Most of our routine activities are controlled by the subconscious mind power. Perhaps that is why investing in subliminal technology has become so important for many people. Some people do not even know that they have a subconscious mind that perceives much more than the mind. The subconscious is the part of the mind that is not active in assessing, digesting or critically examining thoughts, but stores them. It influences a higher percentage of what we do since it “remembers” more than the ordinary mind. Below are some ways to improve and program the subconscious mind in order to achieve incredible success.

Inner Reflection

Just like the body, the mind needs time off. Time should be created for inner reflection, meditation and thinking. During reflection choose a quiet place without interruption. Music can be played softly in the background. Alternatively, make it is as silent as possible. Let your mind wander around and clear all the issues. It is important to know that for effective meditation, you need not to think about other pending issues or assignments.

If you usually have trouble with this and end up botching everything by thinking in the negative, invest in subliminal technology, get subliminal tapes and DVDS and leave them playing the whole night. Your subconscious mind will absorb the message. You may not know that it has, but it will.

Absorb Positive Messages

The subconscious mind is great for storage of subconscious messages and thoughts. In order to achieve incredible success, make positive declarations about the goals that you want to achieve. Stick wallpapers that have positive messages and watch useful programs on TV. The subconscious mind will be filled with encouraging attitudes hence positive outcomes.

Repetition Of Successful Ideas

Make sure you keep affirming your goals and objectives positively all the time. This brings about a positive attitude and strength in achieving the goal. Repetition allows the subconscious mind to capture the interest at hand and store it. The stored messages are mostly passed to us in form of emotional and unconscious actions. The success one needs will gradually be propelled by the actions of oneself from this mind power stimulation.

Involve Skills, Talents And Art

While talents and skills are in play, the subconscious mind is always very alert. Talents and skills tend to come up without any effort in thinking. Participating in such activities strengthens the subconscious power, which memorizes the talents to be used in other activities. Acting, dancing and other forms of art also help relax the mind since they do not require much thinking. For incredible success, be active with your talents and the subconscious mind will help you apply them in future.

Listen To The Inner Mind

Also referred to as the sixth sense, it is important to listen to the inner mind. The subconscious mind communicates to us in the form of emotions, feelings and ideas. It might present warnings, which give us a funny feeling/intuition not to do something. It might also lead us to opportunities by following the choice of one between two alternatives. Listening to the inner mind is fundamental to success since it either directs us to opportunities or away from disasters.

Use subliminal technology

Harnessing the power of the subconscious mind power is essential. How will you do this? It is very simple as this works hand in hand with subliminal technology. There are many subliminal audio programs selling out there which incoporates this technology. So go ahead, explore and make an investment today. You will never regret it.

It is a fervent demand from Christians that we create the atmosphere we want around us. In this vein, we find that the Christian Bible talks to religious Christians very clearly to make us know that we are responsible for most of the things that are happening around and within us. You’ll not do your best until everything around you is giving you strength and pleasure. Your surroundings can affect you emotionally and inspire you to perform or not to perform depending on what it creates on the inside of you.

The Lord recognizes this and gives us many tips in the Holy Bible to helps us. He advises us (Christians) to ‘rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say rejoice’ – the contents of Phil. 4:4 and in 1 Thess. 5:16 He says: ‘rejoice evermore.’

How do we create an atmosphere in which we can perform? Let us look at the suggestions of our leading Christians who value the power of having good music around us.

David says; ‘Rejoice in the Lord… for praise is comely for the upright: praise the Lord with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.’ Ps. 33:1-2.

Mike Murdock says he has music all around his bedroom, parlor, yard and so on. He reveals that when he needs energy he plays praise music.

Ayo Arowolo says during meditation he reverts to some soft jazz music of Yonni.

Your clothing – good clothes or dressing gives you an inner lifting and some level of confidence.

Colors – colors affect most people emotionally. So, choose the colors you love to be around you in.

Pictures/Photographs – Keep around you pictures and photographs of things you want for your future and not just that you let your environment dictate the beauty it wears on its own. Invariably, such things you see in those pictures that you admire will come to you in real life.

