If you have not yet found success using the Law of Attraction, it is probably down to the fact that you are not taking full advantage of the powerful tools and techniques available to you. These are tools such as Visualization, Meditation and Affirmations. If you don’t practice at least one of these techniques regularly, then you are depriving yourself of wonderful aids to using the law of Attraction successfully in your life. All of these techniques have been proven to yield results. They are not in the domain of mumbo jumbo new age beliefs but are in fact recognized by mainstream experts for their beneficial properties.

Despite being aware of their uses, many of us still don’t feel comfortable with meditation, affirmations etc..or even know where to start. Well, the good news is that there is a wealth of helpful information out there designed to guide the beginner and help you find what works for you.
Of all the techniques and tools available, by far the most important is meditation. There are so many ways to meditate – just let yourself be guided by what feels natural. If you struggle with the faith aspect of using the Law of Attraction, then you will particularly benefit from Meditation as a first step.

Look within for guidance. Are you unsure of what you need to be doing or wondering why nothing is happening despite having set your goals and doing a good job of thinking about them?
Then take a quiet time, sit comfortably, forget the candles, incense, music etc. Simple mediation just requires that you slow down enough to hear your inner thoughts. Do this, ask the questions and prepare to be pleasantly surprised when the answers come to you.

If you’re struggling to find time to meditate then consider possibilities such as getting up earlier in the mornings or taking advantage of a quiet house to slip home during lunch break
Whatever you can do to allow yourself time to meditate on a daily basis will pay off in your life.
When it comes to affirmations, the most common method is to state aloud a positive statement related to your own ability and talent. It might be something similar to “I am strong, calm and capable.”

It’s generally best to keep affirmations short and concise, otherwise your mind will literally wander while you’re saying it. If you already have an affirmation that you’re comfortable with, then keep using it.

The power of affirmations is directly related to your own approach to using them. So, if you really don’t feel comfortable stating affirmations, it’s unlikely that you are getting any real benefit.
However, if this is the case for you, then here’s an approach worth considering.

You can choose to use the most fundamental affirmation of all. That way you save yourself the problem of composing one yourself. This particular affirmation is what is behind every other affirmation. The words are very simple, yet if you look at them for long enough or try saying them (either aloud or to yourself), very soon you will see the mighty power behind their apparent simplicity.

The words of the affirmation are: “I will be what I will to be.” Why is it so powerful? Every affirmation can be broken down into a statement of belief in our ability to make our life better though the power of intent or Will. The essence of the entire universe is the “I”, and this “I” has only one attribute: WILL. I will be whatever I will to be. Therefore: “I” plus “Will” equals “Existence”.

Each of us has the absolute power to create our existence of tomorrow by exerting our Will today. Yet, strangely, very few of us have learned to use that power in a deliberate and focused way.
“I” plus will equals existence, and that existence becomes your future “I”.

That “I” is placed into the will and the result is placed into the will and so forth. Your output of today becomes your input for tomorrow. What you eat today becomes your source of energy for tomorrow. You today coupled with the decisions which you make using your free will becomes your destiny. And in that destiny you then couple your situation with your free will to create your new destiny….and the cycle continues.

This is how the universe works. No one is responsible for you but yourself. And no one can make decisions for you but yourself. This means that you must learn to exert your own will. You are the only one who can lose weight. You are the only who can make you happy. You are the only one who can fulfill your dreams. And you can express this in a hundred thousand different ways. But it all boils down to the same thing, you will be what you WILL to be. If you can make this affirmation a part of your inner belief system, through repetition and persistence, you will have mastered the Law of Attraction.

Before coming to visualization, here is another technique that doesn’t often get talked about. Probably because it is so incredibly simple, it’s hard to believe that it could really work.
But try it!

The technique is as follows: Write down your intent on a piece of card – (something the size of a business card works well). State a clear intent – such as I want to have a (specific car / job / house / etc..). Just that one statement – handwritten on your card. Then, place the card in your wallet so you carry it wherever you go. That’s it.

