Brainwave Entrainment The Secret Of The Mystic Rose

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

It is definite that we are all mortal and one day we will meet up with our maker. After reading Bill Bryson’s book ‘A Short History of Nearly Everything’ one would agree that there is very little we know about the universe we all live in. It is a miracle that we all exist. Our position in the universe, such as distance within the solar system and combination of the gases in our atmosphere allows us to enjoy our unique existence. It is yet to be known if any other form of life exists in the universe. The Hindu reincarnation philosophy talks about previous and future births which we do not know if they exist (at least it’s message is clear that be good in this birth if you want to benefit in next birth, if everyone does that then there would be perpetual bliss and eventual peace in this world). The reality is that we exist today and we have this precious life to experience. So do not throw away this unique existence we have.

There must be a reason why we all exist. I personally feel that during my existence if I can bring smiles on few faces then my existence has been fruitful. The problem is that we have all become greedy and we have succumbed to many desires. To fulfill them we continue to stay self centred and stopped being generous.

I lost my mother recently. After her death I realised how much goodwill she commanded amongst family and friends due to her generous nature. She had no financial assets and the only thing she had was just HERSELF, and that was her contribution to all around her. I always feel fortunate to have come across many noble people in my life and I always exclaim ‘they do not make them any more’.

Our life is like a long train journey and during that journey we will reach our final destination. We will come across many co-travellers during the journey. Some will leave us when their station has come and may rejoin us in the later part of our journey.

During our journey we may come across many bridges and tunnels and would sigh with relief when we cross them. Some times we may go on a roller coaster ride or sometimes we may go through the experience of being on a static or dynamic Ferris wheel.

So do not panic that you are getting old. This is a natural phenomenon and just enjoy getting older. Stay contented and stay generous. Remember the third of Sir Issac Newton’s laws of physics ‘Every Action has an Equal and Opposite Reaction?’ Your impact on others will eventually bounce back; Let it be a positive impact.

Just keep those grey cells ticking and enjoy every minute you live. Remember: Past is History, Future is a mystery, the current moment is a precious gift that’s why it is called PRESENT. Live it and enjoy it fully.

I leave with you Words of Osho, as below:

THE SECRET OF THE MYSTIC ROSE

Unless you blossom into a mystic rose, your life is nothing but an exercise in utter futility. You are born unnecessarily, you are living unnecessarily, and you will die unnecessarily. Your whole biography can be reduced to a single word: unnecessary.

But, if you can blossom and release that which is hidden in you, you have fulfilled the longing of existence. You have given back to existence the fragrance that was hidden in your seed. You have come to fulfill your destiny.

Man is only a beginning, and one should not die as a beginning. That is ugly, insulting, and damaging to your dignity. Man should reach to the absolute fulfillment, not only for his contentment, but for the contentment of the cosmos. That is the secret of the mystic rose.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain? ?requency following?response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ?requency following?response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ?ntrain?to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ?ind-tripping? enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person? starting position, entrainment can be rather ?it and miss?

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you?e probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain? strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

In relaxation, your brain waves first move to the alpha level, just a peaceful relaxation, the kind you get daydreaming, in a hot bath at the end of the day, enjoying a favorite hobby, listening to peaceful music, meditating. Over 3000 studies have been done proving the benefits of deep relaxation on our health and well-being. But do you know it also affects your spirituality?

Huna is one of the most ancient teachings on the planet, and also, since its teachings were hidden for so long, one of the most pure. I’ve studied psychology, neurolinguistic programming and hypnosis, but I have learned the most about the conscious, subconscious mind and Higher Self from Huna, especially how they communicate together. The Huna understanding of the conscious, subconscious and spiritual selves is deep and practical. In fact, mental health problems were practically non-existent for thousands of years in Hawaii before the arrival of the white man.

In a normal waking state, our conscious and subconscious minds communicate directly with each other and your Higher Self and subconscious communicate directly with each other. Higher Self and conscious self have to communicate through the subconscious. The subconscious communicates with symbols and metaphors and loves ritual. Think about how intuition comes to you through images and hunches during the day. Often a certain song will pop into your head and the lyrics will have a special message for you. Think about how important symbols and ritual has been in all religions and why this would be.

When you are relaxed, at alpha brain wave level, both hemispheres of the brain work together, your conscious and subconscious merge, so your communication with your subconscious mind is stronger. You are in a relaxed wakeful state, still aware of your surroundings, but you are able to learn more easily, your subconscious is more open to suggestion, your imagination is heightened and your spiritual connection is also stronger. You are better able to receive guidance, and you are better able to pray effectively. You can get into alpha state through meditating, daydreaming, doing a favorite hobby. A good guided meditation process will guide you into alpha level first in order to make the suggestions more powerful to the subconscious mind and also to allow the conscious mind to receive guidance more easily.

