. This is done by allowing yourself to listen to soothing sounds of nature that allow you to block the ringing you hear inside your ears. These are low external sounds, thus you can listen to it while doing anything.

Maintaining a healthy diet is also important if you want to get rid of ear ringing. It is helpful to supplement your diet with foods rich in vitamin B, zinc and magnesium. Herbs like Gingko Biloba is also said to give relief to this particular ear problem.

Brainwave Entrainment How Binaural Beats Help You In Meditation

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

As your brainwaves tune to the desire frequency of binaural beats, you start experiencing the feeling of meditation, astral projection and out of body experience. Binaural beats works like pure magic as they directly influenced our brainwaves and take them to different frequency levels such as alpha, beta, delta and theta stages. The effectiveness of Binaural beats have been proven in scientific labs many times and they have been validated in many scientific journals.

For all of us who have no time for meditation but have an internal desire to experience the inner bliss that meditation products, binaural beats can be one of the most effective and quickest solution to achieve a state of peace and tranquility. Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain? ?requency following?response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ?requency following?response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ?ntrain?to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ?ind-tripping? enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person? starting position, entrainment can be rather ?it and miss?

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you?e probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain? strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.