Onto Visualization. This is possibly the technique most often mentioned in the same sentence as the Law of Attraction. The reason is that everything that comes into manifestation must go through the cycle of Idealization, Visualization and finally Materialization.

We form many ideas in our minds that never come to fruition because we haven’t visualized the end result. The term Visualization is generally taken to mean not only forming a picture in your mind, but also imagining the feelings associated with the picture, as well as where possible, the other sensations such as smell, taste, touch, hearing and sound. The more rounded the visualization, the more powerful it will be for you.

There are two great reasons to practice Visualization. The first is that it overwrites negative images in your mind with positive and happy images. Secondly, it plants the seeds to bring the visualized image into your life. Some of us are naturally very strong on visualization, others are not so inclined. However, it is something that improves drastically with practice.

Daily meditation is key to overcoming your daily stress. Meditation helps eliminate stress by helping you quiet your mind and strengthen your connection to spirit.

How does stress affect health? Stress can have many adverse effects on your health. Meditation can greatly improve your health on many different levels.

Meditation does not have to be an hour long practice to be effective. Even just three minutes of meditation every day can be very beneficial. With twenty minutes of meditation, it’s as good as having a whole night’s sleep. You still need a good night’s sleep to maintain good health.

There are many different ways to meditate. Even in your every day activities you can incorporate meditation. When you are cleaning or doing the dishes, practice taking deep slow breathes and quieting your mind. Just practice being in the present moment and clearing all thoughts from your mind. You can practice this meditation technique, when you are doing any activities, that don’t require thought.

You can practice quieting your mind and being present during your exercise time, as well. Daily exercise, by the way, is another great way to reduce and manage stress. Go for a nice walk, somewhere quiet and peaceful. On your walk practice quieting your mind and being present in the moment. Just practice being silent, without music or other noises. That is also a form of meditation.

Then there is the standard form of meditation. One way to meditate is to sit on the floor, or on a cushion or a mat and cross your legs. A comfortable chair may also work for your meditation. Being comfortable and having your back straight, so your breath flows easy, is the most important thing. It is a good idea to either have your palms facing up or you can conect your thumb and index finger together. By having your palms facing up, it allows you to receive, the healing energy easier. By connecting you thumb and index finger, it allows the chi energy to circulate through your body more.

When you meditate, close your eyes and begin to take some nice deep slow breaths. Focus on your breath and begin to clear away any thoughts that are going through your mind. To silence any of your ‘mind chatter’ that may arise, just silently repeat the words “quiet my mind” a few times until your mind is silent again. Don’t feel that you have to start by meditating an hour at a time, right away. Start with whatever is comfrtable, even if it is only three to four minutes. The more you practice, the longer you will be able to meditate. A great intention for yourself, is to build up to at least twenty minutes of meditation.

When you are meditating you can have very relaxing music on or have complete silence. Sometimes music will help someone relax more, for others they find it distracting. Try both and see what works best for you.

You can meditate on manifesting something that you desire, or you can just focus on inner silence. If you choose to meditate on manifesting something, what I recommend doing is, focus the first half of your meditation on inner silence, then the second part of your meditation on what you want to manifest. That inner silence is so very important. It is necessary, to reduce stress in our lives, to completely silence our mind completely. We feel our soul connection to the ‘All That Is’, God, in this silence.

Another way to use meditation to strengthen our connection to The Creative Source, is to chant the sound of “aahhh” during our meditation. Every name for the Higher Power,in every religion (God, Allah, Krishna, Yauweigh, Ra, Tao, etc…), contains the sound of “aahhhh”… That sound of “aahhh” raises our vibration to a vibration that resonates closer to The Divine Creator.

You can experience brief spurts of meditation throughout your day. If you are at work, and you are starting to feel stressed, go to the restroom, or somewhere quiet and just close your eyes and take a few deep slow breathes and practice quieting you mind for a few minutes. You will be amazed at how well you will feel after that short meditation.

The way to master managing everyday stress, is to practice, every day, slowing down your breath and silencing your mind.

Our lives function on three distinct planes of being: the mental, the spiritual and the physical.
Mind is the artiste; spirits is the music and body is the musical instrument. When all three are in harmony, the music sounds beautiful and living a life is a joyful experience.