When you go even deeper, into Theta where you are very drowsy or lightly asleep, and Delta where you are in a very deep dreamless sleep, all three aspects of consciousness begin to merge. There is a more holographic sense of everything and the power of symbols and metaphors are evident. Our dreams can contain glimpses of the future, guidance towards healing, and a good exposure to our complexes and blocks. In Theta, the mind is capable of deep and profound learning, healing, and growth – it is the brain wave where our minds can connect to the Divine and manifest changes in the outer world and there is a sense of everything being connected. This can be accomplished in a waking state in a very advanced state of meditation.

Understanding how your three selves communicate, you can appreciate how important it is to relax as often as possible. Not only does it bring amazing benefits to the physical and emotional bodies, but the more deeply you relax, the stronger your connection with your Spiritual Self. The opposite of relaxation is stress. Stress is resistance to life and pulls you away from your true Self, out of your balance and well-being and, as we all know, creates untold physical and emotional problems, altering our behaviors and wreaking havoc in our lives. Relaxing is allowing life to be. Through relaxing, you can achieve your goals in a more beneficial, powerful way. It is one of the best ways to love yourself. Give yourself time everyday to be a human BE-ing instead of a human DO-ing and just allow life and thoughts to go on without you while you relax.

When your anxiousness reaches a hyper level then you may feel like losing control or your heartbeat could accelerate or you could feel like pins and needles are pricking your fingers. These are all symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks. The best way to cure anxiety attacks is using natural techniques. This can be done using a combination of relaxation techniques, herbal supplements and exercises.

However before you start a natural treatment you should visit a doctor to confirm that you are suffering from panic attacks. Sometimes other health problems can also produce similar symptoms. For example high blood sugar level can also make you feel like pins and needles are pricking your fingers. So confirm with your doctor before you start to cure anxiety attacks using natural ways.

1) Herbs like Valerian, passionflower, kava kava, hops and chamomile have produced good results for people suffering from depression and anxiety. These herbs are available in the form of supplements in your local herbal health stores. If you are already taking some drugs for panic attacks, then you need you check with your doctor before you start taking herbal supplements. Taking both the treatments simultaneously can prove to be harmful.

2) Breathing exercises is one of the best ways to cure anxiety attacks naturally. When you feel the symptoms of an attack striking you, start breathing exercises. The idea is to breath slowly and deep. If you place your hand on your abdomen you can feel the inward and outwards movement. Breathing will improve the oxygen supply to the body thus improving the functioning of your brain.

Slow abdominal breathing will also prevent hyperventilation. Hyperventilation is the imbalance between oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in the body. Hyperventilation is believed to be one of the main causes for these attacks. If you can prevent hyperventilation then you can cure anxiety attacks much easily.

3) Making your body calm and cool so that no negative thoughts dominate your mind is an excellent way to cure anxiety attacks naturally. You can do this by practicing relaxation techniques like listening to soothing music, inhaling aroma that relaxes your nerves, meditation and yoga. Some of these techniques like yoga and meditation will require some coaching, however it is well worth the effort.

Finding remedies for insomnia is not difficult today. It seems every store has at least a few over the counter options and doctors are very quick to whip out the prescription pad and write out a script for even stronger medications. From these potentially addicting drugs to specially formulated teas and natural dietary supplements, there are so many options your head probably spins just trying to decide what to try next.

So, why are millions of people all over the world tossing and turning throughout the night? Why aren’t we all sleeping like babies right now, with so many remedies for insomnia readily available?

Unfortunately, many over the counter products and prescription medications fail in the long term because they do not address the real cause of the sleep problems. Trust me, there is something causing your insomnia and when you discover what it is you will wonder why you didn’t fix it to begin with!

Instead of knocking yourself out with medication, try making some basic changes in your lifestyle and environment. Make sure your bed and the entire room is nicely cleaned and organized. You want everything to be warm and comforting, so make sure to adjust the room temperature to your liking as well.

Next, take out the TV and other distractions. If you find lullaby music or sleep CDs calming, play them quietly and try to clear your head. Plan your entire evening routine out so it is the same every single night. This may include some type of relaxing meditation or exercise routine, such as yoga or Pilates.

If you find your mind racing, you could try journaling but do it in another room so you can put the disturbing thoughts to bed and then go to bed yourself!

This should take you a little closer to finding natural remedies for your insomnia, but you may need to consult other resources for additional ideas to get your body back on track.