Places you visit – visit places from which you will derive joy, pleasure, satisfaction and peace. Such places may include one or more of the following: Waterfalls, mountains, valleys, rivers/oceans and in fact watching God’s creation adds strength to your ability to perform and above all draws you closer to your creator. It should be obvious that what you see controls what you desire.

Reading – read good books, especially inspirational and motivational books. They help you create inner strength to perform. Reading the scriptures and listening to them on tapes is a great tonic for the soul.

On a general note, create a beautiful environment around yourself – your surroundings, family, workplace, worship centre and others, and you’ll enjoy life in its fullest and fullness.

No one will do it for you. You are better able to decide on and recognize what is best for you. You can be sure that you will double the rewards of your life when you allow the things around you to strengthen and motivate you.

We therefore, like to conclude that it will be highly rewarding if can you attune yourself adequately with your environment in order for you to record a resounding success in this venture.

Brainwave Entrainment How to Hypnotize People Easily

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

I am sure that you have watched old movies where someone took a swinging pendulum over a person, and gradually managed to get that person into a trance like state, where the hypnosis could have full control over the person. The question people often ask is, ‘How to hypnotize people’? With this article, we hope to be able to give you some insights on proven methods.

Firstly, you must understand that is it is extremely hard to hypnotize somebody who does not wish to be hypnotized. So you should only practice hypnosis on willing parties.

The setting should be in a dimly lit room, and your subject should preferably be sitting in a comfortable chair in the middle. He should not be lying down, as there is a possibility of him falling asleep, which would render your hypnosis attempt futile.

Use relaxation techniques to gradually slow their brainwave patterns to a certain desired level. This level will be pre-determined by what your subject wishes to accomplish in this hypnosis session:

Beta Waves – Prevalent when your mind focuses on events in the normal world

Alpha Waves – These appear when you daydream, and become stronger when you close your eyes.

Theta Waves – These occur during heightened sense of creativity or during a deep meditative state

Delta Waves – Appears in deep sleep states or deep meditation

Next, you should question the subject on his problems, and get him/her to delve into the real reason for the problem. You could even ask him what he feels is the best approach to solve this problem.

The hypnosis can offer suggestions that are either creative, or specific, in order to attain the goal of the hypnosis session.

When this has been done, the hypnosis should bring the subject back to the alert beta brainwave patterns, and discuss the highlights of your findings with the subject.

During this point, the hypnosis should be able to exercise control over his subject’s actions, thinking or mindset. This is the most crucial step.

When you are done, say to them something along the lines of “On the count of 3, you will be fully awake and alert, feeling great, and all your problems will be resolved”. You may also suggest that “You will remember everything you did”, or even “You will forget this conversation happened”. Then count to three.

The person should be slightly ‘dazed’ after the hypnosis, and be more susceptible towards suggestions for a while thereafter.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain? ?requency following?response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ?requency following?response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ?ntrain?to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ?ind-tripping? enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person? starting position, entrainment can be rather ?it and miss?

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you?e probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain? strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

brain waves Stop Ears Ringing – Easy Treatment Options to Try

There is no one way to stop ears ringing and something that works great for one person may not work at all for another. It is also true that the ringing never goes away completely for some people. In these difficult situations it usually is possible to reduce the noise to a tolerable level and adapt some coping mechanisms.

But of course it’s best to stop the ringing completely. Here are some remedies to try.

A common cause of tinnitus is exposure to loud noises. This means the first thing to do is to protect your hearing from loud noises. If you work around noisy equipment you need to wear hearing protection. You should do the same when you use power tools or a lawn mower or other noise producing machines at home.

Another common source of hearing damage and tinnitus is playing loud music through headphones. Unfortunately, many people have developed the habit of listening to their music at loud volumes. This is not good. To both prevent and treat tinnitus it’s important to only listen to music at modest playback levels.

Caffeine aggravates ringing in the ears for many people. It is worth trying to cut it out of your diet for a while to see if you notice any difference.

Another common culprit is aspirin. Many drugs can cause ringing in the ears but aspirin is the one that almost everyone has in their medicine cabinet and some people have the habit of popping them for every little ache and pain. If that describes you, cutting out the aspirin is one of the first things you should try to help your ringing ears.