People exaggerate the importance of physical body, which is the least important of the human entity. More important are mental and spiritual vibrations that effect the chemical composition of the physical body.

Some of us have removed spirituality from our lives due to over-expectation or lack of faith in the divine. By doing so we are stalling a three-cylinder car on two.

Take example of sports stalwarts who keep themselves in perfect physical, mental and spiritual condition.
They eliminate from their organism waste matter and fat by a strictly regulated diet and hard exercise. They also eliminate any lingering negative thoughts or doubts from their minds. They communicate well with their inner selves and at no time they’re complacent, overconfident or lax with their training and discipline.
They don’t underestimate their opponents, else they’ll be defeated by someone who would normally be no match for them.
They accept their weaknesses and reinforce them without giving up.
As a reward, they win and maintain their supremacy.

Self-control is the master’s key to all achievements great and small.
Will power can be strengthened with autosuggestion, the mental magic. Best time to practice is before dropping to sleep with the least disturbance and in most favorable conditions.
Say to yourself:

“Tomorrow I shall do — without fail”.

“I shall not allow the bad habit of — to control me”.

“I shall do so to obtain —“.

Suppose you struggle to get up in the morning or dread going through your morning routines.
You must affirm the night before:

“Tomorrow morning, I shall get out of bed at time — without hesitation and do my exercises.”

If you have a fear you may affirm:

“From tomorrow I shall not be afraid of —, I’m strong and I’ve full support of faith, hope and divine power”.

If you have a serious problem, the inner consciousness, the watchman is always awake and it will work upon your problem while your physical brain is asleep. Think upon it confidently and demand that the right solution come to you during sleep. Hence the popular phrase: “Before I decide the matter I’ll sleep over it.

Brainwave Entrainment Sleep Deprivation Effects – Insomnia Effects

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Sleep deprivation effects can be very damaging to both the body and mind. It can adversely affect brain function. In 2000, a study by the USCD School of Medicine and the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System in San Diego used functional MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) technology to monitor the brainwave activity in those of sleep deprived subjects performing simple verbal learning tasks. The results had shown that regions of the brain’s prefrontal cortex displayed more activity in those subjects who were sleepier than the others.

Depending upon the specific task at hand, the brain would sometimes attempt to compensate for the adverse effects induced by the deprivation of sleep. The part of the brain known as the temporal lobe, which is a region involved in the processing of language, was activated during verbal learning in rested subjects but not in those suffering sleep deprivation effects. The parietal lobe, which wasn’t active in the rested subjects during the verbal exercise, was more active when deprived of sleep. Memory performance was largely less efficient with those suffering sleep deprivation effects, though greater activity in the parietal region was associated with better memory.

To remedy sleep deprivation and its effects, research has been done using isochronic pulses and tones that induce certain brainwave activities, such as alpha waves, beta waves and others, which are more conducive to attaining sleep. To date, this is the state of the art in techniques which show the best results against sleep deprivation effects. What’s more is that there is no danger of developing a dependence or an addiction as with chemical drugs, whether gotten over the counter or by prescription.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain? ?requency following?response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ?requency following?response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ?ntrain?to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ?ind-tripping? enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person? starting position, entrainment can be rather ?it and miss?

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you?e probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain? strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

If we do not eat or drink liquids, we shall emaciate into walking skeletons or eventually pass away if we do not desist with this course of action. Even if we commence eating and drinking, the damage to our psyche requires solutions as to the cause of that destructive behaviour. Should we decline investigating the truth we allow depravation to an existence thwarted with loneliness confounded with a permanent ache.

Apart from being human beings residing within the shell of a body albeit a fully functioning one even with curious limitations applicable to each but we have one extra appendage, a soul. This unique gift from God is the reason we exist and far from popular belief the body is not the reason we are here as it is just a carriage to transport us on earth. Thus, to satisfy the body at a cost to the soul is ripe invitation for all manners of illness and calamities.