Brain waves and learning are associated due to the fact that the frequency of this music stimulates the theta brain wave state which is responsible for intelligence. This is predominantly present in children below the age of six. This is the reason why they tend to learn faster than older people. The frequency of these waves makes the brain to have ground enough to absorb huge amounts of information. This is where the information is directed and stored in the long term memory. You can think this is magical but it is not. This is because the brain is able to do marvelous things.

You can use the technique and you are able to make the information you are studying seep in faster. All you need is to do is slip in the headphones then relax. The mechanism at work here is through the memory receptors in the brain that get stimulated. Through the discovered stimulation that has been precision engineered, you are able to use the frequencies to set the brain to the best balance. The major thing you gain when you stimulate how both of them work together, the speed and clarity of the information you are taking in is heightened.

You need not worry of forgetting any of what you have learnt so far since this is stored in the long term section of the brain. The whole Brain waves and learning system is called brainwave entrainment. All you need is to download the program and listen to it on a daily basis that lasts from between 30 and 60 minutes for each session. You will get the chance to develop and enhance the most of your mental performance.

You could use this brainwave entrainment when you are on your way to bed. Just lie down on the bed, close your eyes and let the waves do their work. The next time you are out studying, you will be amazed as to how much information you will end up retaining. To enhance the effects of deep learning even further, you can choose to listen to it while you study.

You can have your meditation process enhanced by listening to these brainwaves. There are many more expectations for you through brainwave entrainment. This is through improved creativity and you do not have to struggle with the memory lapses anymore. You will be able to enhance your concentration and focus as well. There is nothing as important and self-fulfilling than knowing that you have more clarity of thought working to your advantage. You are able to lay down strategies and come up with new plans.

The Theta brainwaves and learning have a cycle of between 4 and 8 cycles per second. This is the wave associated with a deep inward thought as well as superior mental concentration. With this, you have your brain working like magic. Only that this is through purely natural methods that do not come with any side effects. You are able to internalize pictures as well. You have a more stable intuition as well as inner guidance. This is because it affects the unconscious art of your brain making the brain functions as natural to the body as possible.

Brainwave Entrainment Five Ways You Can Improve Your Life With Brainwave Entrainment

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.
relaxing music download | meditation quotes
Brainwave entrainment is the natural phenomenon that occurs when our brains adjust to follow a frequency presented from an external source. This process is called Frequency Following Response, and is a natural ability of our minds. Why is this important to you, and how can you take advantage of it?

Your state of consciousness at any time is determined by the combination of brainwave frequencies you produce. There are four commonly recognized brainwave frequencies: beta (alert consciousness), alpha (relaxed consciousness), theta (consciousness threshold) and delta (sleep, or unconscious). These are listed in descending order of frequency. Delta is the slowest brainwave, at .5 to 4 Hz, and beta the fastest, from 12 Hz up into the 30 Hz range or higher.

The alpha and theta brainwave states are the states of mind that create the meditation experience. Many studies have been done on the positive health benefits of meditation. The additional benefit of using brainwave entrainment to achieve a meditation state is that you can apply proven protocols that have been clinically researched and shown to be effective for a large group of people for a specific condition, like in the examples below.

Eliminate or reduce anxiety.

Higher frequencies are associated with anxiety and panic disorder. Listening to a brainwave entrainment recording with a protocol designed to address anxiety will very quickly result in a less anxious state overall. This is a great adjunct therapy for those with acute conditions, or an excellent place to start to relieve symptoms for those with milder conditions. Over time, you can raise your threshold to stress. Anxiety is the most under diagnosed and under treated emotional issue in our society, and is aggravated by our modern world, the over abundance of information and high stress. You do not have to live simply with it.

Increase focus and attention associated with ADD/ADHD.

Differences in which hemisphere is producing the preponderance of which brainwave band have been associated with level of attention, and indicated in ADD/ADHD. Daily listening can be an excellent adjunct therapy. People have found that listening to brainwave entrainment recordings extends the amount of time that they feel focused with their prescribed medications. A number of studies have been done with children as well, showing that brainwave entrainment improves attention, reading and impulsiveness and reduces anxiety and depression.

Reduce symptoms of depression.

Over abundance of some brainwaves, creating a brainwave profile that is out of balance overall and across the hemispheres has been associated with depression. Stimulating the upper frequencies balances out the brainwave pattern and makes the person feel more aware and alert. Also, applying alpha frequencies causes the brain to produce serotonin, the chemical that makes you feel happy. This is the chemical that most anti depressant drugs work to inhibit the reabsorption of, to create the effect of having more in your brain. Rather than preventing that, why not stimulate your brain to produce more serotonin? Some studies show that alpha states can increase serotonin production by as much as 21%.