Also check you blood pressure. Many times there are no symptoms at all associated with high blood pressure, but on occasion it can cause ringing in the ears. In this case, getting the blood pressure down helps the tinnitus.

Stress aggravates tinnitus so it’s not surprising that stress relieving activities such as meditation can help tinnitus. Meditation is one of those things that we know is good for us but few of us take the time to do. In my experience, even 5 minutes a day can help (and not just with tinnitus).

A useful strategy that doesn’t eliminate the ringing in the ears but makes it easier to live with is using another sound to mask or hide the tinnitus. Although at first blush it doesn’t make much sense that adding one noise to another would make the situation better, the fact is for many people it does.

Some people like to listen to music (at a low volume, of course), but others find it’s easier to put up with the tinnitus if they just have a fan running in the background.

Sometimes there is a more specific treatment available depending on the exact cause of the problem. This means it’s helpful to consider as many causes as possible.

My Old Life, as I now call it, was complicated on every level. Spending most of my time and energy pleasing others, feeling I somehow had to prove myself. I was a busy Mum and a wife, carving out a career. I was a daughter, a sister and a good friend to many. All the while trying so hard to find that work/ life balance that had so far eluded me.

Unbeknown to me at the time, I was stretching myself too far. Taking on extra shifts, helping at the children’s school while racing the clock to keep the home fires burning.

My friends, family and work colleagues would often ask me how I managed to do so much? I couldn’t tell them I was questioning that myself, along with my sanity!! The happy go lucky person they saw was exhausted, emotionally confused and drained. I thought if I worked harder and smarter I could get myself back on track. Looking back now, it is funny how things work out. Trying to work harder and smarter pushed me to my breaking point. I was suffering from burn out. Go figure!

I needed a month off work to recharge my batteries while thinking about the direction I wanted my life to take in the future, and at what cost to my health?

It felt quite foreign to me; to be resting instead of ‘DOING’. after all I was usually running around managing everything perfectly before wasn’t I??

I decided my life was too precious to not enjoy it. My burn out had forced me to make some changes toward removing stress from my life. I needed some help to find direction in my life, so I decided to have a psychic phone reading to help me find the clarity I was needing.

This was to become my new life mantra! Here are some of the ideas I came up with to create my new life, to walk my walk, talk my talk and live by my Burn Bright – Not out mantra.

Follow Your Heart

Previously I had walked (or in my case RUN) to the beat of everyone else’s drum. I burnt out trying to live up to what others expected of me. I was not honouring myself, I felt disappointed for not following the direction my heart was offering. I decided to get to know who I was again. Taking time to find out what made my heart sing. I wanted to lift my heavy energy and discover what brought me enjoyment. I began to shine when I allowed myself to follow my heart and walk my own path.

See the Flip Side

I taught myself, one step at a time to watch my thoughts and feelings.

Rather than getting bogged down in the ‘drama’ learn to flip the situation/ problem. I chose to look at what benefits may actually come from this so called terrible situation. What opportunities may come after this storm passes? What does this situation actually make ME feel, rather than joining in on what everyone else feels, I learnt to take the time to have and explore my own thoughts and opinions.

It is not always easy to look beyond the problem at hand, or to hold positive thoughts when things seem to be going wrong.

Sometimes what seems like a bad situation can be an opportunity to make positive change. Be the change you want to see is a message that was frequently shared during my phone psychic readings.

Compassion verses Competition

Taking the time to stop and listen to someone who is having their own problems or difficulties can be a healing process for both parties. It is human nature to be competitive and at times feel the need to defend ourselves or behaviour. If we are too busy stressing over our own issues, we are more open to being competitive and defensive, often leading to being misinterpreted, misunderstood and at times creating relationship breakdowns.

We have all found ourselves at times feeling the need to compete against others, or sit in judgement of their choices.

Refocus your perspective, stop and find your compassionate side. Allow others to have their time to express their thoughts and feelings, while choosing not to become entangled in their energy. Once you start being aware of your thoughts and actions, allowing your compassion for others to be present, you will feel more positive within yourself. Meanwhile those you showed compassion and understanding will feel more validated. They will feel their problems, opinions and perspectives are also important.

I call that a win win situation.