Due to unintelligent excesses and deplorable trafficking in wanton behaviours, humanity is blatantly vacuous but this course is reversible. Troubles arrive as they will like the weather but how we overcome their indignant demands on our psyche depends entirely on our spiritual connection. We retard our own growth because we allow excessive authority to leaders who may not have truth and sincerity towards developing relationships with propriety and intent and they exploit to our cost.

History is the university informing us that what goes around comes around but we are so absorbed in our individual lives we do not pay enough heed towards forces around the world that deprive us of sanctity. Like automatons, we continually believe what we want to believe because it allows us freedom to live as we choose, or so we think.

When we assume control of our world through spiritual connectedness, we shall evolve with true understanding of why our souls ache for love and why we are inept towards satiating its hunger and thirst. As you look around your sojourns through each day ponder on the expressions people carry with them. Then wonder why are we so serious, taking little account of the people we pass, as with indifference we are totally cocooned within our mental world, yet we all seek spiritual satisfaction, but somehow are distracted from its invite.

The spiritual connection or relationship of love may only be answered if we choose to meditate with motivational and inspired truth towards seeking the answers of our existence. Sure we may work and invent ’till the cows come home but it takes courage to stand still and look. Yes, it takes courage to challenge life and seek progress but let us not remove our identity from truthful connection with the souls world.

As Jesus said what is the point of winning the world if we lose our souls and he urged us to have salt in ourselves, which means nurturing our spiritual essence. It is impossible to know unconditional love without learning what the spiritual world contains for our discovery and thus our compliment.

Love is the music of life; spiritual love is the relationship to our souls as we compliment each others existence within the parameter of just being. God talked about the Living Waters, and how we may enhance our lives through drinking their wisdom, but so far, humanity has vaguely grasped the meaning of this request.

True love is a holy bond circuitously between each man and woman, each man and man and each woman towards each woman thus we deserve to exploit it for all its worth through soulful reflection by meditative acquaintance. True spiritual love shall assist us towards combating crimes of passion, crimes of trafficking, crimes of abuse and most of all crimes of greed within our political and business circles. It shall especially honour our desire towards each other as we strive to comprehend the vagaries of love and loving relationships.

If for just one of these reasons, you seek connecting with the spirit then rest assured, the journey you undertake shall fill your life with bountiful discoveries and blessings akin to the glory of any dazzling fireworks. God bless!

If someone were to say our children displayed character and wisdom, we would probably be gratified. Not many people would say character and wisdom are negative things. Where people would disagree is in defining character and wisdom, what the qualities and components are.

We may hear someone say, “There is a person of character,” and this statement would mean different things to different people. We also may hear someone say, “That was a wise choice,” and either understand why they thought that or be somewhat incredulous.

Even if we could agree on what character and wisdom mean, are these qualities enough to ensure our happiness and fulfillment as well as that of our children? In other words, if we seek to embody the qualities that we think define character and wisdom, is this enough to ensure our well-being?

Compromising the ability to ensure our own happiness and fulfillment is the logic embedded in our consciousness of duality. As we grow up we are taught to think in opposites. That is, we can only know one thing through the existence of two things (two being equal to dual, that is, duality). We understand happiness, because it is the opposite of sadness. We know sweet, because it is the opposite of sour. We know smart because it is the opposite of stupid. The assumption is we could not know happiness, sweet, or smart without the existence of opposites; we are caught up in the definition rather than the experience. When we are caught up in the definition rather than the experience, we are not free to truly appreciate and enjoy the experience. We are caught up in the logic of our brain, the labels we attach, our set ways of knowing things, our expectations of what the event should mean.

In other words, we could enjoy sweet without knowing that the experience is labeled sweet. Without the label, there is only the experience. Experiences without labels and expectations are pure; they are totally in the moment and are not defined by language and previous experience. The challenge in developing our character and wisdom is we don’t allow ourselves to experience ourselves, to know ourselves through the pure experience. We don’t allow ourselves to be totally “in the moment” and subsequently don’t allow true expressions of ourselves to materialize.