Defeat insomnia.

Inability to “turn off” higher frequency beta brainwaves and continuously produce delta waves creates insomnia. Because of the brain’s ability to follow frequencies, simply listening to a brainwave entrainment recording that slows your brainwaves from the busy beta, through alpha and theta down to delta will cause you to fall asleep. This is accomplished without pills and can be used anytime without concern for becoming addicted. Repeated use and association with a nighttime routine will actually train your mind to follow a pattern of falling asleep, resulting in less need for any help with sleeping.

There are more indications for brainwave entrainment. This technology deserves much more widespread use and acceptance than it currently has, and should be a solution of first resort in many non-acute situations, prior to using pharmaceuticals. It also makes an excellent adjunct therapy for people on prescriptions, extending the effectiveness of the drugs in some cases, and in some cases actually allowing people to get off of their prescriptions.

While many people set concrete goals like losing weight, saving money or traveling as part of their New Year’s resolutions, I would like to invite you to consider renewing your spirit instead this year. The noble practice of tending to your inner spiritual light and cultivating a sense of peace in your heart may not seem so inviting, but the payoffs are tremendous! When we shift the focus from how we look on the outside to how we feel on the inside, great rewards can be gained and new insights achieved. Our soul is calling us home to true selves, if we take the time to listen.

Essentially, by renewing your spirit through regular daily meditation, you will avail yourself of a reservoir of peace and contentment that surpasses all material gains and desires. Additionally, you can learn to let the peace you feel in meditation ground and support you in your daily life and thus offer a more relaxed and calm approach to situations. Imagine sitting quietly, starting each day with full deep breaths, breathing deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth while focusing on relaxing every fiber of your being. After a time of following this soothing breath, you could then concentrate on breathing in the feeling of peace and breathing out any residual stress or worries. Once an inner stillness is felt, you could then sit and bask in this serenity, while enjoying the sense of being fully in the present moment, with nowhere to go and nothing to do. After this period of quietude, you can then use this powerful energy of inner tranquility to guide you and empower you with the greatest vision of your life.

Some of the greatest authors, artists and musicians have received their inspiration through quiet contemplative times. You too can receive inspiration for your life when you learn to tune in to the inner stillness of your soul. When you are calm and focused, your spirit can then use you as a vehicle for the expression of love, peace and creativity in this world. Answers to problems you face in your day to day life can be revealed through deep listening. Stress, struggle and worry tend to disconnect us from our true nature and our inner guidance. When unduly stressed, our physical vitality may become weak, sleep may be difficult and sickness can set in. Meditation brings us back home to ourselves, to our life force and to our innate self- healing power.

When we are centered in our bodies and calm in our minds, then we can face life with a sense of hope and gratitude. Our energy rises and our hearts open as we relax and let go. We can then become more receptive to receiving blessings in our lives because we are trusting that everything is perfect within this moment. Meditation teaches us to stop the struggle and just be.

During this New Year, I would like you to challenge yourself to renew your spirit each day, by meditating for thirty minutes. Just as in jogging the body benefits most from the exercise that is done after twenty minutes of a sustained cardio workout, so too with meditation. Meditating for a minimum of twenty to thirty minutes brings more results that five or ten minutes. Once this meditation practice is established, you can then use the meditation to consciously focus on what you want to create in your life. By imagining in your mind’s eye during meditation, the way you want to feel in your day to day life, and what it is that you want to bring into your life you can align yourself with the forces of the universe to help in creating this happening. For example, if you want to feel more confident, and get a new job, you can envision yourself successfully handling a job interview and shaking hands with your new boss while feeling peaceful, comfortable and confident. In this way, through using the power of visualization you tap into the mystical power of manifestation in your life, and change can happen more readily.

As you can see there are many benefits to meditation, however as with any new skill or art it takes diligent practice to get better at it. I would like to suggest a free app for your phone called “Insight Timer”. This app offers hundreds of meditations from many different backgrounds. Whether you are seasoned at meditating and wish to branch out and explore new ways of, or you are brand new, this app promises to delight you. There are guided meditations, music, chanting and nature sounds. Since we are all unique, find what works best for you and then commit to doing that meditation every day. Meditation music is music performed to aid in the practice of meditation. It can have a specific religious content, but also more recently has been associated with modern composers who use meditation techniques in their process of composition, or who compose such music with no particular religious group as a focus.

You can learn how to improve your life using various strategies and techniques taught by experts by reading books, attending seminars, or joining certain programs. Not all of them focus on the emotional or mental aspect which is important in personal development.