Release the build up

When we live in overdrive like ‘my old life’, our heads are rarely in a state of clear thinking. Often feeling heavy frustrated and confused, we may think we have everything under control. Only to find ourselves juggling many unfinished projects at once.

Due to the lack of clear thinking, we often remain stuck in this never ending cycle of non achievement, often repeating the same cycle over and over again. I don’t need to tell you how draining that can be.

Find ways to de-clutter your thinking.

You will find yourself achieving more, using less energy in your progression, often finding yourself becoming more efficient in many directions of your life. There are no hard and fast rules to spring cleaning your mind, so take the time to experiment with a few different activities to see what works best for you.

The following suggestions may help, or find your own favourite activities that allow your head some quiet time.

Meditation, reading, gardening, walking, listening to music, spending time in nature etc. Are all great ways to release the build up in your head? There are endless ways to find this peace and quiet, start finding yours today.

Toxic Situations and Relationships

As you practise ways to simplify your life, you may notice some of the relationships and situations in your life, may very well be one of the areas that you need to take a good look at. For example – you may come away from certain people or situations feeling drained and totally wiped out. Take some time to recognise how good or not so good you feel when you around certain people or repetitive situations. Honour yourself by either reducing the time you spend interacting with these people and make a conscious point not to keep repeating unhealthy experiences or relationships.

Small changes to the way you feel about who you are and where you are heading in your life often bring big changes to the way you now handle things. You will find yourself attracting new and more like minded people and positive opportunities into your life.

Is Your Compass Correct

I was burning the candle at both ends while working hard to build a strong and successful career. Although I was enjoying what my work involved, I would often find myself feeling tense and stressed by the time I arrived at work. I found myself struggling to stay motivated and productive. I started to notice feeling physically sick each morning as I drove to work.

I could no longer ignore that fact this uncomfortable feeling was associated with my work. I learnt to be guided by my inner compass. I needed time out to create moments of peace. Moments to think about what was right for me, to feel what it was like to feel my own feelings.

If it felt right, I would do more of it. If it felt wrong, I stepped away from it, consciously distracting my thoughts and feelings back to what felt right. One step at a time guiding myself back in the right direction.

I chose to resign from my position and follow what felt right. Now I am not saying if you are having a hard time at work that you just throw in the towel and give up! Just take the time to ‘check’ your feelings before, during and after work.

Check for ways of improving difficult situations. Once you can identify what is not working you can then find ways to correct them and change. Affirmations are great for creating positive changes in life. Imagine how great it would feel looking forward to going to work each day and enjoying it.

Be Kind to Yourself

We all know that life has lots of good moments, and some not so good moments. How you choose to respond and react to the good and the not so good, will actually effect your future progression. If you take the time to enjoy what is important to you, you will gradually work your way towards achieving your long term goals. You will have the time, energy, $$$, relationship or whatever it is you are working towards.

The kinder you are to yourself and others, the simpler your life will become. After all, we are meant to enjoy life. Try it!! What have you got to lose?

Anyone who is fighting their eating disorder can fall into a slump. Negative emotions, feelings and subconscious voices to binge, purge or starve yourself can become so strong that the person can succumb to them again and again. It often seems like there is nowhere to turn for help; but there is and that is where the use of motivational triggers comes in handy. Motivational triggers inspire mentally and spiritually. They also push away the past and help you focus on the present.

There are many motivational triggers that can be used every day. You may already use your own personal motivational triggers but here is a list of the most common ones that work on most of us.

1. Listening to particular songs or music.
This is a really strong trigger to lift up your spirit and keep your desire to stop your bulimia or binge eating alive. Although you have to be careful in choosing the right songs though, because some songs may bring on feelings that make you perform your eating disorder behaviour. Some song can be associated with something negative in your life or just switch on negative senses.

But with the variety of music that is around I am sure you will find music that motivates you to act your best. Please refrain from music that has negative language, or bad language, or that is demeaning to others, this kind of music will only make you worse.

2. Looking at art (pictures, sculptures etc.) that inspires you t is a great motivational trigger for art lovers. When you look at art and get inspirational feelings from it you actually divert your attention away from food, weight and body image worries towards the divine. It can be very powerful for many people and can even make them create a piece of art. When you free your attention and focus from the eating disorder influence you will start to create things easier and faster.