Experiences without definitions and labels are “what is.” They exist separately without us defining them. And so it is with our children and ourselves: we each exist separately without ourselves or others defining us. It is this separate existence we need to get in touch with; we must seek alternatives to knowing the world through comparison, through opposites, through duality. If we don’t, we may continue to trap ourselves and can’t be free.

We trap ourselves because we will feel on some level we are lacking; we may feel we have less because someone or something else has more. Or, we might have more but feel it is still not enough, because we are comparing what we have to “what is enough.” Whenever we feel we are lacking, we cannot be happy; there is a level of discontent that reverberates through our being. If we were to be honest with ourselves, we would all admit that this condition of discontent exists in each one of us to some to degree. If we feel any discontent it is traceable back to this feeling of lack; we don’t have something that we think we should or could have. And, we know this through its opposite.

Our challenge then, is to gain knowledge of ourselves that is in the moment, that is through our direct experience, that is pure. As we do this, we gain an independent security ” and independent way of knowing ” about ourselves, begin to feel less discontented, and less feelings of lack.

There are many ways to experience ourselves in the moment. We experience ourselves in the moment by losing ourselves in the moment. We are focused on the object or objects of our attention, become unaware or less aware of our surroundings, are not processing our normal internal dialogue, and usually lose track or are unaware of time.

There are many ways we may do this. We may do this when we watch television or go to the movies. We may do this in our work, hobbies, interests, while listening to music, exercising, reading, playing an instrument, viewing art, appreciating nature, making love, praying, or meditating. The common denominator in these activities is that our internal dialogue shuts down and our energies become focused on “what is.”

These activities may all share a common denominator, but they are not all equal. They are unequal in the numerator, and the numerator is measured in the level of inspiration ” love, joy, beauty, peacefulness, insight, knowledge, passion ” that is engendered. We should seek out those activities with a higher numerator so we will derive a greater quotient as a result. This quotient pays dividends to each one of us in the form of greater awareness and understanding about ourselves and our connection to the people and world around us.

We should seek out these activities and cultivate them in our lives, and encourage our children to cultivate them in theirs. When we do this, we experience oneness, a sense of unity, rather than duality. We experience unity of and with ourselves simultaneously in connection with the world around us. We lose a sense of the world around us for the world that is one with us. In other words, there is not us and the world ” duality ” but just the world ” oneness. There is just being, not our interpretation of being. In just being, we gain the inspiration to know and express our true selves and elevate our manner of being.

When we cultivate experiences in the moment that yield a higher numerator and quotient, we begin to answer the question “what defines character and wisdom” for ourselves. As we get in touch with our own intuition and knowing, the qualities become self-evident. We understand on a deeper level they are connected to and expressed by love, and further identified and embodied in our movement towards authenticity. These qualities are the glue and fabric of the universe of which we are an integral part and an expression of; they are who and what we are. When we truly realize “who and what we are” through our cultivating oneness rather than separateness or duality, we are free and our children are free to achieve the means to our mutual happiness and fulfillment.

One of my eNewsletter subscribers (Jim W. from Tennessee) sent me information on his hobby. I loved his stories and the photos. Jim collects, re-tools, and races Mustangs. His hobby caused him to meet his wife of 40+ years, meet folks who have become friends, bond with younger members of his family, and travel. He tells me that his car hobby has even kept him young! That’s good stuff.

Jim closed his letter to me with this: “Mustangs, and the people who love them, are two of my favorite parts of life! Regarding my hobby — I live it and love it. I hope that everyone can find something similar that they love and are passionate about, and live it, too!”

Meditation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. You can use it to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Many people think of it as a way to reduce stress and develop concentration.
Basic meditation music simply provides a way for an individual to go deeper with their meditation by adding a new layer to their experience. … Unlike many other music forms, the binaural beats work with the brain to develop a frequency most associated with relaxation.

Brainwave Entrainment Use Brainwave Entrainment To Explore The Benefits of the Brainwave Frequencies

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.
binaural music | how to meditate for beginners
Brainwave entrainment, quite simply, is neurological tool that you listen to, that alters your dominant brainwave frequency, with the use of precise patterns of sound pulses.

Why would you want to change your brainwave frequency, you ask?