Many of our actions and reactions are guided by our emotions. Even if a person claims to be very logical or rational, he or she still has feelings and his or her emotions become dominant in certain circumstances. Getting your positive emotions to be the driving force is key in learning how to improve your life and become a better person.

However, you cannot ignore the negative emotions. They are part of life and will take charge every now and then. The key to enjoying life is to quickly replace the negative emotions with positive ones in the shortest amount of time. You do so by simply letting the negative emotions out.

Crying is one way to let all the negative energy out. Don’t you feel better after you cry? It’s like a heavy burden has been lifted although the problem may still exist. After you cry you can think more clearly and feel as if you have more energy to deal with the situation.

I live my life to the fullest and enjoy it every day; I believe life is wonderful and magical; I’m joyful most of the time. However, I’m not ashamed to admit that I do cry every once in a while when life throws me a curve and I get caught off guard and overwhelmed. Often times I even cry in front of others. Not to gain sympathy or attention, but I just like to get it off my chest as soon as possible. Some of my friends like to tease me saying I’m a cry-baby but I don’t care.

Another way to let go of your negative emotions is by finding a safe place where you can relax your mind and forget about all your troubles even if only for a while. I personally like to take a walk in the woods near our home and listen to the birds and other animals. I also like to take a warm aromatherapy bath surrounded by lavender and vanilla scented candles.

This “safe place” can take many forms and doesn’t have to be an actual place. You can also relax and put your mind at ease by meditating, listening to soothing music or reading a light hearted book. Whatever you do, get absorbed in the activity, and let your mind drift away from all negative thoughts. Some people like to use food as this safe zone which is not advisable, especially if you need to lose weight.

Once the activity ends, you will return to reality with renewed energy. You’ll feel better about yourself and be more confident, ready to tackle your life’s problems. One thing you need to be aware of is the tendency to want to keep going back or even remain in the safe place. Don’t do it! The safe zone serves only as a stepping stone or an oasis on your journey through the desert. In other words, a tool, not a solution.

You have now learned how to improve your life by focusing on the emotional aspect using a couple of simple ways to release negative emotions. Give them a try the next time you feel really down and see how they work magic. Didn’t I tell you life is magical?

Brainwave Entrainment Limo Solves Long Lines at Restaurant

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

It was a warm summer night. The line of customers waiting to get into the chic Los Angeles restaurant stretched all the way down the street and around the corner. It was like this every night. People waited for hours to get in.

The restaurant is that hot.

But something was about to change. Not the restaurant’s popularity, but how guests have to wait in line. Down the avenue, a fleet of limousines approached. Their tires screeched as they halted in front of the people. Chauffeurs got out. Someone stepped to the front of the line and got on the restaurant’s microphone system. Everyone stared, until they heard what was up their sleeves.

From now on, restaurant guests would wait for tables while relaxing in limousines. They’d enjoy some appetizers, maybe have some cocktails, and escape Los Angeles’ summer heat.

Who came up with this crazy idea?

A company in Los Angeles. The company rents limousines, and the owner also happens to love this restaurant, but he hates the lines. One night, as he was waiting with his wife, he thought how nice it would be if he could just wait in one of my company’s limos instead of standing in an infernal line.

Then it hit him. Wouldn’t everyone like that? He talked to the owner that night. It was hard to get into a conversation with him, with all the busyness, but he was interested in hearing the idea to “deal with the awful line situation.”

It turns out he had been hoping to get a bigger restaurant, but pickings were slim. Plans to build a second floor fell through, thanks to Los Angeles’ complicated permitting system. So the owner of the limo company told him about his brainwave: Rent a few vehicles from a Los Angeles limo company and let guests wait while riding around town. It would be great promotion too. The new clients that came along just for the ride would offset the rental costs.

He looked pensive. Then he was called away to deal with some problem in the kitchen, but promised to think about the “interesting idea.” The limo owner didn’t get the impression that he was sold on it, and a couple of weeks passed with no word. He figured the manager had decided he was a nutcase.

Then one Saturday morning, the limo owner got a call. It was the restaurant owner. “Hey, are you the guy from the Los Angeles limo company?” Yes, it was. He told how the night before, the line was long as usual. He watched as clients got tired of waiting and left. Then he remembered the limo idea. He decided any solution was better than the current situation.

So they gave it a shot.

His restaurant is now nicknamed the Limo restaurant. Business has boomed even more.

Limo companies love coming up with new ways for businesses to use limos to achieve success. They always tell clients, be original. Have fun. Try something new and crazy. Hey, chances are, it’ll work.