3. Going to a special room (or place) in your house to think, meditate or connect with inner self.
Connection with your internal self is a powerful tool to motivate yourself to becoming free from your eating disorder. Knowing your internal self can be difficult for eating disorder sufferers because their internal self is affected by the eating disorder. The ability to separate yourself from your eating disorder and the ability to separate thoughts (those that come from you and those which come from your eating disorder) is important for your full recovery. Until sufferers learn to do this properly they can’t recover because the subconscious eating disorder voices will always overpower your logical reasoning.

Specialised eating disorder meditation can be an incredible tool to help you to control the voices and overpower them.

4. Going to a scenic area in your city or town to get away from the eating disorder distractions. This trigger can also be related to meditation and relaxation but using nature to help. A connection to nature can be one of the ways of connecting to the divine. Meditating on your health and freedom from your disorder can be helpful while out in a natural setting.

5. Going for a walk/ jog outside. This can be just a quick fixer when you need urgently to change your mental state and stop those overwhelming subconscious voices that tell you to binge. Don’t keep yourself hungry though because hunger will definitely make you binge sooner or later. Eat often (6-7 times a day) but small amounts. This way of eating stimulates your metabolism and stops the feelings of hunger. But do not use exercise as a way to feed your obsession, do not use it as a substitute for controlling your weight or body image problem. Going for a walk or jog is only to break the moment and stop the feelings that make you binge.

6. Do any other activity that helps you clear your mind from negativity and to remain motivated.
Doing an activity which is pleasurable is important for breaking bulimia/binge eating cycle. Finding this kind of activity can be difficult for people with eating disorders because their negative food thoughts over-ride all the positivity in them. To stop it you need to clear your mind first with meditation. Than in a meditative state ask your inner self what you really love to do. The answer will follow if your mind is clear from eating disorder thoughts.

7. Write a diary. Writing a diary helps thousands of people to feel better. Initially you should just record your thoughts; any thoughts that come into your mind. Then when you get a hang of it, try to direct your thoughts in the direction you need. That means diverting your attention away from food and weight, towards other activities which are positive and constructive. Who knows – some people have become writers that way. Just keep trying!

If you use these triggers to stay motivated there is no way that you can continue with the bad behaviours that you want to eliminate from your life. If you learn to change focus you will be definitely on the way to a full recovery.

Sound meditation is frequently underrated because it is so simple to perform. Nonetheless, it’s a very compelling and effective technique. It can work for everyone, but synesthetic people are more prone to experience greater results; synesthesia will be defined and discussed later on. There are plenty of benefits to this form of meditation, and they will be revealed in the body of the article. The last portion of the article will explain the method to use for doing sound meditation the good way and get the most out of it.

Synesthesia is the faculty to see sound. As weird as it may seem at first, it is an actual medical name used to characterize people who were born with the capacity to experience different senses simultaneously. That aptitude often decreases with age; in the greater part of the cases, the skill is stronger during youth. Although this may sound like a drug use effect, it’s imperative to understand that the meditator should always be in full command of both the body and mind when meditating. The use of drugs is thus totally opposite to the proper practice of sound meditation.

The benefits of sound meditation are all about peace of mind, stress diminution, and physical health improvement. The chosen sounds, called mantras, are simple, essential sounds of nature; they started off in ancient India. They are used to disconnect you from the regular, fast-paced, activities of life. Stress is listed as one of the major causes of illnesses. That being said, sound meditation helps reducing stress by the vibrations the body experiences from pronouncing the chosen mantra. This type of meditation is useful on a daily basis; it helps you manage your stress, decrease your anxiety, keep your poise better consequently helping you in your relationships, and helps you reach peace of mind, and stimulate you intuition.

Sound meditation is easy to do; any sounds can be used as you mantra. You can say a sound, listen to a sound, including music; all you want to do is to “see” the sounds. When you really experience it, you will see that they come in all shapes, movements, colors, and waves. Repeating the mantra you chose will take your mind away from your every day worries and the vibrations it produces will help your body, mind, and soul to relax.