Consciously changing your brainwave frequency means that you can choose the state of consciousness you wish to experience, along with its benefits, when you want to experience it.

Because each brainwave frequency has its own set of characteristics and benefits, you can choose to experience the different states of consciousness.

The characteristics of your brainwaves at any given moment, determines your mood and state of mind.

With regular use of brainwave entrainment, you can positively affect your cognitive functions, emotional control, mental activity, and perceptual faculties. It can help you think and perceive differently.

The Big Five

GAMMA 25 to 100 Hz — Connected to your outer state of consciousness (place of empathy) creates unity of conscious perception.

BENEFITS: improved creativity, comprehension and concentration, great as an anti-depressant, and for learning disorders like ADD/ADHD, autism, and Alzheimer’s disease, optimal brain functioning, self-awareness, heightened consciousness, associated with peak concentration, high levels of cognitive functioning, “being in the zone”, empathy, psychic connection to higher dimensions, boosted sensory perceptions, enhanced intuition, improved happiness, raises IQ, increased compassion.

BETA:14 – 40 Hz 3rd Dimension, Physical: WHEN WE ARE ALERT-most common/normal waking state of consciousness.

BENEFITS: concentration, reading speed, energy levels, insomnia, depression, think quicker, focused, feel more excitement, increases performance (as if your life depended on it), alertness, more energy, raises positive thinking, makes you more social and outgoing, boosts conversational energy (talk show hosts, lawyers, debaters), enhances your ability to write, increases your IQ-there is a huge surge of Beta when you take a test.

ALPHA: 8 to 12 Hz, tranquil consciousness, body/mind integration, quietening the mind-aware of 3rd dimension and portions of the 4th dimension, blending stimuli from both. WHEN WE ARE AWARE BUT PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY RELAXED-relaxed awareness.

BENEFITS: relaxation, imagination, creativity(Creative people come to solutions in this state), visualization, super learning states, anxiety and stress relief, help with autism, depression, contemplative prayer, and the production of serotonin ( a feel good hormone that acts as an anti-depressant) emotional stability (no fears, tension, enhanced problem solving, creativity, entrainment integrates both sides of the brain for better communication and clearer thinking), brainwave of artists, writers, singers. Great for optimal athletic performance, peak performance state of mind, improved immune system functioning helping self-healing and prevention of illness, calm mind, mind balanced, optimal state of functioning, and a positive state of mind. There is up to 15% more alpha wave in the right (spacial or emotional) hemisphere which gives you a sense of well-being, happiness and optimism.

THETA: 4 to 7 Hz deeper inner state of consciousness; dream or twilight state WHEN WE ARE DROWSY, JUST BEFORE SLEEP.

BENEFITS: memory enhanced, access to unconscious material, free association, insights, creative ideas, psychic ability, esp, bridges spiritual connection with higher self, the source, spiritual insight, intuition, REM sleep, dreaming, perfect place to change subconscious blueprint (optimal state for changing unwanted subconscious behaviours) can heal body and brain and boost immune system,: super learning, heightened suggestibility, synchronicity, lucid dreaming, obe, helps transfer info from the sub into the conscious clarifying hidden issues, deep meditation, problem solving.

DELTA: .5 to 3 Hz, unconscious mind; Non-physical–WHEN WE ARE SLEEPING SOUNDLY, Lose Consciousness.

BENEFITS: Sense of deep peace, releases HGH, Human Growth Hormone, ramps up immune function, healing, regeneration, soothes the limbic/emotional system, is associated with heart/brain coherence, direct communication with Source.

Each brainwave frequency gives you a different set of experiences, states of consciousness, and benefits.

Your brainwave state is determined by the dominant brainwaves that are active in your head, at any given moment.

The lower the Hz, the more your awareness is tuned towards the subjective experience of the inner world, where you are better positioned to use the power of your mind to create changes in your body and your world. With each lower state, you become more aligned with the source of the power within.

Brainwave entrainment lets you determine what state of consciousness you’d like to explore by deliberately introducing a sound pattern that will alter your dominant brainwave frequency, to that frequency.

You don’t have to be a slave to your brainwaves anymore.

Brainwave Entrainment Understanding Astral Projection Frequencies

Astral projection frequencies play a big role in doing astral projection. But before learning the importance and use of these frequencies, it is best to understand the whole concept of astral travel.

What is astral projection? This, which is also known as astral travel, is an ancient interpretation of an out of body experience, wherein a person leaves his or her physical body. The body that leaves the physical one is known as an astral body. During the out of body experience, the astral body travels to or visits the astral plane. The astral plane is like a life after death platform, where angels, spirits and other immaterial beings are present.

It is believed that anyone can conduct an out of body experience since no special powers or skills are needed to project the astral body. But experts say that in most cases, older people tend to lose the ability to visit the astral plane.

Even though there are times that it would be hard to conduct astral travel, studies were made by experts and thus the birth of astral projection frequencies. Many believe that these frequencies make it easier for practitioners to perform astral travel. Researches show that brainwaves are connected in astral projections. Furthermore, these frequencies show the different stages to be considered for a successful astral travel.

There are a total of six frequencies. The first stage is the gamma frequency. This frequency is the stage of strong perception, awareness and consciousness. The second stage is the beta frequency, in which the mind of the person is thought to be in the state of solving his or her problems. The next stage, the alpha frequency, is the stage wherein the brainwaves are slower and calmer, which gives more relaxation to the mind of the person.

The other three higher stages are theta, delta and lambda or epsilon frequencies. Astral projection takes place in the fourth stage, which is the theta stage. This is the point where the mind of the person is meditating. The fifth stage, which is the delta frequency, is when the person is already in his or her deep sleep. The lambda or epsilon stage is the final stage or level where the mystical consciousness of a person is opened.

Science indicates that by combining these six frequencies, the person will be successful in performing astral travel. It is believed that the person who will properly apply these frequencies will be able to visit the astral plane in not more thirty minutes. Aside from precisely following the stages or steps of astral projections, experts believe that an audio recording can further help the brainwaves of a person to be in the right state while doing this process.

Astral travel may sound complicated for some people. Religious beliefs clearly have an influence in understanding and accepting all this. Aside from the presence of astral projection frequencies, the thought of having another world, which is the astral plane, is a big question for other religions. Nonetheless, many still patronized astral projection for meditation and for an out of body relaxation.

relaxing music Establish Key Connections – Connect to Yourself

Meditation music is music performed to aid in the practice of meditation. It can have a specific religious content, but also more recently has been associated with modern composers who use meditation techniques in their process of composition, or who compose such music with no particular religious group as a focus.

Your ability to like, support, and appreciate yourself will make you much more likely to like, support, and appreciate the people in your life.

One Thing To Think About

Your willingness to slow down, get still, and listen to the core of your being allows her to start communicating with you. She has answers to every question you can ask. She knows what your strengths are, and she wants to help you direct them. She understands what your weaknesses are, and she accepts you anyway. She knows, unquestionably, what you need to live a balanced, joyful, fulfilled life, and she will tell you, if only you’ll listen.

She is your guardian angel, your wisest guide, your heart’s song, your internal catalyst, the voice of your soul. You are an original.

Your ability to successfully make and maintain a connection with the wise guide inside of you will catalyze you to tap, explore, and evolve your unique potential. You establish and nurture this connection by developing a relationship with yourself.

One Question To Answer

What contribution will you make to your world? Who will you touch while you have this gift of life?

One Challenge To Take

I challenge you to develop a high-quality relationship with yourself by scheduling at least one date with yourself each week for the next eight weeks. For each appointment, try one of the following options or something else that sounds like fun to you.

Keep a journal
Meditate
Exercise
Walk
Listen to uplifting music
Take an authentic outing (something you do for pure fun and indulgence)
Engage in old hobbies
Cultivate new interests

Take out your calendar now and schedule your weekly date.

As you grow accustomed to showing up for yourself, pay attention to the activities that give you a true sense of satisfaction and joy. Let go of those that don’t prove to be beneficial, and consider integrating the other activities into your routine.

Until next time, take care!