There is a very frequent misconception about meditation being the ability to totally quiet your mind. In reality, it’s all about directing the torrent of thoughts to the right idea. That is precisely what your mantra is for. Your thoughts being full of your mantra only, the daily difficulties can’t find a way into your mind to perturb you.

There are 3 different families of sound meditation: the Om mantra, the sounds around you, and the silence between the sounds. The Om mantra is the one used in the Buddhist meditation; it’s one of the most ancient mantra existing. Listening to the sounds surrounding you is the more versatile way of executing sound meditation. You can do it wherever; just close your eyes and focus on the sounds going on around you and feel the sounds with various senses at once instead of limiting yourself to hear them. Listening to the silence between the sounds is one of the most relaxing types of this specific form of meditation. It’s easier to perform it with calm music. All you want to do is to concentrate on space between each sound. You can do so while mentally repeating your mantra as well.

Sound meditation is suggested for anybody who wants to enjoy peace of mind, deeply relaxed physical state, and better intuition and decision making skills. It will obviously benefit synesthetic people in a greater manner, but anybody can gain from it.

A very messy and disorganized office or home just saps your strength just looking at it. This can lead to a downward spiral, if you understand this them no sense in me describing it more. Take action and organize your life it will lower your stress level significantly. Take the steps you need to get rid of the clutter, organize the essential and then make and action plan to stay organized.

A simple example, the old car keys.. How much stress does it cause when you need to be somewhere and cannot find them? Make a special place and start a habit of always putting your car keys in that one special spot.. ahhh..no more stressed out moments frantically searching for the car keys, life is so much better!

Now depending on your level of organization (or lack of it) you may be able to whip it yourself, if not get help! Ask a friend, or if you have to hire a professional but do what it takes to organize your life and belongings and end this stress full problem.

Brainwave Entrainment How You Can Take Control of Your Mind and Your Life and of the Programs Running it

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Life, like in the Matrix movies, is a really complex operating software with lots of programs, creating the illusion of reality (when the “real world” is, unlike in the movie, just consciousness and energy). Your habits and experiences that repeat themselves are like PC programs that load automatically. Where do these programs come from? From our environment, our experiences and from and other people.

Most of these programs are not part of the original software we were born with, but were created because of downloads of information from our environment throughout all our lives. We love to download off iTunes and similar: the latest tv show episode, new music, movies, etc.

We are downloading and uploading all the time when online: to access this page your computer had to send (upload) the request for the page, and then receive (download) the page as data stream, and voila you’re reading this article. We are downloading and uploading all the time in life as well.

Whenever somebody is sharing their views, or any information with you, they’re uploading new information in your database, in your mind, which can later become integrated in an existing program, or become a new program and way of being altogether.

New information however, especially if you are not a child anymore, doesn’t become part of you automatically: it’s up to your “firewalls, antiviruses and spam filters”, (your perception of what you hear or see, which in turn is shaped by your beliefs), often running in the background, without your conscious awareness, whether to accept the information or refuse it.

When you’re watching, reading or experiencing something new you’re downloading new information. When you’re repeating the same patterns, habits and doing things you’ve been doing for a long time you’re using the same programs derived by old downloads of information, which are often obsolete and not updated or upgraded for a long time, and you’re not learning anything new.

Upgrades are more and more frequent in computer software, why shouldn’t the same thing be true for our habits and behaviours, especially if they are not useful anymore?

If you are upset about something and you automatically reach for a cigarette, for alcohol or for a bag of chips, you’re going on autopilot, acting from programs derived from downloads of information (beliefs, feelings, events) that probably come from your childhood. Maybe you’ve seen one of your parents act this way when they were upset, or maybe you’ve associated food or alcohol with relaxation, or both.

Right now while you’re reading this you’re most likely in what is called a Beta state (for an explanation of brainwaves please go here) which means that you can reason, ponder and choose what to accept from this article and what to disregard.

When you were little however, you were in a Theta state most of the time; this is like browsing the Internet and downloading with very little or no protection, without a spam filter, a firewall or an antivirus. When you were a child, once the info (the belief about life the world etc) was downloaded, it becomes part of your operating system without your conscious knowledge or consent, regardless of the content.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could pull up task manager to see what is running in your mind? And wouldn’t it be nice to click a button and end a useless or damaging process? You can start your own task manager by monitoring what thoughts are going on in your head, by looking at your life and asking what are your recurring patterns, and what you would like to change.

From there you can start finding the beliefs that are running in the background. If you find yourself over and over again in abusive relationships one of the beliefs you may have is that “men are bastards” or “I am unworthy”. If you find yourself in jobs you don’t like doing over and over again you could be running the programs “work is supposed to be unpleasant” or “others can do fun jobs but not me”.

Whatever beliefs you have, they are downloads and part of your programming code, and experiences and habits that validate them will show up in your matrix/life. A habit can have 15 beliefs or hundreds of beliefs making it up, and some traumas too.

Hundreds? This may seem one too many to tackle, but just as clicking the right button or deleting or writing one specific line in a program may delete the whole program, often you just need to find one or a handful of beliefs holding the others up and clear the traumas and misperceptions that caused them in the first place.

How do you find them? More importantly, once you find the key beliefs and traumas, how do you delete and clear them? Most of us have made the common experience of trying to change our habits and behaviours by exercising sheer will and of failing 99% of the time. It just doesn’t work that way.

It’s like telling a computer without a way to understand and execute vocal commands to delete a program and then getting angry and frustrated because it doesn’t. If you want to close it you have to look for it and close it manually, or at least you have to install a voice recognition program. There are a lot of great modalities out there to do that nowadays. I use Theta Healing, an easy and amazing modality I also teach, for the fast and lasting results it delivers, light years ahead of most modalities I have encountered.

With it you can quickly find the beliefs and traumas at the bottom of your issues, be they physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, thanks to an inquiring process called “digging”. Once beliefs and traumas are found you can easily delete and clear them and replace them with ones that help you and upgrade your software. In Theta Healing there are also, literally, downloads of feelings.

Let’s say that you’ve been the happiest in your life while you were at a cinema, as a child eating popcorns. Your mind might have associated popcorns with happiness.

Also, you might have thought that the feelings you experienced then were the definition for happiness, your reference point for it and that you can’t ever be happier in your life than you were on that occasion or that you can never experience happiness differently.

Who has the purest definition, perspective and understanding of happiness you can imagine? If you said God you’re right! Most people, including a lot of scientists, believe in God or a “Force” that created the Universe, whether they call it God, Goddess, Source, Creator, Absolute, Allah, Shiva, Krishna, Oneness, or by any other name.

More and more people are realizing, finally, that all Gods are one, whatever the religion or spirituality. The difference is one of affinity for one stream or the other, because all of them lead to the same Source. Therefore, from now on when I use the word God, I also intend to include all of His/Her other names

Also, more and more people are also realizing that God is us and we are God, without separation. Before reading forward, please check within you what happiness feels like for you, what’s your definition, perspective and understanding for you.

Also, what do you imagine is happiness for God? What do you think it feels like for God, and what about His/Her definition of happiness?

Do the same thing for Unconditional Love too. Done? Read forward.

Surely, as hinted before, God, or the part of you that remembers it is One with God, has a higher and more pure definition, understanding and perspective of happiness than you do. Do you want to have that, know what that feels like, and that God’s perspective, understanding and definition be the same as yours? Close your eyes and say Yes out loud now if you do, because in Theta Healing feelings can be download it from God, and they can be embedded in files, songs, documents, ready to be downloaded over and over again when somebody consciously agrees to having them.

Would you like to have God’s perspective, understanding and definition of unconditional love now, without having to earn it, learn it or prove it, and that God’s perspective, understanding and definition is the same as yours? Would you like to know what unconditional love feels like, that you’re worthy and deserving of it, that it’s safe to have it, that you have it now?

If you would like to please close your eyes and say Yes out loud, now, and savor the feelings coming in. How did the downloads feel like? Do you feel different than before? If not, would you like to know what it feels like to recognize when something has changed and how to recognize that something has changed? If you want to close your eyes and say Yes out loud now, then check your feelings again. How does happiness feel like now? And Unconditional Love?

In Theta Healing feelings that don’t serve you may be taken away, as well. For instance you may have run a program of depression all your life, and you don’t know or don’t remember what living without that software feels like. A lot other processes comprise Theta Healing, to make it a well rounded modality.
